I live in a different state and ordered an azalea plant online as a gift for someone in Seattle. It was delivered promptly the next day and looked as advertised. When I called with a question the person I spoke to was very friendly and accommodating. I recommend the business!

I grew up in Wallingford, but live on the East Coast now. When I wanted a beautiful bouquet for mom's 80th birthday, Ballard Blossom delivered figuratively and literally. I was able to order online without a hitch and flowers arrived at my mom's door the next day. Completely gorgeous! Great service.

Ordered a dozen long-stemmed red roses arranged in a vase for my anniversary. Flowers arrived and were beautiful. Even better they stayed beautiful for 2 weeks after delivery with just a little TLC. Every day my wife would comment on how wonderful they were and give me an extra smile. Talk about a gift that keeps on giving!

Such a cute place that had many beautiful flowers and gift ideas. I had to stop in to buy a raffle basket for an event I was attending. It was easy to order online and pick up from the store. They made it easy to process and they had a huge selection of options. I chose their rose wine basket and it was a huge hit with the crowd.

The Ballard Blossom bouquet that I received as a gift is stunning. Best shown with a fallen petal because otherwise it's so perfect it doesn't seem real! Would absolutely recommend this shop if you need a floral display for a special occasion assembled with real care and artistry.

Called Carmen at Ballard Blossom to create something amazing for a family funeral. You would think being out of state and only communicating via email and phone would be hard but Carmen and the staff made it effortless. The recipient of the tulips I had delivered by Ballard Blossom was elated with them telling me they were incredibly colorful and lasted for over a week. The young man that took my call was thoughtful and really funny. I often hesitate to have flowers delivered because it can be a risk not knowing what actually arrives. Having flowers delivered in Seattle however, is always a pleasure because Ballard Blossom has consistently proven their work as reliable, beautiful and well worth the money.

Ballard Blossom always comes through with wonderful bouquets for all occasions! I also use them to send flowers outside the Seattle area. Today, I worked with a very kind customer service person at the store who helped me sort out a late delivery to my mom for her birthday. It was totally not BB's fault, but they not only are sending out a replacement bouquet, they're also issuing a credit.

My grandmother passed recently and to help my family out, I told them I could assist with ordering the flowers. I wasn't really sure what to expect because most events I order for are centerpieces and bouquets and not funeral sprays. The guy was very nice on the phone and took some great notes and brought our sprays to life. There is no way to describe my grams because she was wild and colorful and stylish.the sprays brought me and my family to tears because you nailed it. Thank you for finding the way to express what we wanted in flowers!

Ballard Blossom used to be the best! I recommended it to everyone. However, recently I had an experience that I want to warn you about. My sisters (spending $93) asked Ballard Blossom to deliver orchids -- at least 2 plants and a nice container/planter. What was delivered was the standard pot like you can find at Trader Joe's or the grocery for between $12 and $20.

After 2 calls and talking to the owner (not the same person I knew on Market St.) my sisters received a refund. I gave them and extra star because they told me to keep the plant. If you order something for another person, get a picture! Don't think BB is the same as it was on Market St because times have changed.

Just a wonderful experience from start to finish. Quickly found what I wanted on their website, easy online shopping. Called in to verify the order was confirmed, and was greeted with a friendly and attentive service, even though there was no need for me to call, the online order was enough. The vase with flowers arrived a few hours later, nicely decorated. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. Would definitely shop here again!

I got a bouquet from Ballard blossom for my elopement wedding. Sarah was super patient and the bouquet turned out just how I want it. It also held up well. Great experience and highly recommend this place.

I just want to take a second to thank these beautiful people for helping me to make my unique elopement bouquet so beautiful. We decided with Covid this year that we were going to do an elopement in the woods. I wanted a different feel than our traditional wedding which we are having in 2021. So I got this idea to have these beautiful quicksand roses and they were absolutely stunning I did get them free stem so I made my bouquet myself and I was so thankful because these roses were the perfect addition to my bouquet.

I definitely wanna incorporate them into my 2021 bouquet as a little reminder from this year. I'm happy I was able to support a small business during the time of Covid and one that's been around for so long I hope they stay in business and if you are just looking for some beautiful roses or arrangements definitely call them and ask them they might be able to help find you some thing like they help me find me some thing.

They were one of the only florist in the area, northern Seattle, to find me these beautiful colored roses. It definitely took a couple weeks to coordinate it I would say so if you are looking for something specific just give them a call but they were definitely the week that the wedding was in please make sure that they got them ordered make sure that they were still still the same colors and then when I went to pick them up they were still like are these what you would look like thinking of and they were just so wonderful and helpful my day would not have been so special or unique if it wasn't for the help of these wonderful wonderful people.

I hope you enjoy some of the pictures as much as I did but it definitely showcases just how beautiful they were. They also definitely stood up to the test of time we did a 2 mile long hike and they were still so beautiful when we got to the top and I just absolutely loved them

I'm in San Francisco and needed flowers delivered to my sister-in-law in Seattle to put a smile on her face. Ordered at 1:30 p.m., delivered by 3:15 p.m. Great quick service. I was in dire need of 3 corsages and 2 boutonnieres for prom. I called Ballard blossom at 5:30 pm on a Friday. I didn't realize they closed at 6. They were able to get them made in record time and everyone went to prom looking faaaantastic! Thanks Ballard Blossom, you really came through for me.

Love this place! They always have the best selecttion of flowers and are reasonably priced. Today I got some yellow daisy's for $22! I love treating myself to flowers and this places makes it easy to walk in and get something you will fall in love with each time. The staff is always so friendly and nice! Highly recommend
