Our club just held an annual summer event at Paradise Cove. The venue is beautiful with a stunning view of the lake. Tina is fantastic to work with, very accommodating, and was hands on the entire time. Her staff was beyond helpful even stepped in to help us blow up some inflatables when our air compressor died. Can't say enough good things about PC and will be back for our Christmas party.

DO NOT RECOMMEND My husband and I just got married at Paradise cove on June 22,2022. While the venue itself is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, I have nothing positive to say about the staff for paradise cove. Tina ( the owner of the venue) pushed us to have her as "our day of coordinator " expressing that she has tons of experience and knows exactly what to do and when to do it.
She expressed that she would make herself available for any questions and concerns we had along the way and even went as far as providing me with her personal cell phone number. I should have caught on sooner because she was extremely unresponsive when I finally did message her with questions. If she would respond to my texts she usually would tell me to "ask Dawn." Which is her partner who handles the finance portion of things. Needless to say that having Tina in charge meant that NOTHING went as scheduled the day of our wedding.
We were late on almost everything, our guests were NOT informed of anything that was happening, the crew was rude to our guests based on feedback that we received from family and friends, AND the bridal suite didn't even have proper air conditioning! My bridal party and I sat back there sweating for 2.5hrs waiting for Tina to get the show on the road.
There was so much confusion and Tina was very scatterbrained. She was unable to give proper answers to questions when asked and I feel that the workload is too much for her. When we need her she nowhere to be found. She kept referring to her "crew" which involved herself and 2 other people (which were the "bartenders") one of which showed up several hours late.
Definitely not a good look. During our conversations with her, Tina informed us that couples get upset when they hire outsourced coordinators that are not familiar with her venue and that those people usually do not get their deposits back because they leave trash ect. So like some fools we were convinced that hiring Tina was our best option to ensure that our special day went smoothly. HOWEVER, not only did we pay Tina an extra $1,300 to have her as our coordinator because she claimed to be so "knowledgeable" she also refused to give us back our $1,000 deposit.
Which absolutely defeated the purpose of having her coordinate to begin with. She was COMPLETELY useless. My mother-in-law even made it a point to check in with her all night to ensure things were as they should be the night of. It had been radio silence from Tina since the night of the event until she finally reached out via email a week later to tell us we won't be getting that money back.
A true con artist that has now scammed us out of a total of $2,300 & used Gods name to do it. What a shame. She added so much stress to the night of our wedding and then failed to follow through on the promises she made. Please look elsewhere before booking with her place. All that glitters isn't gold here.

Our son and new daughter-in-law had a truly gorgeous wedding at Paradise Cove last weekend and a big part of the success is truly attributable to Tina and her team's support and hard work. I was continually amazed by her patience, professionalism and extensive wedding reception knowledge and experience -both day of and the months leading up to the event. Run to sign the contract on this venue! You will not be sorry. Tina and her staff are top notch. She told me, "Don't worry on the wedding day, that's my job!" And she was right! I had the time of my life at my daughter's wedding because I knew everything was taken care of! She is both detailed oriented and warm and friendly to guests. I don't know how Tina made planning a wedding during a pandemic a total JOY but she did it.
The gazebo, the lake, the reception area. Everything is so well laid out at Paradise Cove. Different guests got a front row seat to different events. I received pictures from my cousin from the cake cutting. My friend Vicki was front and center for the speeches and my friend Tara had great photos from the dancing! I realized they got to be pulled in to different parts of the night! LOVED LOVED LOVED this venue!

Paradise Cove is a gorgeous venue! Tina was so sweet the day we met her to tour the venue. She is incredibly flexible with her packages and accommodating with the items she includes. We had a couple of things happen that made it evident that an old version of our day-of timeline had been used. If I could go back, I would have reviewed that, and the packing list of decor items with her before the festivities began.
We ended up having ushers which we had not wanted, the bar tender poured for a champagne toast that we had requested to not have (so a good number of glasses of champagne got quite warm), and I could have had someone pick up the fresh rose petals for the send off (instead of freeze dried that were supposed to be for decor), if we had re-reviewed the day-of. Also, there were chairs set up outside so or guests were confused if it was an outdoor wedding (or wasn't) or not.
And last call was announced an hour early. I'm really not sure how that came about, but it was corrected rather quickly. Overall, we loved working with Tina! She was responsive on some fairly obscure questions and planning requests during the process. We highly recommend Tina and this venue for the beautiful location, the value, and flexibility!

Disorganized and confused. Throughout a day long ceremony and reception, every aspect was just haphazard and poorly organized. Nothing went off as scheduled. Nobody made an effort to inform guests as to the nature of the arrangements. While there weren't any glaring shortcomings, there was no feeling of welcome or cordiality from the staff. The food was acceptable at best. The grounds were a bit of a mess. The facilities were barely sufficient for the nature of the event.

Paradise Cove is the most unique property in North Texas, settled right on Grapevine Lake. Tina is the most responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable wedding coordinator and venue owner ever. This combination allows for all your wedding dreams to come to life, stress-free. I could not have been more happy with the choice to have our wedding at Paradise Cove with Tina's help.
During our first visit at Paradise Cove, Tina gave us a tour of the property, explained the available packages to lease the venue, and answered every single one of our questions. The following day, we secured our date and the wedding planning began. Tina helps you through the ENTIRE wedding process. She helped us prioritize our very first to-do list, reminded us of things we had forgot or not even thought of, and kept us organized through the 6 months of planning.
Any questions I had, she was always one text or phone call away. On our wedding day, we transformed Paradise Cove into our own bright little Mexican fiesta (our theme). The venue serves as canvas where you can add your own special touch and feel, the outdoor ceremony site is absolutely stunning, the reception room is spacious yet intimate, and the property is one of a kind.
I highly recommend this venue for it's spectacular views, friendly ownership, and reasonable price to any bride or event planner! PS: don't forget to take sunset photos!

I was supposed to attend a wedding here (late May, 2015) and we couldn't even get near the venue. News report showed water nearly to the roof. Bride was devastated. If you're planning a Wedding here, it's really a hit or miss proposition - is it going to rain and how much? The business that was here before was a Catfish Restaurant that got rained out so often they went broke. I'm not playing Russian Roulette when I plant my Wedding.
From the lack of reviews about rain-outs and flooding, It's clear that many reviews aren't being posted, because a lot of Brides are very upset. I'm cross-posting this to another review site where the review will be posted and if this doesn't show up on Yelp, my confidence in objective reviews on Yelp will be seriously diminished.

Paradise Cove was the perfect place to get married! Every step of the way from planning to day-of, the staff was prepared, peaceful, and confident. Here's one great example: We were planning on an outdoor ceremony, but weather shifted at the last moment, bringing rain and wind! Our day-of coordinator did not even skip a beat. As soon as I told her that I wanted to move the ceremony inside, she dove right into turning the whole reception area that had already been arranged into a gorgeous ceremony area. and we're so glad we did!
We had so many people tell us that it was the most beautiful, intimate ceremony that they'd ever been to. The candles glowed all around us, and the lake outside took on a symphony of waves due to the wind. It was a perfect contrast. : After the ceremony, guests enjoyed appetizers in the large foyer while our coordinator turned the area back into a gorgeous reception area in record time for us to dance away in!

Was here to shoot a wedding. The place is nice, established and over looks the lake. It is tucked away in the back, but GPS will get you there. The area is big enough to hold whatever event that you might have. Things to note: -Only one dressing area. So the groom's party all had to change in the bathrooms. -The hallway to the dressing room is HOT.
No air circulating. -The staff was very helpful and the meal provided was very good. -no drive up/through, you would have to back the car up the the entrance. -The view is gorgeous! Check them out!

As mother of the bride I can not compliment this facility and it's staff enough. Tina was wonderful as a wedding coordinator. Her attention to detail allowed us to truely enjoy the event. The outdoor setting has a gorgeousl view of the lake as well as a beautiful walkway adorned with many flowers and colorful shrubs. The deck off the recption hall provides a lovely outdoor break from the activities.
Inside you will find a most romantic ambiance with curved ceiling & tables maximizing the waterfront view. It sparkles at night with the many candles and mood lighting they provide. We had a plated meal served that was both generous in portions and tasted great. Not only did our guests enjoy their experience at Paradise Cove but so did the bride & groom from beginning to end.
