Poor customer service and NOT helpful on 4/27/22. Went to Flowerama next and had complete opposite experience with available products and amazing customer service. Really POOR experience at Russell. Amazing customer service at Flowerama!

My mom sent flowers for my daughter on her 16th birthday. She didn't know we were in Florida that day. We were truly surprised and amazed when Russell Florist delivered fresh flowers to her several days after we returned. This was going above and beyond. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and lasted over 2 weeks. Staff truly went the extra mile to deliver when we were home and to make sure it was a brand new bouquet. WOW! I highly recommend this floral shop and will be using it for all of our florist needs in the future. Many thanks to the staff!

I sent a holiday flower arrangement with a snowman flower pot to a friend in the hospital. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the arrangement was stunning! She said it made her day. Flower delivery was very timely. Thank you all!

If you ever need someone to make your day perfect with a floral delivery or plant Russell Florist is the place! My Husband sent me a plant for our Wedding Anniversary, Ben took the time to try to deliver it to me twice. Any other florist would have stopped trying. This is an example of a compassionate florist that cares about their customers

Ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. Usually have very good luck selecting designer choice any time I order flowers and unfortunately, it did not work out so well. I could have bought a bouquet at a grocery store, taken home, dropped in a vase and it would have turned out just as well!

Kelsie at Russell Florist did an incredible job with our wedding flowers. She created for us my bouquet, an amazing arch topper, 2 arrangements and cake decorations that took my breath away and made me cry the first time I saw them on my wedding day. It was as if she took the flowers I envisioned right out of my own head! Every step of the way Kelsie was professional, kind and attentive.

The pricing was very reasonable and didn't have the price increase that most places have just because it's for a wedding. I also loved supporting a small business that I grew up right down the street from, and that Kelsie is following in the foot steps of her grandmother and doing an amazing job! I 100% recommend Russell Florist!

For over 30 years my family has been coming here for purchase flowers for my grandmother and we have always been thrilled. I have grown up with the birds in the shop and the dogs that have been there. Today I made my last purchase for my grandmother to be beside her bed while in hospice and Russell once again brought exactly what I asked for without me even knowing what I wanted. 200% of the time this place, its staff, and their product are perfection and if it's not they are always happy to make it right.
