Williams Bakery. Terrible customer service and an awful place to get your sweets. I ordered a cake and they wrote a boys name in pink. When I asked to have the cake remade because of the error they made they blamed it on me and told me I would be charged again, and when I asked why would they write a boys name in pink if I didn't clarify it should be pink they said "because that's the world we live in how do we know".

Which doesn't even make sense. We asked for a boy cake regardless and the lady there wanted to argue. This was the worst experience I've had with customer service. They wanted to charge us again for another cake even though it was there mistake. They will not go to any length to provide good customer service.

Large assortment of donuts. The staff was sweet and the donuts I bought were DELICIOUS!

The donuts are the best in town. Anytime you wanna put a smile on your wife's face or get her to stop being mad at you for bringing home another car or motorcycle, just pick up some donuts from Williams in the morning and surprise her. 99% of the time it works every time.

For over 55 years I have been enjoying Williams bakery even before it moved to the new location it's the best especially the fried pastries.

They should have a Jelly donut eatin' contest here. I would enter, lol. Very good donuts. You can also order one of of these in several different varieties. It takes a couple days to get, but worth it. My favorite is the cherry one. It reminds me of when I was in grade school and we used to get these at Shelby Street Bakery. Yummy !

Friendly staff. Donuts were very good and I'm sure the rest of their baked goods are of similar quality.

I ordered a dozen cookies with paw prints on them as a treat for our vet. I didn't open the box when I picked them up, but I'm certainly glad I did before I gave them to her. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I paid over $20 for cookies that were all different sizes and looked terrible. The icing was unevenly poured over them and the paw print was made with icing that appeared to be for cake, not cookies.

I was so unhappy, I just threw them away because they didn't even taste good (that would have at least been the silver lining if they were tasty)! The lady that waited on me seemed to be irritated as well. This is not somewhere I would return to or recommend. With all the great reviews, I trusted this would be a great place. Perhaps the issue just lies with the cookies.

A hidden gem worth seeking. Everyone is really friendly. The donuts are fantastic, as are the Christmas cookies. I can't wait to try more of their yummy goodies! I'm probably going to need to schedule more time in the gym after finding this place, but it will be worth it.

Been going here since I was a kid and now I get the joy of bringing my own. Always a good experience with friendly people and great service. Gotta get there early though as the selections can go quick sometimes. As the saying goes the early bird gets the worm or doughnut in this case. They also have many other dessert favorites all made fresh.
