The products and ingredients that we use to make our food innovative and flavorful, are of the highest quality. I generally like to use organic when available, free-range, wild and all natural meats and poultry, and fresh produce and products is preferred-not frozen.

All of this delivers the best tasting food for you. Your food is made to order - I don't make huge batches ahead of time and freeze it.

Love their catering! Jon Cook is an amazing private chef! Best meal I ever ate! The catering was superb. They designed an awesome menu after talking to us and were also super flexible in accommodating the dietary needs/requests of our guests. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Vail Catering Concepts and their private chef services!
