Well to start we had a great experience the lady was nice and helpful but we were given incorrect information. We purchased a suit for my husband and we stated that we wanted it tailored the lady never once told us it would not be tailored. Well the suit arrives untailored and we are told we would have to get it tailored ourselves. IF I WAS TOLD THAT I DEFINITELY WOULD HAVE NOT HAVE ORDERED HIS SUIT WITH THEM.

Now we are behind on getting his suit tailored and spending more money Response to owner: That's not at all what happen I was the one you were speaking to but I understand you needed service but we ask for a tailored suit and you complied but now we have waisted money and time. Please make sure to give your customers what that ask for and not wait until the suit comes in to say it's not tailored.

Good at being a third party retailer (meaning will sell you anything) but fails to resolve issues caused by wrongfully sizing or wrong selection of bridal dresses. My dress bra broke and as the seller refused to resolved the issue.

I had such a great experience with Sharon at Bridal Designs. She was very helpful during my first visit to the store and I took my dress home that day! I didn't have enough turnaround time to order a dress in so I bought one already in stock. I went back a few months later for the fitting which took a few weeks for the tailoring. The dress fit me perfectly and I felt so comfortable in it. Thank you Sharon!

Got my wedding dress altered here and bought my veil here. Such amazing customer service! My dress was too long so it was hemmed and they did a great job. Reasonable price as well. Would recommend this place!

The lady who helped us out was very helpful, friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience fun. They have several rooms of dresses of all styles and very reasonably priced, I was so happy with the price of the dress I purchased. I am very glad I went and gave bridal design and tuxedo a chance! Would recommend highly if you are wanting a quality dress for a reasonable price.

She was so helpful and nice! I loved that everything here was super affordable! I got a dress that was very similar to one I had tried on at twice the price! My wedding is in December and many stores made me stress out about getting things here on time and she didnt stress me out about it and let me know we could rush for a small fee if it made me feel better! Cannot wait to get my dress in September!

I had a really great experience at Bridal Designs! I'm part of a bridal party and they made the dress selection process fun and easy, the entire team was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed alterations for my dress and they were able to give me the perfect fit. If you want it done right I highly recommend!

Bridal Design and Tuxedos is AMAZING! I'd gone to a commerical bridal shop and was so disheartened, none of the dress fit me well or flattered my body type, the rep seemed rushed and the place was crowd (in the mist of COVID-19). One of my Brides Maids found Bridal Designs and Tuxedos on google and they were willing to see me that day although it was getting late.

My mom, Brides Maids and I were like kids in a candy store! They had SO many amazing options. The staff was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel like an absolute princess! I didn't think this could be such an memorable experience! I could not recommend anywhere more! We were pretty last minute (had a Vegas wedding) and they were able to get me a dress I could walk out with same day, that didn't need alterations! AND I sent my husband and his groomsmen to rent Tuxs and they were able to rush them as well. The commerical location made it seem IMPOSSIBLE. I thank God our google search sent me here

Looking for Bridesmaid dresses is not an easy task to check off of your list. But Bridal Designs and Tuxedo's is AMAZING! The staff is incredibly helpful, kind, and on top of their stuff. Sharon kept me up to date with the status of my bridesmaids getting their fittings and making payments. She answered my emails and returned my calls in a timely manner. The store has such a wide variety of dresses for all people in the wedding party. My experience was exceptional and seamless. Highly recommended!

My husband and I went here for my wedding dress, his tux, and our groomsmen tuxes. She was so nice and accommodating throughout the whole process. We also got everything tailed there as well, which turned out perfect! On top of everything, it was far more affordable than anything else we found in the area and had a more personal experience.

I don't know how many "soon to be brides" are looking for a dress that would make them feel like a queen, yet won't break the bank but Bridal Designs & Tuxedos would be THE place to find it. I had already visited another shop before coming here. One of my friends told me to call and see if they had any appointments (since we were down the street) and I'm so glad I did. Sharon was so friendly and accommodating.

Her process for trying on dresses makes it very easy on you so that you don't become so overwhelmed with decisions. I went to see one dress in particular and ended up saying yes to another! Since I purchased my dress here, my bridesmaids can now purchase theirs with 20% off. They have amazing deals to say the least. First I will say that this is the best service I have ever received. I felt as if I were a celebrity being catered to. I expected to just get "a dress", but left with wedding advice, knowledge about the different types of dress styles, and proper bride etiquette. I loved the fact she wasn't pushy as well as I didn't feel like she was just after making a sale.

I gave her my price range and she gave me numerous options to choose from. This was the FIRST AND ONLY place I searched for a Bridal dress. I normally don't purchase after one visit but she had me sold! I purchased my dress before COVID19 and she did a great job with updating me through the process. After the stores opened back up she was consistent with the time frames.

I moved my wedding date up by 2 months and she was able to get the alterations and have the dress ready before the date given. I don't plan on getting married ever again but I will surely send all of my family and friends to her for future purchases. The dresses are budget friendly if you are on a tight budget like me. Or if you want an elegant dress to look like a million bucks this is the place!

I got my wedding dress alterations done through here, and it was fairly priced and turned out amazing! I wondered if the alterations would be delayed because of COVID-19, but they were right on time and fit me perfectly! Sharon was so nice and great to work with. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I bought my wedding dress here and had the most lovely experience. Unlike every other place I had gone, Sharon respected my price range and didn't even show me dresses out of my budget. The layout of this place is AWESOME. Every dress on the racks have photos of a model wearing it so you can easily flip through without having to pull out each one to see what is looks like.

It was such a fun time going into each room and placing clothes pins on the dresses I loved while Sharon prepared them for me in the dressing room. I had tried on a few dresses I liked, and Sharon picked up on my style and chose one for me. When I saw it on the hanger, I didn't really like it. But after trying it on, I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! This goes to show her understanding of bride's wants and needs in a dress.

My husband and his groomsmen also utilized the tuxedo rental that they offer and we had a wonderful experience with that as well. I can't say enough good things about this place and recommend it to every bride-to-be that I know!

I enjoyed my experience here. They were able to get me in after having gone to two other places and was not having the best day. I tried on many dresses and found two that were stunning. It was a very difficult decision, but the lady was amazing and helped me decide on the dress that I'm walking down the aisle to.

I'm not sure why this business has such bad reviews. I am so happy with my experience and dress! This was my first place to go while shopping for my wedding dress. I came with my mom and sister and we had the entire salon to ourselves. The dresses had pictures attached to the outside of the bag so you could see exactly what the dresses looked like- made it so easy to choose which ones to try on.

I found a dress I loved but had more dress appointments and felt nervous about picking a dress at the first shop. I went to two other appointments that day- none of the places I went measured up to the service of Sharon and her selection. I called her and she ended up staying open late so I could drive back to her store and get my dress. I bought the dress in December and it came in a month early! I live in Hawaii and was nervous about conducting business so far away from the shop! Great dresses, great service, nice store. Thank you!

This place was worth every penny. Contrary to previous reviews I had an amazing experience with Bridal Designs. I did not purchase dress here, but my bridesmaids and I had our dresses altered here and have nothing but good things to say. My dress had many layers and designs and it fit like a glove and looked perfect on my wedding day.

Dropped off a designer Vera Wang for restoration and a bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding. The bridesmaid dress ordered for me at a different shop came in and it was HUGE. 6 inches on each side huge. I brought the gown to Bridal Design on a semi short notice and Sharon got it fixed in the deadline needed and with precision. I was worried taking a dress in that much would ruin the design but this shop made it look perfect. Once I get my Vera Wang done I'll update this review.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They will make you sign your life away on contracts that will handcuff you to their unfair business agreements. For example, I needed to call to have them not ship my dress to San Francisco, since I'll be in Texas, so I called them to inform them of us - they proceeded to tell me that "all payments are non-refundable".so I'm going to pay $40 for shipping that's no longer needed?! Clearly they don't make any exceptions from their unfair business agreements - so buyer (and bride/grooms) BEWARE!

I was a groomsman for a good friend of mine. His bride chose Bridal designs as the vendor for us to rent our suits from. Of the groom and the five groomsmen, only two people had suits that fit even remotely well. The groom was fitted there, and when he went to pick his suit up, he was unhappy with the fit. The arms were incredibly tight and the lapels lifted around three inches off his chest at rest.

He was told that this was normal and that this was the style of suit he chose. According to him and his bride, he was not given any options to get a different style. The shop owner told me that he was not telling the truth. A local tailor measured me. When I arrived for a fitting, everything was ok except the pants were incredibly large. With the pants tightened as much as possible, I had about 8 inches between my stomach and the button.

The shop owner then measured me, and told me that I was 2 inches smaller than my tailor had measured. When she measured me, she pulled the tape so tight that it was cutting into my skin. All instructions on Google say to leave a finger under the tape to be sure it is not too tight. Also, the shoes, which were my normal shoe size were way too small.

The owner then informed me that it was my tailor's fault and that she could order the pants based off her measurement of two inches smaller, but I would have to pay an additional $15 in shipping. She promised me that they would arrive via UPS the next day. This was Thursday, and the wedding was Saturday. Texas was hit by a massive storm that week, and the package never arrived Friday.

She said that she was told by UPS that it would arrive on Saturday morning (wedding day), but that her suit vendor was sending another set. I don't blame her for the shipping delay, but I never received the replacements before the wedding. I had to buy pants a Kohl's and wear old shoes. The shop owner refused to refund anything, even the additional $15 shipping for the items that I never received.

My issue was that she showed no empathy and her attitude was horrible. Luckily the wedding went well in spite of her. I would never recommend her to anyone, this is not someone you need to deal with for your big day.

This place was ghetto and a waste of time. The "dressing room" smelled weird and the lady helping me was very pushy. She tried telling me what was "in" instead of focusing on what I was looking for. She just wanted to sell me a dress, any dress. Do not go here.no matter what.

I would give this place No Stars if I could. The staff is cold and is unfamiliar with the term called Customer Service. I went in with my sister on independance day weekend, tried on a few dresses and they kept pressuring us with the selling point of giving us $100 off for independance day, my mom wasnt with us so they said if we returned the next day they would honor the 100 off sale.

We returned the next day and were about to make a purchase when we noticed the promised discount had not been applied. Afther inquiring about this they said it was only valid for accessories and bridesmaid dresses. I felt so decieved and they werent even courteous enough to offer an apology for what could have been a misunderstanding. We said we needed some time to think about it and tried to schedule a third appointnent to which they said it would be a $50 fee to schedule. I simply walked out afther that. Go someplace else!

They have huge selections with very reasonable prices. My consultant helped me find the perfect dress. We really enjoyed experience at Bridal Designs and Tuxedos. We also ordered the bridesmaid dresses and Tuxedos. Everybody got great group discounts. The dresses all came in time. They did perfect alteration on my wedding dress. It's truly a one stop bridal shop. We highly recommend them!
