This shop called me and told me they had flowers to deliver to my home and never came. They didn't call to explain a change. t called and they didn't return my phone call. I heard through a 3rd party that I lived too far away. Had they called me I would have told them that my husband works on Main Street in Carbondale and they could have taken our flowers there.
These flowers were for a death of a family member to my children, from my father and yet - this shop didn't even care to call me about it. I don't understand their business model. Terrible!

I was sent flowers for the passing of a family member by a friend. The flowers received weren't even close to what was ordered (70 dollars for the wrong flowers). Besides the fact that the vase was on its side when we finally found the flowers (as no one knocked or rang the door bell), this company had the unbelievably disgraceful idea to stamp their website information on the note of condolences and the envelope it was placed in. Go anywhere besides this company for flowers unless you don't care about receiving what you've spent money on, or completely disrespectful business practices.
