The first time I visited this store, I was picking up my bridesmaid's dress for one of my best friend's weddings. When I got engaged a year later, I knew I had to come back to pick out my bridesmaid's dresses. I ended up gifting my bridesmaid's their dresses as one of their gifts from this store and when I took them to try the dresses on, the staff was SO helpful.

The dress can be worn in many different styles and there was one staff member who made sure to show us how to achieve the look of the certain strap style I wanted. My ladies loved their dresses. Thank you Precious Memories for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend shopping at this store.

I can not say enough good things about my experience at Precious Memories Bridal! The staff, service and quality of items are excellent. In particular, Joyce and Marize are awesome! They were detailed, caring and experts in what they do. They truly make each bride and family feel special and catered to their needs so well. They also give recommendations in a thoughtful gentle and helpful way! Purchasing my dress was my first "wedding" experience and by far the best part.

They made the process as calm as possible during a very stress-filled time. The options are plentiful and pricing is reasonable. The space itself is beautiful and welcoming! Definitely recommend, especially over saturated commercial bridal shops. Precious memories, indeed.

The BEST place to go! I seriously cannot rare about this store enough. Everyone I know seemed to go here for their dresses and it absolutely lived up to all the talk! I went about 3 or 4 other places and seriously this was overall the greatest! My consultant Nerelyn was by far the best as well! So sweet and knowledgeable. She helped me narrow down my selection, since I went in with a bit of a list. I never felt pressured or stressed out. She also let me come back in last minute to officially say yes to a dress! So if your looking for a place for a dress, here it is!

Joyce and her staff are definitely the best. Customer loyalty, honesty, integrity, and caring 100%. I have ordered dresses from them through the years. when my daughter got married in 2015, I ordered my mother of the bride dress at her shop. I loved my dress soo much and also the tailor Josephine was amazing as well. My second daughter is getting married in 2022 and I went back again to order another dress. They are simply amazing. This bridal shop is a 5 star all the way. I feel like there friends now. Joyce thank you for listening and caring.

They have beautiful dresses for all occasions. I bought my wedding dress here. They have great prices. I wanted a very simple dress. They have all kinds. You won't be disappointed

After having a very underwhelming experience at David's Bridal my coworker recommended Precious Memories and so I gave it a try. The associate who helped me, Kim, is absolutely incredible. Both times I went to try on dresses she made sure I felt comfortable and confident in all of the dresses I tried, even the ones that were outside of my comfort zone.

After taking a few month break from wedding planning/dress shopping I went back to see Kim at Precious Memories yesterday and again had an awesome experience. Finally said "yes" to the dress- something I thought I could never do. Kim helped me find the dress of my dreams! I highly recommend Precious Memories and especially Kim to every bride-to-be searching for their dream dress

Nerelyn and the team at Precious Moments were so incredibly wonderful -- I have no words! This place is magical and they were unbelievably sweet. There was never any pressure, and they understood our vision and had an amazing way with us - from combinations for my mom (mother of the bride), to literally having me try on one wedding dress that is the one. Nerelyn, you are amazing and Precious Memories team, you have my heart. I am recommend everyone here -- they are so respectful of COVID and give everyone the space and care and time they came in for. I am a forever fan of this company.

My mother and I had an amazing time at Precious Memories! We can't say enough about how sweet they were or how they realized our vision. My mom came away easily with three favorite dresses and I came away with the wedding gown for me. Nerelyn, you are so great at what you do and you all gave us the care, attention and space we needed. After many failed wedding dress appointments elsewhere I finally decided to give precious memories a shot, and I am SO happy I did. I had been there before as a bridesmaid, and it never crossed my mind to visit as a Bride. Nerelyn was my bridal consultant and she was so sweet and amazing. After trying on probably 50 dresses elsewhere she was so patient with me and really understood what I was looking for.

She let me pull whatever I wanted to try but ultimately she was able to pull the dress that I ended up saying YES to. I can't wait for my dress to come in and put it on again!

Alexa was a Fantastic Consultant! She really listened and was patient as to what styles my daughter was looking for in a wedding dress and within minutes she had a few dresses for her to try on. Even though the dress was within her budget it looked like it was worth more! The 3rd dress was her Yes to the Dress!

Not only did I find my dress after being unable to find it anywhere else, I cam e back on two separate days and found amazing dresses for mother of the bride and then for mother of the groom. Super excited for the big day and so grateful for how above and beyond Joyce and her team treat all of their clients. :

Nerelyn was amazing! I had the best time picking my dress at Precious Memories. Nerelyn was the sweetest stylist and picked out many styles in the beginning for me that were very flattering and beautiful. She did not pressure me at all! I had my heart set at our first appointment on my dress. Unfortunately, my mom wasn't feeling well, so she could not come.

They offered me another appointment to bring her to see the dress later that week! I ended up seeing another dress on my way out that I asked to have pulled for next time "just in case" and at the next appointment, they had the two dresses ready to go! Precious Memories really took their time with me and I appreciated all the feedback and compliments I received from the owner and another stylist. 10/10 I would recommend Precious Memories and Nerelyn again and again! The dress selection at this shop is AMAZING and I highly recommend coming here to find your dress!

Came in here not at all expecting to find a dress, but was so blown away with everything about this boutique. Nerelyn was so attentive and truly seemed to care about me finding the perfect dress for me. Will recommend this place to all my friends!

I had an incredible bridal experience at Precious Memories with Kim. She went above and beyond to get to know me, my style, budget, and vision for the dress. The store is gorgeous inside making it a lovely environment to shop. This was my first time wedding dress shopping and with Kim's help I purchased my perfect wedding gown and veil. Would definitely recommend Precious Memories and if you get the option book with Kim. She's super helpful, kind, hard working, detailed oriented, I really can't say enough good things about her!

SO many beautiful dresses and options! It's so easy to schedule an appointment and prepare beforehand to make the most of your time. They really work with you, your preferences, expectations, and budget to find the perfect dress for you. Kim especially had endless patience for me and my indecisiveness. A very professional and gorgeous store. It was my first wedding dress appointment and Kim made me feel so beautiful, comfortable, and confident. I definitely recommend checking them out!

I had a great experience at Precious Memories. I was paired with Kim as my bridal consultant and she went above and beyond for me. I was able to come into my first appointment by myself and try on as many dresses as I wanted to see what silhouette suited me best. She made me feel so comfortable and beautiful with everything I tried on. There was no pressure to purchase any dress on my first appointment.

I scheduled my second appointment with her and chose my gown with my family and friends in attendance. Can't wait to go back to see Kim again for my bridal party dresses soon :

Narilyn (sorry if i spelled it wrong) but she was AMAZING, came in last Saturday and ended up falling in love with 2 dresses. I didn't know what i wanted at first but she helped me based on what I said I liked. Thank you for making my experience at precious Memories amazing.

I bought my dress in January of 2021, still in the middle on COVID. Precious Memories was a great place a so helpful! THey were appointment only and limited the number of people only, which made the appointment feel really safe, but the sales associate was still so kind and helpful and we never felt rushed or pressured. I was also on a very tight timeline, planning my wedding in about 5 months, and they made sure to only show me dresses I could leave with that day! I loved my experience here and loved the dress I got!

Even though I didn't end up getting my wedding dress at Precious Memories, I had such a wonderful experience there that it's worth sharing a review. The staff all wore masks and enforced social distancing as much as possible without making it a big deal, which was great. Marize was so wonderful and really listened to what I was looking for in a dress.

She was so attentive and made it the special experience that I had been hoping for leading up to my bridal appointment. Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and willing to go just that little bit further to make the experience special. If you're looking for that magical, personalized dress shopping experience, this place is hard to beat.

I had an absolutely wonderful wedding dress shopping experience with Kim! This was my first time shopping for a wedding dress and she totally set the bar high for any other shop. Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. I completely trusted her from the beginning and thought she had a great personality. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable.

I went to another preexisting appointment at a different shop after working with Kim, but the experience wasn't at all the same and I ended up going back to Precious Memories to buy my wedding dress. No complaints at all, she is great and helped me say yes to my dream dress!

Marize was extremely helpful and personable, she made the experience easy, and I will be back for her service when I need a tux in the future. She deserves a raise for how much work she put into helping me with finding the perfect tux.

I had a great experience over the weekend at Precious Memories. Sharon was friendly and welcoming and made me feel comfortable, as if she was just hanging out with us, picking the dresses I would try on. It meant a lot to me that she was down to earth while still being super professional. I found the dress with her help in no time. The shop is lovely and has a large selection. I would definitely recommend!

A HUGE thank you to Fernanda at Precious Memories for helping me find my dream wedding dress! I walked into the store without any photos, pinterest boards, or details about what I wanted except that I thought I wanted a mermaid/trumpet shape. My budget and timeline were restrictive as well (I am getting married in 6 weeks). Fernanda pulled a ton of options for me to try and was able to identify what I liked and didn't like.

With the help of my sister, Fernanda found the perfect dress! I was so relieved that I didn't need to go to another bridal store (Precious Memories was my first stop) and was so thankful for how easy Fernanda made this process. My sister was actually able to order her bridesmaid dress at the same time, so another thank you to Precious Memories for speeding that along for us as well. I would recommend Precious Memories to anyone looking for a great dress and a great experience!

I worked with Kim and had a great experience. I never once felt like her goal was to sell me a dress. She was patient with me, never made me feel rushed, pressured or uncomfortable. I had just come from a shop where I had a horrendous experience and Kim was such a breath of fresh air. I arrived feeling pretty discouraged but after a couple hours at PM, I left with my dream wedding dress! Thank you Kim and staff at PM!

I had Fernanda and Joyce. They both are amazing! Very good shopping experience. Although I didn't end up buying for personal reasons, I would certainly recommend this store to whoever is looking for her dream dress for the day!

I unfortunately didn't have the best experience here. I had just left my first appt ever at which I found the dress I loved but I wanted to make sure so I kept my appointment at precious memories just in case. I had Fernanda (I think) and while she meant well I felt like her energy was just a different level from mine and my group which instantly threw us off.

Everything felt very sales pitchy and she wasn't really understanding my vision. She kept saying she needed to understand what I was looking for but I showed her the dress I loved numerous times. she kept bringing dresses that were the complete opposite and for some reason would not pull many of the dresses I showed her from their website. My bridesmaids also pulled dresses for me and they just went missing I never got to see or try them on. I was tired and over it at this point. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

I found "the dress" here! I worked with Joyce, who was wonderful. I described what I thought I wanted and she pulled a selection for me. The dress I ended up buying was probably not something I would have picked on my own, so all the credit to Joyce! She was decisive for me when I couldn't make decisions and suggested accessories that really turned the dress from "beautiful" to "wow".

They had a sale where I got 2 beautiful dresses $20. I seen the "$9.99 sale" sign figuring it was just to get me in but when I stopped I found out it wasn't. There was hundreds of gowns all $10 & it's a yearly thing that's got me looking forward to next year!

A place with a stellar reputation who also happens to be owned by a friend. Joyce (the owner) and all of her employees were extremely polite and helpful. The dress selection was endless, and they were all gorgeous. The hardest time I had was picking out which one I wanted. And more than reasonably priced for the quality! It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a dress for a bride, bridesmaid, etc.

I've come here twice now. Once a couple years ago for a bridesmaids dress and once this past weekend for my wedding dress. My bridesmaid dress experience was great. They were attentive, communicative, and easy to work with. My wedding dress experience was above and beyond! I worked with Sharon. She did a great job of pulling dresses that were on my Pinterest board and similar to the ones on my board.

She picked dresses within my budget and was excited for me when she found ones that were under budget! I felt no pressure to spend more than I planned and Sharon was super patient with me as I made decisions. When I finally found the dress she decked me out in matching earrings and a bouquet (I was already wearing a veil) so I could get the full effect. It was a great experience and Sharon was lovely through it all!

So many beautiful dresses to choose from & great prices. The owner is so nice and welcoming. Also Gina was amazing to work with! They made it so easy to say yes to the dress!

I purchased my dream wedding dress from Precious memories and would recommend all brides go here to look for dresses and hopefully purchase! From day 1 the sales team was helpful, fun, and honest in helping me select my dress and knew the correct way to pin the dress etc so I could visualize it in my size. They have very convenient hours of operation and I went after work one day alone, just to look.

I ended up finding my dream dress and the sales team made me feel comfortable and feel like I had my friends with me! Joyce, the owner, was a dream to work with. I appreciated her professionalism and ability to help me get everything I needed and wanted in time for my wedding day! Thank you, Precious Memories!

This is now my second one star review of this place. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE. my initial review was negative on account of them not carrying any plus size dresses in stock for to me to try on. So, they measure me, the brainless clerk measures me at just barely a size 26- with very little wiggle room. I pay an extra $40- on top of the already pricey $225 dress, on account of my dress being over a size 22. so fast forward a few months, I get the dress, and it is absolutely enormous!

I take it to a seamstress and she laughed at how large it was on me. I explained I wasnt able to try it on beforehand and this is what they sized me at. So now, because I wasn't able to try it on to check- I am having $250 worth of alterations done on this fucking dress. I paid an extra $40 for fabric that is literally being cut off the dress.

As far as im concerned, Precious Memories should pay for my alterations on account of their absolute incompetence. This place is pure trash, and their clerks are clueless and ignorant.

Found this place while doing a random search. My soon to be sister in law did not want to get her dress from a big box store. We had been visiting some local shops but don't waste your time just come here. The attention she received from the staff was absolve and beyond any other shop. They listened to what she liked and really heard her and her mom and she walked away with the PERFECT dress!

Let me tell you it was a dress none of us could have imagined. Also the shop is a one stop for all your needs. We will go back to get my gown, the bridesmaids, the grooms tux and much more. I'll update the post after that experience but I'll bet it will be wonderful:

I went to a handful of bridal shops but this had the best selection of dresses! Sharon was my consultant and she was great. When booking my appointment I listed a few to try from their website and she grabbed it before I got there. I came back twice and continued grabbing dresses to try on. She was patient and didn't limit my selections. I ended up finding "the one" and put my deposit down yesterday! Will update with the rest of the process later!

Sharon, the consultant I worked with, was very relaxed and low pressure. She pulled dresses with features that she thought I might like, and also a few others just in case (always a good idea - every dress looks so different on than it does on the hanger). The last dress I tried on was a floor sample, and available for a discount - and in my size. However, she warned that if I loved the dress but it didn't fit quite right, I wouldn't be able to order a different size, because the designer (Pronovias) was discontinuing it. Lo and behold, it fit perfectly (and even better after losing another 5lbs) and I fell in love.

I brought it home that day! Not to mention, the floor sample was in mint condition and there wasn't a dirt spot on it, so I am very thankful to Precious Memories for that. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses here, and didn't have one issue. I was able to pick the dresses up in-store to avoid my girls paying for shipping. I also got a coupon to use because they purchased their dresses there, and I used it to buy a beautiful sash.

The shop is well-maintained, has an amazing selection (especially of bridesmaid dresses) and plenty of room for multiple appointments. I highly recommend Boston area brides check it out!

I had such an amazing experience here yesterday. Gina was absolutely amazing in helping me with finding the dress of my dreams and also with helping my mother and my bridesmaids find theirs!

Everyone there was nice and helpful and there seems to be a good selection. However, just know that this feels like a David's Bridal/warehouse and has none of the comfort and charm of a small bridal boutique. When first driving into the parking lot, the location gave me pause, as it's in an industrial area which what seems like a junkyard next door. Also, I was shocked that no one offered us water - which would have been a nice thoughtful touch.

Don't get scared by being in the middle of nowhere, looking like your about to enter into a creepy cement building that looks like a horror film about to happen. I was skeptical arriving into the parking lot thinking. Is this really where they sell wedding dresses?!?! This place is essentially a don't judge the book by its cover. When we got in I love how the dresses are sectioned off based on style and type of dress- So you can just go straight there.

Each dress also features a photo of the dress with the model in it so you can just view the picture. This totally saved time in guessing what the dress will look like because it's always different on a hanger versus on a model. I'm not sure why no one else thought of this- it's pure genius! There is so much dresses to chose from, and the prices are pretty good compared to other shops. Hopefully you'll find your dress there!
