Performance Party Rents

Will never use this place again. Over priced for what you get and then want to charge you even more without even being told. Just woke up to a charge on my debit card no call no warning. Shouldn't be that expensive to rent some very already used equipment. Never again!

I was very impressed by the customer service I received this week by Chelsea. She went above and beyond to help me with my purchases. She was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Thank you Chelsea for your "AWESOME" service!

Rented picnic tables and an inflatable obstacle course for a kid's birthday party. The delivery guys were polite and professional, . After seeing them set everything up, trust me, the delivery fee was well worth it! They were even kind enough to take a moment to acknowledge our special needs toddler. Would highly recommend!

Wish it would allow 0 stars but I was forced to give it one. Just trying to get some prices. Walked up to the front and was not greeted in a friendly manner at all. I was actually treated like I was not wanted there. After waiting 10 minutes for the guy that was busy taking to someone that seemed to be a buddy not a customer I was finally greeted.

If you could call it a greeting. It was as if I was interupting his conversation and he could not be bothered by an actual client. I just told him never mind and I left. My event was greatI found an event, party planner that took care of everything and I did not have to be treated so rudely. This was a while back maybe it's improved but from the things I've been told it hasn't changed at all. Won't use them ever and definitely will not recommend them.

Crazy expensive! $500.00 is insane! Not sure exactly what size the waterslide was and what all came with it but I knew my nieces had rented waterslides and moonwalks at other places for approximately $180 to $230. When she quoted a price of $500 I was shocked! Makes me want to get into a little side business

I came here to get stuff for my baby shower and Madison was such a huge help and so nice! Thank you so much for making our special day so beautiful! I will definitely be coming here for all future events! :

By far the WORST experience and customer service ever. I called around 1 pm today to make sure it was ok that my husband could come pick up our bounce house we reserved for TOMORROW 04/06/19 since the purchase was made under my name. I was told that they would be closed tomorrow and I would have to come pick up the rental by 3:30 pm TODAY. My contract states that RENTAL begins 04/05/19 and ends 04/08/19.

Not ONCE was I told that pick up HAD to be made TODAY when I had the bounce house RESERVED for TOMORROW. Also I have rented from this company previous times before and they have never been closed on Saturday's. As a matter of fact if you look them up now it clearly states they are open tomorrow. No one ever bothered to call me or send an email to let me know that they would be closed on Saturday as a proper and common courtesy action to their customer!

They refused to refund me back my deposit, and also wanted to charge me 135.00 to deliver it to my home since we are in Pearland. My two year olds birthday party is tomorrow and now I have absolutely nothing for the kids. I will never rent or refer anyone to this rental company again. They couldn't have cared any less that my little girls birthday is ruined due to their mistakes they refuse to correct.

I would highly recommend Performance Party Rentals. Customer service provided was excellent and the crew was awesome. They loaded and unloaded everything. I have used them for my grandchildren's birthday party and my daughters wedding. They have so much to choose from. I always rent from them and love they are family owned.

I am new to the area and am having a house warming party, Called to get some prices on items, spoke with I believe Madison, she was very blunt and unhelpful and could not answer any of my questions without constantly putting me on hold. Very unprofessional and seemed as if she was bothered.

Company gave us very poor service. Told us the day before our wedding they could not deliver chairs and tables then double charged us for the service when they told us they could take care of the delivery when they could not. Unprofessional, uncourteous deliberately rude and dysfunctional. Chelsea Munoz and staff will not keep there word and charge more than contracted.
