We can give you options and recommendations for filling, icing, and cake combos. Your taste and creativity won't be limited with us! If the selection feels overwhelming, we're happy to offer recommendations with our years of baking and taste testing experience. We will never steer you wrong. Moist carrot cake with crushed pineapple and walnuts with a sweet white-chocolate cream cheese filling ($.50 per person upgrade fee).
Pastry Chef Kory has been involved with wedding cakes and fine pastry production for over 25 years. While working for small pastry shops, fine dining restaurants with in-house bakeries, and high-volume production with the University of Michigan, Kory developed his skills and is now able to offer you the ultimate wedding cake experience.
While fondant cakes also feature buttercream frosting underneath the polished fondant, with a strict buttercream wedding cake, we make this rich, indulgent frosting the star! We whip up our buttercream from scratch with ingredients you can count on one hand: eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla. If you use quality ingredients and professional, practiced technique, you don't need stabilizing ingredients!
Rolled fondant icing offers a highly polished, crisp design for your wedding cake. We make our fondant from scratch the night before your big day, so it's as fresh as possible. Not sure you like fondant? At your complimentary consultation, you can sample our homemade, rolled icing-we've made fondant fans out of many brides!

Wedding Cake Art & Design is AMAZING! They were so personable and accommodating. I wanted a very simple but elegant white cake with greenery on each level, and they did an excellent job in helping my fiance and I create exactly what we were going for. The cake quality is outstanding for the pricing, I received a lot of compliments for both the taste and design of my wedding cake. The owner Kory made the experience so seamless and was very attentive to detail. I would definitely recommend this company!

Kory is fantastic! Extremely professional and makes picking out your wedding dessert so easy! Very knowledgable, you can tell he has tons of experience with weddings and gives great advise about how to choose everything from flavors to how to set everything up. The whole process was so smooth he made sure all details were addressed and went without a hitch! Hands down best wedding cake I've ever had! Our guests couldn't stop talking about it! We can't wait to get to eat it again on our 1 year anniversary!

Kory did the BEST job with our wedding cake and we will recommend him and his business to our friends and family and anyone looking for a professional cake for their event. We wanted a small, two tier cake for cutting purposes at our wedding, and Kory nailed it! It was exactly what we wanted. And even better, it was so delicious! One of our best men even kept asking all the guests all night if they've tried the cake yet because it was SO tasty!

The birthday cake I ordered for a 50th suprise birthday party came out EXACTLY as I had hoped it would! The cake was not only stunning, it was the most delicious cake (strawberries and cream flavor) I have ever tasted, and that seemed to be the opinion of most people there. We ordered a three tiered cake with two different flavors. Twice as much cake as was "needed" for our wedding. Our guests loved being able to try both flavors, and raved about the cake! There wasn't a crumb left. It looked beautiful on the cake table, but it tasted even better! Would highly, highly recommend.

Kory was a pleasure to work with during this whole process. Not only did he make everything very smooth and easy the final results were better than I expected! You really can not go wrong with any of his flavors. We did a four tier cake with 2 different flavors. Not only did we love it but I had about all of our guest at our wedding asking where we got our cake because they want to use him at their next event.

Kory did a beautiful job on our wedding cake last month. We chose red and blue velvet which tasted AMAZING! My husband and I had so many compliments from friends and family. The cake was more beautiful in person than I had envisioned in my mind. My husband and I will certainly use Wedding Cake Art & Design Center again in the future!

Kory is amazing to work with! As well as, his cakes are absolutely beautiful! We will always use Kory for our events. He made the most amazing 30th birthday cake for us. And, ended up making our wedding cake as well! It was so good that every single person at our wedding wanted to know who made the cake! They are still talking about it! He did the exact designs we wanted for both events. My Husband and I highly recommend him!
