Hello from LOS ANGELES, CA MY STORY GOES I met a girl who lives in VAIL CO and found out where she works and love her so much and miss her all the time, I called the local flower shop found on google and spoken to KEREN at first about the whole situation and loved the story and just made sure if she can do a delivery for me for my angel birthday Now today I spoke with LUCY and she was helpful And I think surprised because she knew exactly who the person was since it's a small town compared to LA where I live. THEY take credit card payment over the phone which was a huge surprise because here in LA they stopped that years ago either online or appple pay Zelle or cash app OVERALL I GIVE A 8.5 out of 10 10 for the service

A Secret Garden was absolutely fantastic! I had been referred to them by the venue I was proposing to my Fiance at and they did not disappoint! I worked with Lucy throughout the process and she was absolutely fantastic. They prepared the flowers prior to the "moment" and I was blown away with the detail and beauty of everything. Rose pedals leading up stairs, a gorgeous bouquet.

I can't recommend them enough. They made this very special moment beautiful and super easy for us. They also took care of clean up as well. Lucy & Team, thank you again for everything!

They did my wedding flowers. They really were beautiful over all, but they did tell me they would include anemones in the VERY expensive bridal bouquet. There was a single one. not sure why they only put one small one on the side, maybe so they could charge for them? I thought it was strange considering the price I paid.

I needed a last minute bouquet and oh boy did they deliver. Absolutely gorgeous flowers that worked perfectly for the flower headpiece I was making. I can't thank you guys enough for your patience and accommodating attitude!

Such a special shop in Vail! I have always loved shopping here and was so excited to have their beautiful arrangements at my wedding next month. Unfortunately, our plans changed suddenly and we had to cancel our event. Karen, the owner, could not have been more gracious and understanding. Thank you Karen for being compassionate and making a disappointing situation a bit brighter with your kind words and gesture.

I worked with A Secret Garden for my wedding in September. The experience was wonderful! They were flexible and willingly made changes (reality of a COVID wedding). They created the most beautiful eucalyptus garlands for my tables. I could not have been happier with my bouquet, the small bouquets for other women and the simple, green boutonnieres. It was so fun to stop by the shop the day before the wedding to catch a glimpse of their work. Beyond grateful to have A Secret Garden as part of my wedding experience!

A Secret Garden to the rescue! We ordered wedding flowers from a different shop in Vail, and the bridal bouquet completely missed the mark (dead flowers, nothing like what was ordered, small). In a panic, I called the Secret Garden (about an hour before wedding photos were to begin) and asked them to help us fix it up! Without hesitation, they took on our challenge and made the most BEAUTIFUL bridal bouquet in only 45 MINUTES!

They completely saved the day and to top it off, let me borrow their shop umbrella when a storm opened up (to save my wedding hair and makeup) AND they delivered the bouquet to our hotel! They went above an beyond to make the wedding day perfect. Could not be more thankful to the friendly ladies who helped us out last minute. Overall, beautiful flowers, great price and exceptional service. I HIGHLY recommend.

Purchased 2 wraps that were advertised as Alpaca. Once I got home, I looked at the care instructions only to find that these wraps that were advertised as Alpaca wraps are 60% acrylic 40% cotton. There is absolutely nothing alpaca about these wraps. The 2 ladies working in the store raved about how nice these alpaca wraps were knowing there is zero alpaca in these wraps sold as alpaca wraps. Blatantly lying about your product to get a sale is a disgusting way to do business. I will be reaching out to find an address to return these wraps for a full refund as I am no longer in the area.

Ordered a bunch of Happy Birthday balloons to be delivered. Balloons said Get Well soon. Karen from the shop called and sent the correct balloons the next day. Mistakes happen, we are human, more important on how we fix it and they made it right. Thank you! Will definitely use them again.

Jamie and Karen are so talented. Working with them on our budget and style of arrangement for our wedding was easy and fun! Their designs are modern and unique! I also love their shop! So many cute items!
