Lynette's Limousine Service

STAY AWAY! I hired Lynnette's limo to transport my wedding party for my May 2018 wedding and then to shuttle my guests from the hotel to the reception venue. I found out the next day ALL of my wedding guests had to WALK to the reception and the shuttle never picked any of them up at the hotel. This included many elderly guests on a winding road on an unusually hot 97 degree day!

This was humiliating after advertising to our overnight guests we were providing them transportation. Our guests unfortunately didn't want to ruin our night and didn't mention this until AFTER we even gave the driver a hefty tip! We paid for a service we never got. Lynnette herself responded immediately to emails with questions before we booked. After our event I tried reaching her on the exact same email over 8 times (I have all of these emails and our previous email chain).

I called the office number for the business and left 3 messages with the office staff and 2 on an answering machine. It is now September and she has not returned my calls or even attempted to make this right. Unfortunately I am left pursing this in small claims court. There are too many honest limousine services in the area to risk having such a disappointment on your big day!

I arranged a limo for my husband! He is a best man in his friends wedding and planned a bachelor party for the guys! Scheduling this was a breeze. Spoke to Christina very pleasant and she definitely wants your experience to be the best. I ordered a 14 passenger limo, the day of the party Lynette herself reached out to my husband and suggested a limo bus that they would be more comfortable in at not additional cost!

He did indeed the upgrade! The driver was there before the scheduling time. Dropped them off at their destination and said to John call me a few minutes before your ready to leave no sooner my husband hung up the phone and went out side he was there. Not sure what the drivers name is but was prompt and very professional. We will defiantly be using Lynnette's again and definitely will highly recommend! Over all excellent experience Thank you

I changed my mind the morning of my flight to Cancun and Lynette's was able to arrange a pick-up within 1-hour of my call. I received a text when the driver was on his way and a phone call from the driver picking us up from our return flight. Great service by Lynette's, Marco and Nancy!

Howie was excellent and the theater trip to Boston was very nice; my only issue was when signing off on charges. I requested that the tip be added to the total and there was hesitation from Howie. (Also, we arrived home 2 hours early and I did not expect any rebate for unused hours; I felt this was a "bonus" for Howie) He said cash was expected; I informed him I had not been made aware of any such policy and that I'd never conducted business that way with any other limo companies. The tip was added to credit card charges and all ended well.

I've been using Lynette's for nearly 10 years and I have always received the best service. I've rented for all my kids proms, and recently rented a party bus for my daughter's wedding which Lynette upgraded at no cost (because I been a loyal customer) to their huge party bus which was great to shuttle over 80 family and friends from Tewksbury Country Club to the Wyndham Hotel in Andover.

Our driver (Ed) was awesome and so detailed on every aspect. We even had my daughter and her new husband taken to the airport for the honeymoon, and they loved their driver Marco who was early and just so fun to talk with. Without a doubt will recommend Lynette's to anybody.

We had a great experience with Lynette's! The office was courteous and accommodating. The driver was on time and very friendly. The Limo was clean and roomy. I have no complaints and I would definitely use them again!

I'm very pleased with Lynette's! Several friends and I hired Lynette's to take us to and from the airport for a VERY early morning departure and a late night pick up upon our return. The woman doing the booking was professional, informative, helpful. Our driver was on time, professional and very nice! Everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Lynette's and would certainly use them again.

I have used Lynette's Limousine Service for at least the past 6 years for airport pick up and drop off and have never had a bad experience. The car has always arrived early to pick me up, the drivers have always been courteous and helpful, and the return trip from the airport has always gone well also. I would recommend them to anyone.

Your drivers were wonderful. The bus was clean and adequate for the 15 people and luggage we had. My only negative comment is that someone should be manning the phones at least during normal business hours. I think you are losing business by not doing this

Have been using Lynette's for years and never have I had a problem. Just recently used them for a return trip to and from the Black Falcon Pier. Driver was punctual, friendly, helpful and extremely courteous. The vehicle was extremely clean. The Driver even pointed out some of the new places to visit when in town.

They did not show up to drive us to the airport to get to our destination wedding. The manager finally agreed to split the cost of our parking at Logan Airport $400 so he wrote us a $200 check.turns out the check was canceled. So we bounced many items in our account. The manager is a fraud and extremely rude. The way he made us feel was horrible. I would never use this company for ANYTHING!

Happy to see even feds were involved at some point! The silver lining. I told the flight attendant our story and she bumped us to first class for our wedding. Thank you DELTA!
