The original Perry Bridal first started offering it's renowned customer service and bridal expertise in Perry, Iowa circa 1985. In 2013, Perry Bridal moved to the West Des Moines area, still offering the same great service with a twist on the type of inventory on hand.

These ladies are bullies! My daughter was there to pick dresses for her and her bridesmaids and I saw and heard how Kerri, the owner was treating her poor employee, she was extremely rude and not helpful or friendly to any degree she was a very unpleasant person to be around she has a very intimidating demeanor, I told her she needed to treat people with more respect, we decided to take our business to the next shop on the list and I let Kerri know we we're leaving because of how ugly she treated this poor girl. I would not recommend this shop to anyone ever!

Perry Bridal made the wedding dress piece the easiest part of the whole event! They were so patient, helpful, and brought such a calm energy to this vital piece of a wedding. I probably went in every two weeks with new alteration requests, and they were always so happy to help out. Even a last minute request with a three day turnaround, they didn't hesitate at all. I couldn't recommend them more, especially for brides wanting an effortless experience for dresses and alterations. They were truly lovely to work with!

Bella was wonderful to work with and helped me find my perfect dress! I had been to a few other stores and felt like the bridal assistants were just salesman, but Bella seemed to truly care about how I felt about the dress and me being happy with it. I'm so glad we made an appointment. Even though their selection might be smaller than some big retailers, everything they had was high quality and beautiful! I found my dress at Perry Bridal and would definitely recommend it!

Perry Bridal is fantastic and 100% worth the cost (which can actually be quite low if you take advantage of the floor sale/deals). Melody made my entire experience both simple and magical. She was in no way pushy and was incredibly patient. She told me about the floor sales to get discounted dresses and was upfront about the potential cost of having to rush order a dress (I went shopping very late). Perry Bridal should be your first stop when you're dress shopping.
They do a great job of helping you figure out what you want in a dress and the quality of dress was miles above the other dresses I experienced. It had incredible layers and detailing, but still felt light and airy. If you shop here first and then go somewhere else, you'll immediately realize how much you loved the dresses at Perry Bridal.
