Flowers By Snellings

I purchased The Purple Passion arrangement for my Mom & my friend for Mother's Day. They both absolutely love! I'm not sure which lady I spoke to but she was so kind and I truly appreciate that! Thank you for this great service!

This was the first time I visited Snellings, and I was glad I did. I heard about this floral shop through church. I walked in and asked if they had yellow flowers and blue ribbon so I can make my own arrangement. They couldn't have been nicer. I saw they were doing funeral wreaths, and yet, no eye rolls, ,j ust "of course, we can do that". Shirley who was at the counter, spoke of the Ukraine troubles with me, & was she just so welcoming to a new customer. The three ladies all worked as a team, I am coming back!

The staff is beyond helpful and so sweet! I had an odd request needing several single flowers for my daughters science experiment. The were Wonderful and so helpful! Highly highly recommend! If they take my small request seriously they'll most certainly take excellent care of large ones!

My daughter sent me flowers on October 18th for my birthday from Flowers by Snellings. They are still beautiful almost one week later. I highly recommend them for your flower orders to celebrate special occasions.

My husband surprised me with flowers 5 days ago and they are already dead. He often buys me flowers from another florist a bit out of town. He decided to try a local florist this time. Huge disappointment. We will never be back. Don't waste your money! Update: I did change the water and add the included plant food on day 2. I added water another time.

I have NEVER had this happen with flowers purchased elsewhere. I have also worked for a florist. All of your responses blame the customer. Perhaps you are just using old flowers.

Very unfortunate experience. Should have read the reviews more extensively. I'm posting this review hopping that who reads sees my intention. I like to support small business but it's things like this that make people trust the franchises and chains. This my first time orderings from there not only for a good amount of money they had not enough in the arrangement but also the roses were old.

After talking to them they add a few and change the arrangement to look more full. It still sure didn't look like a $54 arrangement especially with the old flowers and roses. So I took it to Martins and paid another $20 they made it beautiful I learned my lesson to go to the local Martins next time for more value and fresh flowers. Then I find out from my sister that Martins would have done much better job for the same amount as she gets hers from there all the time. the reason why I dedicated the time to make this review with my busy schedule is the fact that small business owners like this are who make people lose confidence in small business and they need to wake up and do the right thing, If you can't do a job well done reject the job don't deliver horrible product that will be sure the local client never comes back.

I spoke out but most will not, they'll just tell people you suck. Plus as an advice when a customer calls for a happy occasion to get flowers to girlfriend or wife don't mention you're working on a funeral. Thank you

The flowers for our wedding in October 2020 were even better than I envisioned. Andrea was so accommodating and easy to work with. I provided ideas and color patterns and she made the flowers come to life. She created different packages to accommodate budgets. I wanted simple but elegant and she delivered. She was very understanding during COVID-19 changes since many happened during the year. I was very happy with my choice to use Flowers by Snellings. I would use them again in the future. There were multiple complements on all our flowers.

Awesome experience! I am not local and ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and they created a beautiful arrangement and delivered them to her same day! I got email updates through the whole process. Very impressed.

My wife and I use Flowers by Snellings exclusively. Their flowers are always fresh and seem to last for a long while. They always have the selection we want and their designs are always beautiful. Their customer service is among the best. Quite an asset to our area. Highly recommend.
