Hiring DJ Dave may have been the best choice we made for our wedding! Our guests are still talking about how awesome he was! He kept the volume at the perfect level for our outdoor venue and for our guests to be able to have conversations if they did not feel like dancing. He does an awesome job making announcements as needed throughout the night and he was even willing to run the shoe game for us!
His online portal was very helpful, it helped keep us organized and he played all the music that we requested. One of the best parts of having Dave at our reception was he led group dances and line dances, which were so much fun and got people out on the dance floor! I cannot say enough good things about Marlin DJs. We highly recommend DJ Dave!

Dave Kim of Marlin DJs was the DJ at our wedding. He way exceeded what we ever thought a DJ could do. It was so much more than just music (which was just right for the audience), because he got everyone participating. There was an epic conga line. He did the funniest interactive dance routine with the kids that I've ever seen, and I've seen a few.
He even had our most introverted in-laws doing the YMCA. It was such a memorable party. Everyone told us that it was the best wedding reception they had ever been to. People were still remarking on it weeks later. Worth every penny and more.

Dave Kim and Marlin Disc Jockeys DJ'd my wedding last year and I could not be happier with the choice we made. In fact, after seeing Dave at some local dance clubs in the area a while ago, I knew well before I was engaged that I wanted him to MC the wedding. He has a gift for getting the crowd ramped up and happy to be on the dace floor, and that's exactly the atmosphere I wanted at my wedding.
Our wedding was on the small side (70 people) and my wife and I (especially my wife) were terrified that there would be no party - that no one would dance and that it would be a lame reception. Everyone has those fears I'm sure, but with such a small guest list, we were really feeling anxious. Well, we were worried for nothing. Dave more than came through and the music and ambiance was so perfect, he kept people on the floor for nearly SIX HOURS!
Just before midnight, it was just a group of our closest friends and we were still having the best time! We've heard so many complements about our reception, and the DJ is always at the top. I absolutely recommend their wedding services, SPECIFICALLY Dave Kim - his services are the most expensive, but I promise he is worth it. If you want a reception to remember, this is not the place to cut costs.
