Unfortunately I've been buying a lot of flowers lately for funerals. Sandra on lower beaver is phenomenal to say the least. She's so helpful and makes everything so easy. She even remembered who I was even though I've only met her once. She pretty much takes care of everything. No reason to buy flowers anywhere else

I ordered $100 bouquet for a Visitation (5:00 yesterday 3/31) and the funeral today which got "delivered @ 4:55 yesterday" I have the mother-in-law clock ringing in my ear to prove the delivery time. So, I went to ask the professionals there this morning before the funeral and asked if they felt this was a $100 bouquet, they did not and offered a "50% discount" and a new bouquet I could take with me to the funeral which I did not except "really?!" a credit of $40 reduced to $60 total.
Sorry guys, with Mom in the ear and the family guest list I walked in on Wednesday the "damage" was done before I even got to the visitation, I was not going to carry another one in this morning. However, I did see other "nice" arrangements there from Boesen with no dead flowers in them so I must of purchased must be a "last batch" special. Regardless, if anyone thinks this is a $100 bouquet, well, now a "50%" off bouquet because I complained. I'll shut up.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day the Monday prior for delivery that Wednesday. They had a Mother's day special which I ordered not knowing really what it was going to look like. It was absolutely beautiful, well done, and so very much appreciated. I placed my order by calling the flower shop directly, no issues with placing the order, they answered all of my questions, and were very pleasant. Thank you for making this a great experience!

I purchased 2 large planters for my nieces who were grieving the loss of their dad. What I paid for and what they received were not even close! Lisa was not at all helpful. She sent a second one to one of my nieces and it was fuller but still not close to what I paid for. Never using them again! Bosens use to be a gold standard Not anymore

Will never order flowers from this company again. I Ordered flowers for my grandmother in assisted living. With Covid-19, no one is allowed to visit. Thought delivering flowers from a large company like Boesen would have been trust worthy to get the job done. Ordered online. Had a confirmation email they would be delivered by Mother's Day. Lisa from the Des Moines store left me a message at 2 PM telling me the order would not be delivered and was cancelled.
All the while being charged the full amount. I called back and talked to a someone who said he "thinks" it can be delivered on Monday, the following day. Told me he'd call me back to confirm, was never called back. Was then charged an additional full amount. This same day, I emailed Lisa, with no response from her, asking what the status/delivery date and remedy was going to be made for the 2 charges and lack of delivery. Again, no response.
I called Tuesday, 2 days after the delivery was supposed to be made. She informed me it would happen by the end of the day today. I asked what was going to be done to remedy the $$ situation. She said she could give me 50% off for my troubles. Then an additional 50% was charged to my card. I have been charged a total of $201.35. Not happy. Will never order from Boesen again. Will not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed.

My husband ordered a dozen roses for me for Valentine's Day. When he called and asked them to be delivered to my work place, they assumed they were for another employee and even said the girls name that also worked there. He told them no they are for my wife and gave them my name. Well when they arrived today they had my first name and her last name on the order, no water in the vase and no signature to whom they were from. Why would a business like this just assume they are for someone else? May not be a big deal to some but to me it's terrible customer service

Purchased a large cake topper for my child's birthday, went to pick up the item and it was nothing as requested (wrong size, height, color and flowers). Was slightly corrected, yet not like anything we requested/needed and at an additional expense. Tried again and ordered a specific flower/color arrangement and a specific date for pick up. Called the day before to verify and was told they don't have those flowers - they never did have them and they were just about to call me (insert overly dramatic eye roll).
I was in a tight spot and the Ingersol location told me to call their Beaverdale location and ask if they had the correct flowers -- why they couldn't is beyond me?! After realizing I had no other option due to the time-frame. I was at their mercy, which they offered an alternative (complete different color and supporting flowers) and then charged me more for it! worst part the arrangement didn't last. it was completely wilted by day 3 and dead by day 4.
Even more so, I contacted them before I posted this to rectify as I feel like everyone has bad days, but they never reached out. I left photos, email and phone. nothing. If you do plan on using them for floral be VERY specific and be proactive in a communication.

I just had to leave a review to comment on the phenomenal customer service of Boesen. The bouquet I ordered for my girlfriend was received slightly damaged and the package it came in was damp from water spillage, overall just looked like it was weathered. I called Boesen the following day and explained what had happened and they delivered a fresh bouquet no questions asked. I'd definitely come back here again the next time I'm looking for a gift for a loved one.
