Words aren't enough! The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and fun- they seriously made the experience. The shop is clean, bright, and open, and has an incredibly selection of dresses. I had gone in for my first appointment, narrowed it down to two dresses, and planned on finding the right dress for me at the next bridal shop I would try. Later that day, I called The Ultimate Bride and asked if there was any way I could come back to get the dress I wanted.

They said absolutely and I could stay until close. I planned on deciding between those two dresses, but they let me do another sweep through the store and I tried on probably 10 more dresses, but I found the one! My entourage and I were so touched by the staff's openness and understanding. I can't say enough about Eleni and Megan

Ultimate Bride is the ultimate in bridal wear! My daughter found her beautiful gown there with the help of Megan, the store manager. We nicknamed her the "dress whisperer" because when we told her what we were looking for, she pulled out the perfect dresses for my daughter to try on. Everything was so professional and they made the experience such a special one.

From the choosing of the dress, to alterations, to pick up, the process was streamlined and efficient. My daughter ended up choosing an Essence of Australia dress fitted at the bodice and with a full skirt. The bustle was gorgeous as well. We are so grateful for our experience at Ultimate Bride and highly recommend them to anyone in search of the perfect dress.

I had an amazing experience at The Ultimate Bride with Elizabeth as my consultant. I was worried they wouldn't have many options in my budget (less than $1400) but she assured me they had plenty in that range, and they did! It took just a couple of dresses for Elizabeth to nail down my style and find the most beautiful dress. She helped me feel so beautiful, and even though I ended up choosing a dress at a different salon (it was a tough choice, trust me!), I would recommend The Ultimate Bride to anyone!

I did not end up getting my wedding dress here but I feel compelled to write a review because I had the best experience of all the stores I went to with the assistance I got from the staff at The Ultimate Bride, particularly Denise. She spent three hours with me on a Friday evening, up until their closing time, helping me try on dresses and figure out what I was looking for.

As a sort of second career, so to speak, she is does her job with genuine passion and you feel like you're in the company of someone that truly wants you to find the best dress that you can. That kind of customer service feels like a rarity sometimes and I'll never forget how she made me feel! On top of that, their selection of dresses is phenomenal.

I was torn between a dress at The Ultimate Bride with a dress at another store as my two first choices and while I did opt for the other dress, it had nothing to do with quality or price. I'd come back to this store in a heartbeat. Thank you Denise!

Working with Ashley S from The Ultimate Bride to pick out my dream wedding dress was literally SO MUCH FUN. From the moment my group walked through the door she made the entire experience unforgettable. Right away we had a detailed conversation about what I was looking for (and not looking for) in a wedding dress. Ashley took notes based on what I described and pictures that I had saved on my phone.

She then pulled five dresses for me to try on and my dream dress was the THIRD dress that she picked out! She is so down to earth and provided super helpful tips and tricks throughout the entire appointment. I feel so lucky to have found my dress at such a wonderful gown shop with the BEST bridal consultant. Thank you Ashley for such a great day! :)

BEST PLACE FOR PLUS SIZE DRESSES! Hands down recommend this place for wedding dresses, as it was the BEST experience I've ever had. I went in nervous and almost expectant to not find anything but wanted to cross all the bridal shops off my list so I wouldn't have regrets. Nope. Shannon was AMAZING- idk how she did it but I felt like my best friend was helping me, I felt SO comfortable with her and she didn't pressure me into buying or choosing anything. she helped me in and out of the dresses and listened to every detail of what I was looking for.

And we found the PERFECT dress! I went to other shops before and after to make sure and I didn't have an experience nearly as good as I did with Shannon. Please go there and consider even just having a great experience. I will remember this day forever and I'm so glad I got to share it with Shannon and that she made it sooo special!

Lauren and the staff at Ultimate Bride helped me find my dream wedding dress and veil! After other dress appointments, I was getting discouraged/overwhelmed but Ultimate Bride had the best quality dresses and most professional team that helped me feel beautiful. They made the entire process easy and special for my family and I.

I cannot throw enough praise at The Ultimate Bride.10 years ago, I shopped at their previous location when I was getting married. We found amazing bridesmaid dresses at had a great experience. Fast forward to this summer -- my husband and I decided to renew our wedding vows. I wanted to find a dress that was perfect for the small family gathering followed by a cocktail hour in STL.

Store manager (Megan Rumsey), helped me find the perfect dress. Megan, and every other employee, made me feel so welcome and celebrated. Incredible customer service, impeccable selection. I am so thankful to the entire team at Ultimate Bride. HIGHLY recommend!
