Our team contracted Inspire Productions to help manage our 2019 Company Holiday Party. We worked directly with Jud and Sander on the event and they did a wonderful job at bringing our party to life. Our planning process and budgets were all moving targets, but J&S were supportive with patience as we worked through it all. We hosted over 700 ppl in a working manufacturing bay that was transformed for the party, so no easy task, but well achieved none the less. In the end, the event was well planned, budgeted, set and executed to the highest level and detail. Inspire Productions exceeded our expectations on every level.js

Wow. Inspire Productions, you really impressed me! I was (in full transparency) very anxious about having an event planner as I am usually 100% hands on in my past events. They proved me wrong. I did not need to worry at all and they did a GREAT job! They dressed up this empty canvas of a location into a beautiful event. We only had one complaint and it was that the party had to come to an end at some point! Thanks to Jud, Sander and Dise and the rest of the staff for making my event dreams come true! P.S. Inspire Productions helped make our summer picnic for our firm a hit with everyone! Great BBQ food truck, games, face painter, even down to the festive carnival tents and red banners marking our picnic area. I would definitely recommend Inspire to help you make your events a hit.

We have worked with Jud over the last several years on our company's summer annual event and we have been very happy with the services provided by Inspire Productions. Inspire threw the best holiday party we have ever had, or ever could have imagined. We are a start-up software development company in the valley, and we held a masquerade themed party that blew the socks off all our employees. They completely converted our office space into a whole different venue, and had high-end quality decorations, performers, lighting, sound/AV, CATERING WAS AMAZING, and the DJ! I used Inspire Events to help me with my summer picnic 2016 in August. They did a superior job in coordinating the event and had tremendous amount of patience while working with out AP team. They were able to help meet out budget and even lowered a few items for us so we can use their services. I def have my go to vendor to use each summer for our annual picnic.

We had a last minute large corporate party that had a very specific theme, the 1960s. Jud and his team over-delivered on every aspect of our event. The food was spectacular, the theme was done great, and the event couldn't have gone smoother. When I have my next party these are the guys I'm calling first.don't hesitate to give them a shot!

Inspire Productions is great! I've used Inspire to coordinate our company's annual picnic two years in a row and both events were a smashing success. Jud and his team take the stress and guesswork out of everything, from the pre-planning to the coordination on the day of the event. Thanks to them, I've been able to be actually be a guest at the picnics instead of running around all day!

The vendors they choose for catering, team games and entertainment are just fantastic - delicious food, talented entertainers and energetic game coordinators with great personalities. Best of all, Inspire makes the whole thing seem effortless so that after the picnic, everyone in my company was commenting on what a great job I did on the event! It is SO much easier to use Inspire than to try and coordinate the entire thing myself (as I have done in the past), just tell them what kind of event you want to have and Inspire will do the rest!

Great company to work with! Planning a company picnic was super challenging but Jud and Tamiko walked me through it every step of the way. They contracted out all of the vendors and helped me deal with the not-so-friendly-or-helpful SF parks department. It was great to focus on my day to day job and have someone else take care of coordinating all of the logistics for the company picnic.

The vendors that they work with are top notch. I was told many times that the face painter was one of the best they've ever seen (these parents go to a lot of little kid birthday parties!). The food was amazing and was displayed very nicely. It was great to have a bartender during the duration of the event so our guests could feel like they were well taken care of.

I was hesitant to have the team building activities because I wasn't sure if my colleagues would participate, but even the most introverted & quiet team members were playing along and having fun! If you're on the fence about adding this to your picnic package, I say do it! You will be glad you did. Overall, Jud and Tamiko are fantastic. If you have been given the monstrous task of planning a company picnic or event, I highly recommend Inspire Productions to make the process easier and less stressful, with an amazing, memorable outcome.
