Following years of a thriving dairy business, the building was developed into a restaurant in 1947 - created to serve as the social hub of its small community.

I truly cannot say enough about the wonderful Smoke Rise Village Inn. I hosted a small private event there (50 guests) and had the immense joy of working with Catering Manager Kelly Herchick. Kelly is at once an event-planner, psychologist, magician, visionary, and engineer. She has an amazing talent for visualizing spectacular occasions and bringing them to life.
From food to decor and everything in between, Kelly was a remarkably resourceful, energetic, and good-natured partner. As for the food, it was wonderful and presented beautifully. I am beyond grateful to this special venue for giving our family a night to remember always. Highly recommend!

Smoke Rise Village Inn was the venue for our son and daughter in law's wedding this past weekend. It was just the most perfect setting and the staff could not do enough to go above and beyond to make it the most perfect day for the wedded couple and their guests. Kudos to Randy, the manager, who made sure that everything was perfect. Thank you!

From start to finish our experience at Smoke Rise was first class. It is a unique venue; rustic, classy and understated. The food is amazing and our guests were raving about the cocktail hour and reception during the wedding itself. There wasn't one request Kim and Gloria did not fulfill. Our New Year's Eve wedding was everything we had hoped it would be and more! Thank you Smoke Rise and Kim for making our wedding the best day ever!
