Gave one star because I had too. Don't expect what you order especially through a third party but most of all DONT waste your money! My husband ordered an arrangement and requested for extra roses to be added to the already EXPECTED arrangement and got HALF the flowers expected! Super disappointed and the Valentine's ballon and teddy bear ordered weren't delivered either!
So if we didn't call would they have been honest enough to reimburse us?!?!?!?!? First photo is what was EXPECTED second photo was was delivered.oh and let's not forget the extra three roses he paid extra for to be delivered in paper! This is a flower shop?!?!?
