Suzann's Flowers

Suzann's flowers arrangement is sooo beautiful. The price is also fair. The only complaint was their delivery time frame. I was going to do delivery. But their time stamp was only 8am-4pm. There was no closer time frame whatsoever. I requested time delivery 3-4pm and they want to charge $30 from upland to pomona. Thats little too much for the delivery. But i still happy with their arrangement. I will just do pick it up everytime.

Staff was very professional and attentive. This was a new business for me and I was impressed with the affordability of their arrangements. Thank you for the service!

I know I am not exactly timely, but wanted you to Know how beautiful and long-lasting the flowers sent by my daughter and son-in law for Mother's Day were. I don't know how you do it but almost all of the flowers lasted over 2 weeks. They live in Northern CA and had sent me flowers from Suzanne's for other occasions and we have always been impressed by your workmanship, Quality of product, and exceptional customer service afforded our family by Suzann's. Beyond disappointed with Suzann's. I placed a flower order for my Uncle's funeral. I gave them the name and address of the church located in Chino Hills. The order was placed and paid for a week before the service. They did not deliver my flowers. I called and was told that the flowers were indeed delivered fifteen minutes before the Services started.

After looking into it they discovered that my flowers were delivered to a church located in Rancho Cucamonga. Victoria said that things like this never happen and that she was very sorry and there was nothing else she could say. She offered to refund my money or send flowers to a family member. I opted for a refund. Hopefully I receive it as I was told it would take a few days. If my family decides to continue to use Suzann's we'll definitely confirm the day before.

I was sent a bouquet of flowers as a gift from a friend in Idaho. This is such a gorgeous full bouquet. The roses are so fragrant and the roses and lilies are opening. I had lost my faith in florists until I received this bouquet. It has brightened my days during my recovery. I will definitely be ordering from Suzann's in the future.

I have used Suzanns flowers couple times and they been great.first time they called me to notify me that the arrangement would arrive a little late due to the time I made the purchase. I thought that was great customer service. Flowers were beautiful and remained beautiful for a good time! Definitely will use them again.

My Aunts funeral was today. My Mom (her sister) couldn't go because of health reasons. She was so upset she asked me to order flowers. I said oh mom it's way too late. ( the day before) But no I called Kathleen, she was SO helpful and when I arrived this Gorgeous arraignment was there Thank you so much Also the roses were the biggest and prettiest I have ever seen I highly recommend them

I needed a last minute boutonniere. I called first. They said they have one left. Shame on you for selling this baby rose for $18 shame on you. I will never use this place again ever. I only agreed to get it because i was desperate. I'll never be that desperate again.

Very responsive, reasonably priced, and delivered! This is my first time doing a delivery for my girlfriend and I got exactly what I was looking for. Flowers are beautiful and they even went the extra mile to add additional flower variations! Highly recommend if you want to order and deliver flowers for anyone.

Got a arrangement for my girlfriend and I anniversary last minute on Sunday and it came out beautiful!

First let me start by saying that my husband and I have used this florist for more than 15 years! I've always trusted them and loved their arrangements. This time I ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday and was beyond disappointed! I was so embarrassed by what was sent to my mom. I would have never sent her something like that. It was totally different than what their images showed and not with the $100 I paid for.

My arrangement lacked taste and fullness. The picture one looked so elegant. I know flowers may be out of season but it's like they didn't even try. We contacted them and customer service was just as bad. They basically said we can send another but it'll look just like it and we need the other one returned. How embarrassing. Then they offered $20 compensation.

After my husband told them that was still unacceptable and we would just do a chargeback, they offered $50. They could have at least offered to send another arrangement of plain roses or something to make it better. I'm super bummed and disappointed. Won't be using them again.

This is our go-to florist for every occasion. I have loved every arrangement I've gotten from them. They are professional and creative! The prices are reasonable for the quality of blooms you get. Most of my arrangements last for just a little under 2 weeks.

I ordered the flowers for my mom 3 days ago and it was delivered to her today as requested before noon. It was a surprise and the staff definitely knows how to keep a secret when my mom and dad asked who it was from, the gentleman, with a smile, kindly could not say and to read the card lol thank you. Great service! And of course the flowers were beautifully fresh, the arrangement was spot on and perfect! My mom loved it so much, thank you!

Not too often I have to scramble to get flowers for a special occasion. My teen son recently requested single roses for senior cheer at the football game. I knew I could call that morning and request to the shop. Of course they came through, even when I had to call back to increase the order. Always a pleasure to visit the shop.

Love how the flower turned out! Suzann's flowers customer service was easy to communicate with and very patient however, you do have to remember the person who was communicating with you because they go for one for one other employees won't know your design needs. I communicated with them via email and phone for my design references and it's for engagement party's center pieces.

It was $175 each and I'm very satisfied on how it turned out the delivery was on time and I appreciate them sending me a picture before they sent out the order. The price comes with the vases and also came with little plant food for the flowers to live longer ~

Quite disappointing, I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers with balloons for my moms 67th bday today. I'm in Texas and she's way in California, I went based off reviews and photos and all seemed so well, flowers were delivered in a timely manner, however only the flowers arrived, no balloons in sight. It would've made a great addition to the bouquet and I was super excited to see her smile when she received them, although she was happy when I inquired about the balloons she was confused as was I.

Something so simple was passed up and again it's disappointing. Almost $90 and you expect perfection because that's what they advertise. Their only solution was to refund the balloons, but it's the principle of the matter, a refund doesn't always rectify situations!

This is my first time having flowers delivered to someone, and Suzann's Flowers did not disappoint. I requested to have these flowers delivered to my wife's work a day before and before noon. They kept their promise of delivering the flowers before 12, and I was able to receive a confirmation email saying that it was delivered. For the first time using this service, I will most likely use it again in the future.

Suzann's always does a Beautiful job. I wanted something special for my cousins Birthday and this is what they came up with. Just gorgeous!

I ordered a bouquet for my sister's wedding. I requested a very light green and cream roses. A bouquet that they advertised on their website. So I didn't worry that the green wouldn't come out any different then what the website had. When I picked up my bouquet I was pretty disappointed. The green was yellow no where close to the green I asked for.

I understand the weather right now being so hot and humid would effect the flowers, but the color? So I wouldn't recommend ordering a bouquet here for any weddings. Besides being in the store everything else is very pretty but was very unhappy with my order and being for a very special day, couldn't do anything about it. Had to make it work.

I ordered flowers worth $120 and they did not receive a confirmation that it was delivered. I actually called them in the afternoon and the person on the phone confirmed that it wasn't delivered yet at that time and assured that it will be delivered within the day. They are supposed to deliver it before 12 noon today. It's disappointing. UPDATE: Remington, from Suzzan's sent me a message when I wrote this review. I gave it a 1 star at first. Now, I'm giving it a 3. He refunded $2 because they did not deliver the flowers before or by 12 noon as advertised.

Called last min. Didn't only get a beautiful arrangement at a great price. It was delivered in about two hours. Really impressed with everything. Totally recommend

I ordered from Suzann's after I continued to be disappointed with large online flower companies. I hoped that going with a local shop would give me better results and they ABSOLUTELY delivered. The bouquet was beautiful, full, and textured. I am super happy with the value of the chocolates and flowers that were provided. The box was even personalized. Highly recommend!

I came to this venue last year around Christmas time in 2019, and I was incredibly impressed. I actually had stopped at several other locations before landing on this place, and was happy to come back here again in November 2020. The two ladies that assisted me incredibly kind, help me with my request I'm getting a little extra raffia, and help me choose the perfect vase that I was looking for.

I suppose the best compliment I can give, is that when am I am in this part of the state to visit my in-laws, my money goes here! Highly recommend. Not to mention great prices!
