If you're looking to elope or have a small intimate ceremony then look no further Hightower Falls is your go to. Elizabeth (very accomodating) was prompt and we communicated via text/email, I didn't get to meet her, no need to, there was another lady on-site who was very pleasant and helpful as well. Ms. Elizabeth, also provided me with a list of vendors Pastor Joey, was awe-inspiring , (I highly recommend PastorJoey, if you do not have a pastor) and Emily with fotografie of Atlanta.
I'm so glad, I chose Hightower Falls for my wedding (elopement) ceremony. The pictures alone, you have to be here in person breathtakingly beautiful. Now the restroom is rather small, so if you have a large gown that may a challenge. Very accomodating, , would definitely recommend for a small wedding or elopement. Afterwards the Hubby and I took a quick drive to Atlanta (1hr 30 min ) had dinner at Rays on the River and honeymooned In Atlanta .

Somewhat understanding with covid postponement. They let us reschedule, and were overall as kind as they could be while trying to maximize their own profits. They were definitely less accommodating than all of our other vendors. Nice people running the weddings there, however there were some major mistakes on our wedding day that really made our ~10k full package seem absolutely not worth it. -wedding coordinators handed off 2nd half of wedding to 2 new coordinators who absolutely did not know what they were doing.
They let us know this would be happening the week of. Not what I paid for. -misspelled MY (bride) name on the wedding sign in front of all of our guests. Also misspelled another word on a sign, which reflected very poorly. I felt embarrassed when so many of my guests said "oh my gosh did you know they spelled your name wrong?!?!" -told father of the bride to meet in one place before the ceremony, then 2nd coordinator expected him to be in another.
Poor communication that stressed me out and was very unprofessional while they scrambled to find him. -Racial microaggression towards my bridesmaid. The coordinator was learning everyone's names, and refused to even TRY to pronounce her's because the 3 syllables seemed to hard. Everyone deserves to have their name pronounced correctly. They didn't even try.
After my bridesmaid repeated her name twice, the coordinator aid ".ok but what can I call you?". I was disgusted and SO embarrassed that I subjected my bridesmaids to a place with such racial bias.

BEAUTIFUL place for a wedding, just a short drive from Rome, GA. If you are looking for a picturesque, quaint, well appointed and maintained place to have a wedding or other celebration, this is it! The waterfall and creek are absolutely beautiful. The cabins and barns are well maintained and appointed. The staff is super attentive, detail oriented and friendly. If you like my reviews, please consider following me, giving me a thumbs up, or leaving a comment! THANKS!

I have always wanted to visit this beautiful place for many years. Me and my wife just got maternity pictures taken at this venue. This venue is absolutely amazing! There are many areas to photograph including the waterfall and mill ruins. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone wanting to get pictures done at a reasonable price.

Five stars for the stunning scenery. Beyond that, many issues arise. The barn and area around it are at significantly different elevations, making walking a bit treacherous, especially if women are in high heels. The path from the waterfall to the barn is loose rock. The restrooms are in dire need of an upgrade. The barn is hot, muggy and cramped, especially if you have a large crowd. Floor mounted fans provide minimal relief and tend to blow skirts up.

As a waterfall addict I knew as soon as I learned about Hightower Falls that this was the perfect venue for our Fall wedding! It's private and tranquil with the most beautiful scenery. There are few other venues where you can get married with a waterfall as a backdrop that don't involve your guests having to hike. Everyone was so impressed with the waterfall, grist mill and Coosa Hall, and I can't say enough positive things about this venue's staff. Elizabeth was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding.
She was always so quick to respond and answer all of my questions. Victoria and Savannah made sure everything went so smoothly and perfect on the day of the wedding. They were so friendly, helpful, easy to work with and made sure I didn't have to stress about a thing that day. I highly recommend this venue for weddings and any kind of event!

I recently had my wedding here, and it was perfect! The location is beautiful! The waterfall was full due to the recent rain and the surrounding colors were vibrant. I could not have asked for a more beautiful location! The booking process was simple, and the price was not outrageous. We booked it for a Saturday wedding. It was more relaxing to have the extra day to set up.
It would not have been as happy if we had a Sunday wedding to be honest. I hate to feel rushed. The little cabin was perfect for the bridal party to get ready. It provided some very cute pictures for the photographer. We spent the extra money to have Victoria help on the day. She was worth every penny and so much more! She was incredible! Since we did not have a wedding planner, she helped to coordinate everything.
It would have been terrible without her since we had no clue what we were doing! The only critique or suggestion for future clients would be to verify details or ask important questions multiple times. We asked if we could have a grill (small one) on site to heat food up and make sure it is in a safe temperature zone (many of my family members have Crohns Disease and have to be VERY careful about food borne illnesses and safety regulations).
At one point we were told that we could do it but then told later that we could not by the same person. It is understandable because they meet several different people but you do not want to get into any trouble later down the road when your time is limited. I highly recommend this venue! Made for great pictures!

This place is gorgeous! The falls and old cotton mill had a great effect on the venue. Went here to prepare for a wedding. Will see how it goes at night and at the wedding. Update: The wedding went very well. Good thing it didn't rain and all the rain happened earlier in the week before the wedding. The wedding was a combined Indian and American wedding.
The area was available to setup the Mandap which is the center stage for the Indian wedding. The groom and I with the rest of their families helped setup the place. We added some lighting as well. At a clear night, you can see all the stars. It was a spectacular view to end the night. Make sure you download a good star gazing app to know the constellations. I saw the big dipper last night and it was breathtaking.
