Placed an order for a ring, hasn't arrived yet. Got the ring looks good, fit's just right. Not sure how long it will last but for the price can't go wrong.

We purchased a beautiful ring from these guys. Looking around at other sites - the prices here are excellent. The ring was engraved and shipped the same day. This was a good buy. We will be sure to spread. Thank you for such an easy and painless purchase.

The absolute worst. I saw the reviews both positive and negative and figured I would give them a chance. Now I know the positive reviews must be purchased cause I doubt anyone that actually bought something from these people had a positive experience. They show the ring and size I want as "in stock." I order it, they get my money, I hear nothing for 2 weeks.

I email them twice, no response. I threaten to file a case with PayPal and they finally respond telling me my ring is shipping in a couple days. That day comes and goes I say, hey why haven't I gotten a tracking number. Then they respond and say my shipment is coming and I get a "tracking number originated" email. It sits there for 4 weeks, they never shipped it.

I email them again multiple times, they finally respond with excuses of course, not any reason why they were doing nothing about my order for 6 weeks. I give them more time, email them again, more excuses, oh it will ship next week. So I tell them if I don't see it ship next week I'm filing a claim with PayPal since it's been two months. Then they cancel my order.

Well I guess that answers my question they had no intention of shipping it. Total scam job. Update: Since they have been stalking all of my reviews of the company, 10 months after the fact, I guess I can share the rest of the story. After canceling my order they shipped the ring to me any way then threatened me with collections if I didn't pay for it.

So in order to be done with this company I paid them and moved on, yet they keep stalking me online like creepers. Buyer beware, buying from them seems to be a lifelong commitment.

Great deal! They shipped our rings very quickly and looks great! My co-worked is also buying a tungsten ring from Tungsten Fashions now because of the cheap price and awesome quality. We will be back to purchase again!

My husband and I planned to elope to Maui for a wedding early this year and so had very little time to shop around for rings, plus we wanted something unique and not overly expensive, something that matched our personalities! A search led me to Tungsten Fashions' site and the rings that fit our desires. Ordering was easy, sizing was perfect, engraving beautiful and the rings arrived in the time specified.

The only hiccup that happened was when I read the tracking information incorrectly, but an inquiry to Tungsten Fashions was answered quickly and courteously. We couldn't be happier with our rings!

Placed an order with this company, then decided to look at reviews. Initially thought oh no! But my experience with this company was 5 stars. My order shipped the same day, speedy delivery and tracking was accurate. Our ring was a size too big but luckily they will & did exchange with quick turn around & again tracking was accurate. I would order again in a heartbeat with this company. You're getting a quality if not better ring than a chain jeweler! (research) 5 stars all the way! I am very disappointed with the service I recieved, as I was sent a wrong sized ring from the one that I had ordered. Returning for an exchange promptly does not matter, as they have had my returned ring for weeks and still have yet to send me a new one. After sending multiple emails to customer service, I finally got a response that was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

All I asked was about the status of my ring and the lack of communication. Because of the rude response I finally just asked for a refund. But after reading numerous reviews online, it looks like the majority of people never recieve their refunds even after months of reaching out to the company. Many people have also been sent fake or false tracking numbers. Concerning my experience and others, I would highly recommend you do NOT order from here.

I am over 130 dollars in the hole from having to reorder and ship rings to and from them, and I am getting married in a week and have had to order a new ring from elsewhere. Please avoid shopping with Tungesten Fashions. Do not let the cheaper prices fool you.

I purchased wedding bands from recommendation of my friend and I regret it. Nowhere on invoice did it say I could not exchange the rings and so I sent one back for exchange. Sent priority mail and called to follow up. They never called me back instead 5 days later they emailed me saying they would not exchange them. It does say engraved rings can not be refunded but it did not say they could not be exchanged.

So in the email it says they are sending it back. I called them again and I just hope it gets back here in time even thought I don't like it. Really regret the purchase. Disappointed especially in customer service a return call could have alleviated my present frustration.

Fast Shipping and great customer service. We ordered 3 Lord of the Rings bands for our Grandkids and they were so happy with them. Damien was extra caring when I called with all my questions! By far one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. I bought a ring from this company last year and it took over 3 weeks to get to me. Spoke with the owner several times during the process trying to get a status and he kept assuring me the ring had shipped but there were no updates on the carrier website. After several emails and phone calls, they finally shipped the ring. Decided to give them another chance this year and ordered another ring.

Sure enough the exact same thing happened. This time the order took just shy of a month to get to me. Owner kept telling me the same stories "your order has shipped and should be there in 2 days." Meanwhile the carrier website showing no updates. Come to find out the engravers didn't even know they were supposed to engrave the ring, so the ring was just sitting there while the owner was telling me it had shipped.

I'm not sure how these guys stay in business when it takes a month to get a single ring sent out to a customer. If you want to wait a month to get your product and be told lies repeatedly about it being shipped then this is the place to shop. It's funny how 11 of their 5 star reviews are anonymous and posted 5 years ago. ALL AROUND SCAM ARTISTS!
