I wouldn't recommend anyone to rent from this place service was horrible they showed up 6 hours late didn't put canopy in the right spot no one spoked English they took half the night to setup 2 tents I spent a lot of money with this company to not have things where I wanted I advise anyone to never rent from this place. SERVICE WAS TRASH

It has been a very bad experience working with this company. Did not supply items a per the contract. Canopy provided was 20'X40' instead of contracted 20'X50'. As a result the flooring area was also reduced from 1000 Sq. Ft to 800 Sq. Ft. I tried to contact them several time for the refund of the difference, no response. The pickup date was 4/4/2022, but to our surprise the pick up crew showed on 4/3/2022 in the middle of the event. I will never use them again nor would never refer this company to any one.

Used this company for my wedding linens, "box wood" and outdoor heaters. heaters were price to rent, and never worked. The employee that was working when we returned them could not get them to work either. We were some how 2-3 napkins short upon return. Rather than refund the rental cost for the heaters that didn't work the said we could just settle for the cost of the 3 napkins and call it even. Their boxwood left us very unimpressed as well. I would not recommend renting from them.

Worst Uhaul rental I've ever experienced. No pre trip check was done to make sure everything was in line, gas tank was at only a quarter and then they expected a full tank at return. the list goes on. Amanda was very hard to work with when trying to get everything in order. Customer service was terrible. even getting a receipt was a nightmare. If you can avoid this business, I would do so. I hate to say that because I love supporting local businesses but this one. NIGHTMARE.

Eh. We had so much fun, there was barely any pictures. But Alex and his team is amazing. I had a game night that started to take on a life of its own and needed more table and chairs. Called my aunt because she's a wedding planner. I assumed she had this stuff on hand, but she already committed to rent them to someone else. So she referred me here. Initially, she did all the talking and setup, and just told me to go get the setup. Well, I called to confirm and all was well.

I sent my wife and she said they loaded everything up and she came home and had a blast. I made the delivery back to AAA and was greatly impressed by the smell of the office. On top of that, Alex was amazing. Highly recommend.

Never EVER rent a uhaul from this location. I rent uhauls a LOT- and this month, I have had them fail miserably. 2 times in a 2 week period. Once, they just didn't put the key in the box or do the paperwork, and just now, I waited for like 15 minutes to have him just change the location on me. Someone was late returning. Guess what? Had one from a different location a day ago.

They CALLED ME when it wasn't gonna be back on time. That's how you do business. Not just CHANGE THE LOCATION without talking to who had the reservation. I was dropped off. I had to get an Uber back home so I can miss the reservation time (wouldn't have made it to the location even if I HAD had a ride). Apparently it's not his problem.

If they used to have good values. they certainly do not possess them now. I do not recommend this company. Once everything was paid and finalized, no communication was sent to us on the day of our wedding or prior, about when someone would actually be delivering equipment. I called, no call back. They showed up before 9am, and said with "skilled technicians" the dance floor would be a 3 hour install.

It took over 6 hours. Thank goodness we had a late ceremony because it certainly would have been ruined otherwise. When we received charges for damaged chairs (mud on them, no actual damage to most), instead of caring about our genuine concerns on our WEDDING DAY, Amanda behaved passive aggressively, and subtly hinted on how they had lawyers. Take this for what it's worth to you.

Excellent experience with Alex (owner) and Amanda (event coordinator). They both personally saw that every detail of our rental was executed to our requests. They even both showed up during the install of the tent. We rented their 20x20 tent, tables, and chairs that were installed in our backyard for our daughters Pearland grad party. As you know it rained all week, so stress was high, but they eased our nerves with their professional delivery and set up.

The event was all day and everyone enjoyed and was complimentary of the tent setup. Our food was outstanding, delivered by Magnolia Cajun Comfort, another Pearland local business that AAA Rentals recommended. Customer service for both places were top notch. We will definitely continue to support these two businesses in the future. Sorry Alex, I was so busy I did not get a good picture of the entire tent, but did receive these ones below.

My niece used this company to rent chairs and tables over the weekend. The service was exceptional starting with the call. The information provided on the phone was accurate. The pricing was reasonable and there were no surprises. The tables and chairs were ready for pickup as expected. After sharing the reason for renting the chairs, which was a death in the family, Amanda was compassionate and provided comforting words. Plan to use this company again. They care about their customers. Amanda is service oriented. Keep up the great service. Customers will keep coming back.

Great Service! The owner is super accommodating! Amanda at the front desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help protect the vehicle I had to leave behind while renting. (Suggest a drop off ride if you can. Not much parking) but today I didnt have that choice. Amanda moved from her spot and let me park there, then used her OWN car to block mine from any potential hazards. This place only gets 5 stars cause I cant give it 10! A++ Highly recommended! #SupportLocal

Rented a U-Haul trailer from here to move some things. The people were very helpful and even helped more with a hitch after I left mine at home! Really helped me out of a bind! I highly recommend them for your U-Haul needs!

I have recently used this company over the weekend for an event and I was happy with their services. Initial phone call turned out great. Mandy was very helpful and offered/suggested more things like linens, table settings etc, not just tables and chairs. My event planned was just a small one, if it wasn't, I would have taken the offers. I also spoke with the owner, Alex, and he was also very accommodating and worked with me on delivery and pick up.

Even offered free set up! The only hiccup was the date of service which was taken care of by Mandy on the follow up call days prior to the event. Their tables and chairs are more than I expected (I thought I was just renting regular ones). It came to be wooden and sturdy. I love the wooden padded white chairs too that went well with my venue. Their price is cheaper than others around my area. Highly recommended and will use them again if needed.

I rented a Small Uhaul truck for the day. This team delivered the best service I've received in a very long time. At reservation to delivery of truck and final bill. I did not expect much from a Uhaul rental joint. I totally felt like I was tHe most important customer and they wanted to make sure I had all I needed fOr my small move. This will be my "go to" UHAUL rental place in the future. These guys were top notch! Thank you for still believing in CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Amateur night at AAA Rentals, customers service poor at best. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else

I love this family owned business! They are the nicest people to deal with! I hate to see the bad reviews on them but I'm sure there's more to the story then what those folks are saying. This family goes above and beyond to help out the people who come and rent from them. I'm sure this is still the best place around town to rent from and if they don't have what your looking for they usually know someone that does.

If you haven't been by you should check them out before you just go by the bad reviews because belive me I'm sure those people didn't get treated like that for no reason!

I simply rented a cargo van for a few hours. The couple who owns the place were friendly. The van was new (or like new), clean, and had good tires. I had no problems with the van or the transaction. Good experience. Recommended.

AAA is unhappy with the state of America. I could tell right away by the large poster of Barack Obama as a shoe shine boy, shining Sara Palin's shoes. The other poster added to the sentiment, showing an angry mob, a guillotine and with Harry Reid, Obama and Diane Feinstein queued to have their heads chopped off. If I had any doubt, the husband-owner's rant about the upcoming elections clarified it for me. I'd come to rent a U-Haul trailer for the Columbus day weekend and U-Haul's national service sent me here. It's not my usual U-Haul place, but they were the closest with the trailer I wanted.

As usual, the info AAA had received from U-Haul was largely incomplete / incorrect. And I didn't show up in U-Haul's Repeat Customer database, even though I've rented trailers 3 times a year for 7 years. The man and his wife were cheerful as I repeated all the info. The guy put the trailer on my van's hitch. I warned him that the van would ride a lot lower when loaded, and told him to tighten up the chains. Later, when we loaded the van, I had to redo the chains.

They scraped the road. There was something funky with the ground wire on the van's plug, so he just skipped connecting it. He didn't have me inspect the trailer for previous damage. But he was cheerful and friendly. A big plus: When I returned the trailer, 3days and 3h later, the computer wanted to charge me for 4 days, but the wife adjusted the input to only charge me for 3.

So that saved me $15. I don't think I'll be back. But if you go, please ask the guy what he thinks about the healthcare bill, and let us know. [This is my 100th FTR. Yipee!]
