Would have given it a higher rating as far as the majority of the interactions we had with them. But the girls at the desk not being able to help unload/accept a return on the weekends is complete garbage.

Today I walked into your establishment and had an appointment at 12 PM all four ladies were on the phone not one of them made eye contact smiled or spoke to me. I was ignored for the entire 15 minutes when one of the ladies got off of the phone she asked another lady to help me who was on the phone once the other lady got off of her call and she. proceeded to ask if I needed any help.

I explained that I had an appointment and that I would no longer be needing their assistance, and will take my business elsewhere. Its very important to make simple eye contact or greet Each customer instead of making him feel unwelcome.

The five stars are for the company for hiring people with DACA and their employees. Everyone setting up the party rental units (my immigrant cousin in the crew) My little man working for an "all American" company but hes an immigrant. Comes to prove just us immigrants make. "Ive got dreams so dont hold me down"

Kelli and everyone at American Party Places's showroom were great to work with. Kelli was very personable and took time to make sure we were comfortable with every detail and item.

Today we met with Kelli in the showroom to pick out all the items for our wedding. She took the time and actually showed us how everything would look to make sure we were comfortable with what we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and options available. After 3 postponements and being dragged through the covid experience with wedding planning, this was a breeze. Thank you!

She was patient with me which I appreciate because I am very detailed oriented and I feel she is also, which I appreciated.

This summer American Party Place turned my parties from ordinary to extraordinary! I ordered tables, chairs, napkins, table cloths, silverware and a champagne fountain! Their selection is outstanding and their customer service is impeccable. The employees were so kind when they delivered the orders and when they picked up the orders from my home. My family has used American Party Place for two parties this summer already and we will most definitely call upon them in the future. Thank you again for everything!

I am so disappointed in the quality of tables I received for my wedding. They were filthy, I had to scrub them and they are scratched to the point of snagging my tablecloths for my wedding. I understand that. the tables are used, as they are rentals for events. However for the price I paid, I expected them to not be DISGUSTING. I want to know how you're going to make this right. A replacement is too late, I get married tomorrow! However a refund would be FANTASTIC!

Just came into American Party Place uncertain of what we were going to do today after finding out our linen wouldn't arrive until a week after our wedding ceremony and was amazed by the service we received. The. whole team, including Alondra Lopez who helped us directly truly impressed me. We walked out after our first purchase and given the quality of her customer service we went back in and added to our order. She saved our wedding ceremony and I will certainly be coming back.

A huge huge shout out to the guys and gals at American Party Place. Not only were they so understanding when I was unable to get there to return my things on time. When I did return them today and my car wouldn't restart they jumped it! pushed it! charged it. Till I was able to be on my way again!
