Your customers rely on your company for many reasons. Do they know who's behind the services and products they rely on or do they only see stock photos of handshakes and line art animations? Humans are hardwired to connect with faces. You can easily go a long way toward building trust with your audience with some custom photography of your people doing what they do to serve your customers.
Brand story photography is made up of sets of images that tell your audience who you are, what you do, and why you do it. It's your hands in the flour, the flour in the air, and the dough on your apron that gives meaning to those beautiful pictures of the bread you made. Brand story libraries have the added benefit of giving you lots of content to pull from for your social media channels. I collaborated with GreaterThan to make a brand library of work-life in the LabCorp headquarters in Burlington, NC. The library would be used for collateral, PR, web, and for some advertising for their at-home blood testing product, Pixel by LabCorp. Over the course of a 3 day shoot we covered everything from the people running tests deep in the labs to the pilots that fly samples from around the country to Burlington for testing. I worked in tandem with a video crew on this project as they captured library footage as well as ran interviews.

Jebb took headshots and professional photos for my agency and he was amazing to work with. He is very thoughtful in how he does his work and is prepared to handle different challenges that may arise. Jebb Graff is a very talented photographer. He's got a wonderful eye--he really captures the personality of the individual he is photographing. Jebb has been my yearly Christmas photographer since 2008. My cards are always humorous and feature my dog. I usually start off with a general idea that I relay to Jebb and then he somehow turns the idea into something better and exceedingly exceeds my expectations with his creativity and calculated handiwork. Not only does he make me (and Bernie) feel comfortable and silly during the shoot, he works with you on making the final product just how you want it. (Usually I don't have to offer much opinion because his level of experience and talent makes things magically happen for the better.) Overall, if you want professionalism, creativity, hard work, honesty and humor in a photographer, Jebb is worth it. We are shooting my fourth Christmas photo next week, and I can't wait!
