Amy Jo is so sweet and accommodating and we were in love with our wedding bouquets! They were absolutely gorgeous and I will definitely be using them for any future event. Our flowers were the talk of the night!

You can stop in to" smell the "roses" or have them delivered. Nanz& Kraft has the freshest, bright colored flowers and plants. Every one treats you like your the only person in the room, they listen even if it's not about your order. Lol they care as if they we're sending themselves flowers. I had the occasion to purchase a plant for a dear friend whose mother had passed away after a long illness. I didn't want flowers, I figured there would be plenty of those, but something she could take home and be enjoyed by her, her husband, and daughter. After narrowing down the wide choices of sympathy plants Nanz and Kraft offered, I chose the snake plant.

I had read about it in the past - it was low maintenance which was important. Now of course I had to base my choice on the image on the website but was happy with the price range (funeral plants/flowers are expensive anyway), and with the special requests, asked if - if available - they could use pink and yellow ribbons, the decedent's favorite colors.

After placing the order, I realized I had accidentally put May 9th as the date of delivery, when the visitation date was May 2nd! I immediately called Nanz and Kraft the morning after the order was placed, and she was able to rectify the mistake with no issues. She also advised that with it being a long-distance order, the plant could vary. I told her I understood that you never know what's in stock at times, but thanked her for working with me.

My friend sent me the attached photo on May 2nd from the visitation. She said it was extremely tall and she loved the design and all, saying it was nice having something to take home. She also loved the ribbon colors, appreciating I had noted her mentioning her mom's colors. I swear the plant looks like the premium one I had considered (I went with the mid-range price) but I am very pleased with the outcome.

It's been ages since I ordered from Nanz and Kraft, but I will definitely consider them again. Placing an order to be "wired" to another florist is tricky, to begin with. If the other florist fails to do a great job, that reflects back on the local business you're personally dealing with. I'm glad this worked out all the way around and I will definitely consider Nanz and Kraft in the future, perhaps next time for my personal household plants.

Went in to purchase flowers for a funeral, and the recipients were in love with the grab and go selection we were able to select. Our experience got even BETTER. While there for flowers we noticed the green house on the second floor. Long story short we left with many many wonderful plants and exceptional customer service from Jamie. We definitely spent way more than we imagined, but because of the selection, the quality, care, education it was all worth every bit. Jamie, thank you for the time spent with us, talking us through care, and helping us load everything up in the car for our 7 hour drive back to NC.

With family in Louisville, it is great to know that there is a wonderful florist who makes it possible to easily place orders from outside the city/state. The website and payment system are without any problems. The customer service messaging is actually reviewed (I needed to change the text in the card and could do this through the CS messaging on their website). The flowers arrived on time - and delighted the recipient. Thank you!

Had amazing service with Nanz over the years. Having placed an international order a few days prior to Christmas with the expectation of it being delivered a few days later (Which I was fine with). Several days go by after the holidays I ask the question to the recipient "Hey did you receive anything?" With utter confusion they reply "No.why?" In sheer disbelief I go the very next day to the main store in St Matthews and spoke to a very nice young lady who kindly approaches her manager in the back of the store for an answer, the lady comes back and said "My manager told me to let you know that after you left the other day we found out that the delivery that you ordered wasn't getting there until the 6th of January" to which I replied "And nobody thought to call and let me know?" "Yeah.

Sorry there's nothing we can do". Thanks for dropping the ball Nanz! I would have been fine with it arriving late, but due to the fact I was blind sided by your lack of customer service which caught me off guard. I guess just because of your reputation has come a sense of arrogance and lack of customer care. and this is acceptable? Well. I will not be back.

Receiving a Nanz & Kraft bouquet makes my wife smile. Because that's my favorite thing in the world, I try to send flowers to the love of my life a few times a year as a "just because." And for special occasions like our anniversary and her birthday, of course. Every time, Nanz & Kraft have done excellent work. The flowers are always fresh and thoughtfully arranged--even small touches like budding teacup roses added to the lovely mix of daisies, bloomed roses, and other flowers.

The photos on the website are pretty close to what actually arrives, though variations happen because that's the nature of the business. These small changes have, so far, been either barely noticeable or an excellent alternative. (If I order a bouquet that includes one kind of orange flower, and I get a very similar orange flower, I may not even notice, to be honest.) Some arrangements have tiered packages for people on a budget.

I also like the rewards program that gives me discounts on future purchases. Delivery has also been great, even in these pandemic times; drivers are within delivery windows and are careful to make sure that contactless deliveries aren't left unnoticed. (They'll call, so be sure to give, when ordering, the number you want them to dial.) Other than my wife's smiles, the best part of Nanz & Kraft flowers is their longevity.

Care instructions and packets to add to the vases are included and, when we follow through, the flowers last at least a week. Even then, they're only starting to show signs of wilting, so they're still very pretty and smell great in our house. Oh, and the website lets you set reminders, in case you'd like some help remembering that special occasion in time to place an order.

What an incredible experience. Just what we ordered and the "wants" were pretty long. They listened, designed and created a magnificent arrangement that will grace our home during the holidays. Jenny was are customer rep and she was simply delightful and fun. This is why we keep coming back to N&K.

Nanz & Kraft totally EXCEEDED my expectations with the order I placed for my Aunt for 8 Angels - one for each of my cousins. My cousin called to say N&K wrote the name of each cousin on the Angel boxes. That is exactly what I was hoping they would do, but I didn't provide any special instructions. My order was promptly delivered and my cousin was amazed and appreciative of the extra special touch of each person's name on the box. I want to thank Nanz & Kraft for the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. During our family's darkest days they were a shining, bright light.

We hired Nana & Kraft to do my wedding bouquet (bridal and matron of honor bouquets), and Pat was so wonderful to work with! She listened to what I wanted included, and helped me figure out what work work within my budget. She was also very accommodating when we had to move our date a few times due to the pandemic. My arrangements were beautiful, and I was so thrilled with their work and service!

My wife and I are celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary and I needed to get her some flowers. The ladies at Nanz and Kraft are very talented and we're able to fix me up with a very nice bouquet. They were quick too and kind. I'll be going back for all my future flower purchases for sure.

Amazing quality and talented florist! I used Nanz & Kraft for my wedding bouquet. I had limited options since I would be traveling 4 hours with my bouquet to my destination. Nanz & Kraft did an amazing job mixing eucalyptus, olive branches & baby's breath to create the perfect bouquet! I wanted something simple and timeless that wouldn't go out of style, but could also stand a hot Tennessee wedding.

I ordered a bouquet for my mother's birthday at around 5 AM to be delivered the same day by noon. I was pleasantly surprised by the results and the same-day delivery! She was so incredibly happy.

I was out of town and needed to order something for my bestie who just had surgery. I called and spoke with someone, gave her my budget, and asked her what they had in store that looked good. They ended up delivering a beautiful arrangement -- my friend loved it, and it was 1 cent over my budget (including tax and delivery)! I'm impressed. You will be too!

Living or visiting from out of town and need to get flowers, cakes, and other gifts for folks residing in Louisville? I used Nanz and Kraft twice. First time - to send my mother a cake for her birthday. Didn't want to send the same ol' flowers. Nanz and Kraft is connected with a great bakery in the Louisville area and sent my mother a double chocolate cake.and she loved it!

And my mother is a person that's hard to please when it comes to sweets! A month later. visiting my mother. Second purchase from Nanz and Kraft -Went by the Dixie Highway location and the branch manager, Julie, was helpful and friendly! I had to pick up a 'get well' arrangement for a colleague in Louisville. Just like the cake, the arrangement was beautiful and also reasonably price.

It appears the business has something for everyone's budget! My info from my last purchase (the birthday cake) was saved and Julie presented me with gift cards to use on future purchases. So, as an out-of-towner that used Nanz and Kraft over the phone and in person for gifts in Louisville - I was impressed. If you need to send something to a loved one or colleague in the area (especially if you're from out of town and unsure on the quality) - this is the place to go. Much better than those typical florist 'chains' - nicely connected to the Louisville area.keep up the great work!

They did a beautiful job on my daughters corsage for prom. They were able to take some scrap fabric from the alterations of Gabbys prom dress and put togeather a perfect matching corsage.
