We had Snuffins cater our wedding at the Kelley Farm and the food was amazing! With having to reschedule our wedding, Annie and the team were so helpful and the day went so smoothly, making sure we were taken care of. We appreciate and are grateful for their service and recommend them. Thank you!

Austin and their staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly! We had the Southwest Dinner Buffet and the tacos were amazing! Our wedding guests loved being able to create their own tacos! The rice and beans were super nostalgic as well. We'll definitely being using them again for any future events. I would give Snuffins 10 stars for the excellent meal and service they provided at my daughter's and son-in-law's wedding at Port Gamble. Everything was perfect - from the table settings to the meal. I found them to be very easy to work with and very in control of all aspects of the catering at this venue. Austin, our primary contact, was delightful throughout the planning and the event. The staff was also warm and pleasant to all the guests. I observed that most guests truly enjoyed their meals as well as the happy hour appetizers. MANY THANKS!

Working with Snuffin's Catering was the best decision we made for our wedding. The food was delicious and custom-tailored to our guests' dietary restrictions. Their staff at our event were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. We want to specifically commend the hard work and dedication of our event lead, Austin. We started working with her before the pandemic, and she stayed in constant communication and offered support and insight along the way of multiple postponements and other Covid challenges. Can you say Delicious and kind? Snuffin's was definitly both and sooo much more. We could not have asked for a better catering company on our wedding day. I will Start by saying Austin was the coolest! After meeting her for the first time we knew she was someone we wanted apart of our wedding. She is super personable and quick to respond when we had questions.

She made sure we had every single thing we needed and never challenged us when we changed the menu a million times ahah. The food was 10/10! Our guests were going back for more and said it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding. In addition to the food being good, Snuffin's was super organized and had amazing service. We had them cater my daughter's wedding in August 2019. The staff was professional and did a wonderful job serving the guests. Many people stated it was the best wedding reception food they ever had. My daughter has severe food allergies and they worked with us on all aspects of the menu.

Catered our wedding for about 200 people! The food & staff were absolutely wonderful! Very on top of things- even down to the folded napkins! Thank you, Annie! They also have a meal ready for you after the ceremony- when you're signing the marriage certificate! Not to mention send you off with a basket of food to eat afterwards!

Snuffing catered a retirement party for my husband at Wet Coast Brewery. We had approximately 80 family and friends. Cherie Earnheart did an incredible job. Everyone commented how excellent all the appetizers were, there was tons, of food, all the trays were always replenished and they cleaned up to perfection. Thank you to Cherie and Hailey you made a happy celebration perfect!

They catered our backyard wedding and were absolutely amazing. The food was incredible, and the staff went out of their way to help even with things that I wouldn't have expected - like finding flowers to decorate our cake when the florist ditched us to run off because she double-booked herself. We had a minor issue when the tent we thought we had reserved with them did not turn up on our reservation while going over it 1 month before the event. But their customer service was great and they took care of it immediately. These are the people you want to cater your event.

Annie was our coordinator at Snuffin's for our daughter's wedding. She was very thorough in making sure we knew exactly how everything was going to work. They were on time, and the food was exactly how we planned and it was delicious. Before engaging Snuffin's, I was concerned that I'd have to "direct" the process and not be able to enjoy the reception. Nope! They did it all. The servers were great, the bartenders were great. Great service and fantastic food. They helped answer all questions for our wedding and really went above and beyond. I had so many guests tell me how wonderful the food was for them.

These guys crushed the catering at our wedding. One of my biggest fears is that I was going to have to spend all day giving vendors direction and not get to enjoy my own wedding. But I was prepared to do so if it meant everyone had a good time. From the time I showed up at the wedding venue, 10 minutes early, the folks from Snuffins were waiting in a van in idle mode.

We went into the venue and my first piece of advice would be "we'll probably want to get the beverages cold as quickly as possible". Their van door slid open and they had a giant bucket of ice---it's like they read my mind. I knew my day would be much easier from that second forward. One of the things I learned about a wedding is you probably don't see the million things your caterer takes care of, but you'll see everything that they don't take care of.

Everything from drinks, to the table settings, to the food, to the clean up went out without one single hitch. I literally talked to them maybe twice. Once to introduce myself and the other time to tip them out for smashing it. The guests were all very impressed with the food, multiple people commented on the salmon dish we had. The Blackberry Cobbler was a homerun for dessert. If you work with Snuffins for your event, you'll be very happy with the end result.

We worked with them for awhile but I decided to go with a different company as I was concerned they would not do a good job for us. My event was not large enough to matter and that became very clear. A friend of mine who was an event planner recommended I use them but after I communicated to her the LACK of communication I was receiving from Snuffins she said walk away.

She was appalled how unprofessional they were and said the company was not like this when she used to work with them. Change of management? Lesson learned from this is if they don't seem happy to have your business then don't waste your time and certainly don't give them your business! I was so happy I went with a different caterer. Thank goodness! Snuffins is way to snuffy.

Snuffins Catering is a very good catering company. They were easy to communicate with and friendly. Their food was great and every aspect of the Wedding food service was fine. Bartender was awesome and the wait staff attentive. We had a very small wedding of about 60 people. If you don't meet their minimum the prices are higher. With a small number of people they don't make as much money and I felt like they were less than happy that they weren't making a huge sale.

But again, friendly enough. My issue is with the " tip suggestion" from Snuffins. It reads as follows: "Staff gratuities are left to your discretion and average 60.00 to 75.00 per server". Now, I only had 2 waitstaff at $24.00 per hour each. They were each hired for 4 hours so basically $100.00 each server. I spent a total of $200.00 on waitstaff.

Now Snuffins suggests $60-75 tip per server? That is like 75% tip! When I asked at our initial meeting about tipping I was directed to their website which is the above statement. I am all for tipping when it is earned but 75% is ridiculous. I was not inclined to give this amount and gave each one $30.00. Still a 30% tip. Don't let them tell you this is normal. It is not.

We used Snuffins for our wedding at Historic 1625. From our initial meeting to the wedding itself, the entire process was amazing. Food and Drinks: We did a layered dip as an appetizer and a taco bar buffet for the main course. It was hot and delicious. We were able to buy our own alcohol and have them serve it (major plus!). Service: Wonderful! The head server carried our plates to our table so we wouldn't spill. Planning: Annie is so knowledgeable and flexible. I changed my mind so many times and she was so patient and kind throughout.

We used Snuffin's for a large party we had at our house. They were very responsive, efficient, the food exceeded our expectations! We had platters made and we picked them up. They were decorated and well presented. All we had to do was take off the wrapping. We had many compliments on the quality of their food. The grilled veggies, chicken skewers, barbecue pork and the Thai pasta noodles were our favorites! We would definitely use them again!

Excellent food and even better service. It was great to be able to rent place settings from them as well. I would definitely use them again!

Catering south of Seattle can be such a nightmare. Not so with Snuffin's. We've used them for a number of years for formal occasions and beef tenderloin at Christmas time. We used them again this year for my mothers wedding and everything was a breeze: from passed apps to a plated salad and formal buffet, Snuffin's was well-prepared, timely, and elegant. Would hugely recommend to anyone seeking quality catering.

I cannot believe that I did not yelp this amazing company yet! Snuffin's catered my daughter's wedding on May 13, 2017 and WOW! The food was amazing as well as the service. We were treated so kindly and every promise was delivered. Grilled cheese and tomato soup at 10:00 after dinner served.no problem! Clean tables, professional staff and a contact person (Annie) who delivers on every promise.no problem! It's a once in a lifetime night. Snuffin's is the way to go!

Snuffin's Catering did an incredible job at our wedding! I got so much feedback from everyone that the food was amazing! We had three action stations for dinner and an ice cream station to go along with our other desserts. We got the noodle station, the slider station, and the tuscan vegetable station. All very delicious! For apps, we had the blackberry/brie tart, sun-dried tomato tart, and smoked salmon/cucumber bites.

These were amazing! I thought maybe having two tarts was going to be strange, but they were so different in flavor, that it turned out great. We were both very impressed with how well the whole dinner turned out! We worked with Jennifer, who made us feel very good about the whole thing. She was very easy going and gave us recommendations when we asked. Snuffin's is really great, they know what they are doing, and make your experience very enjoyable!

Wow! I just can't say enough good things about Snuffin's. They catered our wedding this July, which took place in our home. We had about 60 people, and the space the staff had to work in was small. They were so gracious, from the awesome bartender Nick to our event captain Megan and our servers. The food was delicious (the bacon-wrapped tots can't be beat and the salmon fillets were moist and tender).

The planning phase was excellent as well. Sharon came to my home for the site review and made some really good suggestions to help us with transitions and fitting everyone in. Thanks Snuffin's for making our day even more special!

Snuffin's Catering and Jennifer Jack were amazing! As two busy professionals trying to balance work, family, self-care, moving and yes, a wedding, we could not have done it without them. Jennifer lead us through the key decisions in one meeting, took responsibility for tent coordination, and then brought great food. At the wedding, the staff partnered with our friends who were acting as wedding planners for a seamless event. Finally, it all came in on budget. I would highly recommend Snuffin's.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude of snuffins from day one to the big day. My fiance and I met Jennifer for our first consultation and delicious appetizers. We chose our plates, colors, and an initial menu. Very easy process and so many options to choose from. Payments were convenient and each time we dropped a check off the staff greeted us warmly.

Three weeks before our big day we were invited to a fall menu tasting and when my fiance decided on a different menu than the initial one, changing the menu was extremely easy. Jennifer and her staff made our big day run without a flaw. They came in and set everything up at Thornewood Castle (the two have a fantastic working relationship by the way) while guests arrived and we married in the garden.

Once the ceremony was over Jennifer immediately greeted my wife and I to offer us wine- which we needed after crying like girls! Upon arrival to our table we had appetizers waiting for us and dinner- DELICIOUS. Our guests raved on how delicious everything was and how the bartender kept them topped off all night. The servers made their ways around the tables to see if our guests were doing well and even served my grandma a gluten free dish tableside.

And after dinner? No worries on the clean up! They take out the trash for you! If I could do it all over again, I would choose snuffins in a heartbeat! Snuffin's catered our sons wedding a few weeks ago. It was an outdoor wedding in our daughters backyard. It turned out more beautiful than anyone expected. Thanks to this caterer the hors d' oeuvres, dinner and drinks went without a hitch. They went over and above in every way. The food was fantastic the service was excellent. Definitely recommend this catering service to anyone having an event or wedding coming up.

Snuffin's just catered my daughter's wedding and they were fantastic! Every part of the process, from initial planning to the big day, was flawless. THe whole thing went off without a hitch. The food was amazing, the servers were super efficient and totally on top of everything and everyone was so, so nice! I highly recommend Snuffin's!

I contacted Snuffin's to inquire about catering for our wedding. When I called, I spoke with a woman named Lisa, and I told her that I wanted to order a meat dish only for 50 people, and that we planned to do the side dishes on our own. Logistically, it is easier for us if we have the entree catered, I told her, and that we planned to pick up the food ourselves. Lisa asked the date, and when I told her, she told me that they were available.

So far, so good. Lisa then asked me what I wanted for the entree. I told her that we were looking for roast chicken quarters "or something like that". Her tone became incredulous as she asked, "have you read our menus?" Roast chicken quarters isn't one of their usual items. I told her that I had, and repeated that I was looking for "something like that -- chicken of some kind" and hoped that they would be able to accommodate us with something similar. Lisa then asked me to hold.

A minute later she picked up the phone again and said that she had just checked with the kitchen and that they were actually booked on that date. First they're available and then they're not? I smelled a rat. So after hanging up with Lisa, I went to the company's web site and submitted an inquiry under a pseudonym asking if they were available on the date of our wedding to provide the Tuscan Buffet from their menu for 225 people.

Shortly afterward, I received an email back from Snuffin's - from Lisa, no less - telling me that yes, they are available to cater on that day. I have no idea why Snuffin's decided they didn't want my business. Yes, I mentioned wanting something that wasn't on their menu, but I also said, three times, that I was only looking for "something like that".

I understand that they might not want to cook something off-menu. If that was the case, they should have told me that roast chicken quarters wasn't something they offered, and suggested another similar dish. I also understand that an entree-only request for 50 people wasn't going to be a huge amount of revenue for them, but if they had a minimum order amount, they should have said so. Instead, what they did was to lie to me.

I don't appreciate that. Good relationships, be they marital or commercial, must be founded on trust. By lying to me, even in this small little way, they have shown that trust is something they don't deserve. Snuffin's won't be getting business from me, now or in the future, and I'm encouraging anyone who may be looking for a caterer for their own weddings or other special event to contract with another vendor.
