I ordered my daughters Quince dress last November, Roxy promised a delivery date beginning of April. The dress arrived when promised and was more beautiful than we expected. My daughter lost weight since we ordered it so alterations had to be made to take it in. Roxy took care of that a very reasonable price and again delivered right when she promised.

I ordered my dress with Roxy too and she took care of alterations for my dress as well. The quince was this past Saturday and we got so many compliments on her dress. Several people asked where we bought it. This is the 2nd time we've bought a dress here as a family. My niece got her Quince dress at Roxy's a few years ago. Both times we've had a great experience. Roxy is honest about what she can deliver and gives great recommendations regarding what style and color works best with the look you want. She's easy to talk to and work with and gives timely updates on delivery when requested. I would absolutely recommend Roxy's Bridal!

Used Roxy's bridal shop before in the past, came back this time for a prom dress. Very quick, efficient, & reliable! Had alterations done to the dress, they were able to complete it in less than a week. Very happy with the final piece. Very kind and helpful & bilingual in Spanish!

First off Roxy's bridal is a "small business" ran by 1 individual. Secondly, you will find more prom style & quince dresses. Roxy is awesome, don't be afraid to ask your questions. She's helpful, kind, & courteous. It took less than a week for alterations to be done. Alterations run around 30+ but it depends on the dress style. honestly paying the price that was charged was not an issue, support your local small businesses. call in advance before heading in to make sure they are available. I went in with my daughter looking for a Prom dress and fell in love with one of the displays. It was a few sizes too big but the owner assured us that it was no problem she offered alterations. I was a little nervous but we went ahead with the alterations we were more than pleased the dress looked beautiful. The turn around was fast too. I also loved the customer service so friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

This place should be called Roxys Quincenera. Didn't have much to show or try on for bridal.

Alterations available on site, can also order from a catalog if you don't see anything on the floor.

Roxy is the sweetest person ever! She made my daughter feel so special. We found the perfect dress for my daughters Quince. We go back in Feb 2022 to pick it up. Im so excited to see it on my daughter. She had so much to choose from. But we found the perfect one. Thank you so much Roxy!

Very bad service. The owner from there is very rude. They rob YOUR money.

Customer service was lacking. Knowledge of dress inventory was sub-par. Also had a musty smell in the store.

I first found this place 3 years ago for my daughter's quinceanera. We got the girls dresses and rented the boys tuxedos. We were so happy with the service and Roxy herself that we continue to go to her for our formal needs. I have even recommended her for two family weddings. Both wedding parties were very satisfied. Not only have we bought dresses from Roxy's but my daughter has had her alterations done there as well.

Of course we were not disappointed. Roxy's gives her best to her clients. Alterations were on point. Roxy's always gives 100% to each person that walks in the door. I will continue to go to Roxy's for any formal needs. I feel she genuinely cares for each of her clients and wants to help make their day or event special. Her hard work and integrity to her clients pays off for both her and the people that trust her with their formal needs.

Dresses weren't worth 150 they felt cheap & she was hella rude. Keep changing our dresses too saying they had it and didn't have it pretty trash.

So happy I went in. My wedding dress didn't fit how I wanted the day before my wedding I had been wanting to go so my daughter could see dresses for her QUINCEANERA Was greeted by a friendly voice had literally just opened the doors, she was attending a customer so I looked around and started going through the racks when I found it, the PERFECT dress and so excited it was meant to be. she came over I asked how much and to try it on PERFECT FIT AND SIZE AND THE LAST ONE.

She offered to tailor if needed great Customer Service called my mom and she loved it. Something told me to go there and so happy I did, My Beach wedding was Perfect Thank You so much

I was in the area so we decided to check out this place. Completely disappointed. I was looking for a flower girl's dress. However, they did not have any dresses to see. I was shown a catalog to choose a dress from. Not much of a selection.

Had a truly wonderful experience here! I rented a tuxedo for my wedding and my wife had her wedding dress tailored here. Each and every time Roxy was very accommodating and detail oriented, making sure everything was perfect. The proof was seen on the wedding day; the dress was stunning and my tuxedo made me feel like a million bucks. Thanks for everything!

We walked in felt welcomed. Giving us a big smile and a greeting. She let us look around her med. size store. My teenage already spotted her favorites. Then owner let us know that every quinceanera dress are $500. instead of the actual price. That's way more. I felt I won the jack pot. So we explained to us to only try on 2 dresses because after 2 or 3 dresses the person gets too confused.

That makes sense since all the dresses are beautiful. She was super helpful in seeing the pros and cons of the dresses she choice. And she complemented the dress with matching tiaras. All good positive experience at her store.

They do have a good selection. But the owner sometimes gets in her moods. One visit shes cool and paitient and the other visit she seemed annoyed and impatient. She seems to rush when the damas were trying in the dress. But like I said they do have a good selection.

Had such a great experience finding my daughter's sweet 16 dress. Roxy and her staff are the sweetest! We made some alterations to the top of the dress and added cap sleeves. The lace was beautiful and the dress it self, absolutely stunning!

OMG Roxy is amazing! I bought a dress from China and it was horrible. I came to Roxy after going to a lot of dress stores, showed her a picture and she had custom made my dress for my wedding. It was beautiful and done quickly. I am so grateful to have found her. She is amazing.

If you are looking for a quinceanera dress that is not over priced, this is the place to go. My daughter and I went to 4 different places before this one. My daughter found her dream dress under $600. The staff is very friendly and are always available to help. They also ordered her ramo to match the dress.

Don't buy from here. This place is a rip off they order your dress extra big just to charge for alterations. And a horrible job that is. Everything on the dress was done horribly wrong. One sleeve longer than the other the jacket is all long on one side. When they were told about it they "fixed" it, just to look the same. This is robbery. Also had the audacity to tell my mother (which was purchasing the dress) that she can fix it since she was a seamstress herself. When we paid for it to Be done. Unsatisfactory and I only put the 1 star because I needed to leave this review

If you want to find your dream dress this place is it. The staff is very nice and organized, they know what they're doing and provide a great experience!

We have gotten daughters winter formal and prom dress here. A large selection of dresses an was able to get alterations done in a week. Prices are great about $140 for each dress. As I waited for daughter to try on dresses I looked at wedding dresses since my sister will be getting married next year. The prices seem reasonable and they have nice bridesmaids dresses.

Hands down, our favorite place for prom dresses! Roxy is the best! Beautiful dresses, great service and they will not sell the same dress to more than one person per school. You will not be disappointed.

I have been shopping at Roxys bridal for about 8 years now, she did a custom design dress for my quinceanera and I recently purchased my wedding dress from her! I absolutely love her and her girls! My dress arrived 2 weeks before schedule and it fit very beautifully. My mother also purchased her dress along with all of my bridesmaids. She gave us an amazing deal and everyone had amazing customer service! I would trust her with my life. Never fails to impress me! I also purchased my bridal shower gown via catalog and she had many many styles to choose from!

I called to ask about a custom made dress Was told to message this person named Roxy She returned 2 messages and never heard from her again I left my phone number to ask if she can call me when she is available. She never did. How does this person stay in business with these reviews and be so careless with possible clients. The one star I have was because one has too. I wish they had a -0 star. I am so happy with the lady I found.

Worst experience! went in & got my son measured for a classmate quincena. Two ladies done it to make sure it was done correctly. Paid in FULL with ATM card. They stated that $20dlls will be reimbursed after tuxedo return but then ask for a credit card to be hold in filed ( WTF) so, I did ask if you guys are going to charge for a $20 extra charge for deposit, why ask twice for a credit card?

Both GIRLS couldn't answer but stated " good point & I will mentioning that to Roxy" I made sure that my CREDIT CARD shouldn't be charged for NO REASON! They said " of course, only if you never return the tuxedo " 3day my son went to pick up the tuxedo to find out, his measurements were wrong & had to get measured AGAIN! Smh so that Friday ( day before event) he went to pick up his tux ( so inconvenient) Return the Tex and son stated $20 dlls will be credit to card that was CHARGED!

Which is odd because they should have gave him the CASH ( all other store do) since they took out all $114 Dlls weeks ago. Find out by credit card invoice that they CHARGED $20 Off credit card that was on hold. I then looked to see if my $20 dlls was ever credited to my ATM. N E V E R.I called to ask questions! Girl remembered me and said we're so sorry! IDK what's going on and ROXY is out of town.

Once she lands I will call her and get this situation handled or her SISTER will be here later and call you. NEVER received a call from no one. Waiting (3) days & called back. Spoke to another girl who stated she was aware of the situation and will also call ROXY! I explain that I needed ROXY to call me back since she the only one who can make MOVES or answer questions!

I also text my photo screen charge on credit card. A whole week and HAS NO OBE CALLED ME! Please don't ever work with these unprofessional girls ( not ladies) but they can't call or even answer simple questions! Don't ever use any ATM or credit card with this business. I reported them with my credit and will go that route

Amazing services before you sign a contract but cannot follow through once you pay her. Roxy and her team is very unprofessional. I paid close to 2k and they gave me a very wrinkled dress we were condescending when I asked them to re iron it. The lady who charge that day took a solid hour "heating up the steamer." The dress I got was white and it was very very very dirty.

I came two weeks ago and was ready to pick it up and they told me they don't take debit cards! What kind of business does everything in cash? The transaction was close to $2000! This is not mention the fact that they didn't order my bible because they "forgot." I would not recommend this boutique for a special occasion! Side note: when I brought my daughter in, Roxy told me that she needed a full payment in case that my daughter came out pregnant before her quinceanera?

False promise to get your business. We met a Quineanera expo and they quoted a price for a custom dress, then did not honor. We ended up getting catalog dress. It was not ready when ordered, good thing I called to verify. They did responded quickly to correct. But down side was we wanted alterations but they just handed us dress and didn't ask if were satisfied. Make sure what they promise is in writing.

After texting a friend for recommendations of where to even start looking for a prom dress for my daughter, my friend could not recommend Roxy's Bridal enough! My friend has had a couple of very positive formal dress buying experiences from Roxy's and couldn't speak any more highly of Roxy and her shop. Roxy's Bridal was the first stop we went to for Prom Dress shopping.

It was also our only! My daughter tried on several different dresses and found the perfect dress! The dress required some alterations which they did for us for what I considered a very reasonable fee. Dress was done within the week. The selection of dresses was amazing, and we were told sizes could be ordered. They did alterations. They were most helpful and complementary on what color and what cut was flattering. I will always come here first from now on for any future formal dress needs.

I'm reading a few of these reviews and wonder if they walked into a completely different boutique than I did?! Huge thank you to Roxy and her staff for making our quinceanera dress shopping the best experience! We are always warmly greeted by staff (and we were there a lot!) and were personally assisted by the owner herself. My daughter had her eyes set on the exquisite Morilee Vizcaya Collection dress 89126 & was immediately shown a floor sample of what the color would resemble, the way the material scalloped, its fine detailing, and measurements were taken.

Her dress was catalog ordered and arrived an entire month earlier than expected and we were contacted upon the delivery. We came in that same day and Miss Roxy already had her dress steamed and ready to be fitted. the dress fit like a glove! Absolutely stunning and my daughter was glowing. We also purchased the quinceanera package and everything complimented the dress and my daughters style perfectly!

We did require a slight alteration on the bolero, but of course Miss Roxy had that ready for pick up the following day. Miss Roxy and her staff are an absolute pleasure to work with and I highly recommend everyone stop by to check out Roxy's Bridal!

I came here for my prom dress 2 years ago and loved the service. Now that prom season has rolled around again I suggested my friends to go, BOTH my good friends found their dresses here and the workers were extremely friendly and helpful! It wasn't a dreaded shopping trip like most are. I highly recommend Roxys Bridal!

I love this place. I always come here when I need a dress. Super friendly. They treat you like family. I got my quinceanera dress and my damas dresses here. And now my mother and i are back again getting a dress for my brothers wedding. We found ones that we Love! The dresses came in fast! I Definitely tell anyone who's looking for dresses to come here.
