Alaska Event Service Our staff has over seventy-five years of combined event rental and exhibit experience right here in Alaska. We are active members of Visit Anchorage and the National Association of Catering Executives. We offer a full line of trade show rental items, state-of-the-art electrical distribution systems, specialty linens, and chair covers. We pride ourselves on our knowledgeable, friendly staff, and competitive pricing.

Services
Alaska Event Services has helped create hundreds of weddings and receptions all around Alaska. We offer basic linen for round, rectangle, and square tables, as well as specialty linen in table overlays and napkins. We have the largest inventory of chair covers in the entire State and chair sashes to complement nearly every color scheme.
Alaska Event Services is Anchorage's complete trade show and event partner. We have experience in the trade show industry to guide you through the planning and coordination of your next trade show booth. We have professional and experienced staff who have been in the industry for over 20 years. There isn't too much we haven't seen.

I would recommend Alaska Event Services for any of your table linen needs! Even though this was an especially busy summer with double the weddings, Debra was responsive in answering my emails/calls and was able to meet all of my needs. Additionally, she was helpful and able to provide advice with how many linens I would need, saving me money in the end.

With my wedding being on a Sunday, I was able to pick up the linens (all clean, ironed, and folded) on the Friday before, and drop them off the Monday after (Debra provided bags to carry the linens in after), which helped alleviate stress with last-minute duties.

Linens for my wedding was a huge worry for me. But the people that work here took every worry I had away. So incredibly easy to work with. So helpful, and gave wonderful advice. Weddings can be so stressful, but with their help everything was flawless and beautiful. I'm still stunned how beautiful they helped my wedding be.

I found Alaska Event Services when I was looking for rental items for my wedding (specifically table linens and bow tie backs). From start to finish, with my experience working with Debra and the rest of the employees there, I was always overly impressed with their level of customer service, attentiveness, attention with details, organization with scheduling, and flexibility with being able to work with my schedule during such a busy time.

I couldn't get over how much they had to choose from in their warehouse as well. Great prices, super easy to work with. I have already recommended them to several other friends in need of the type of services they provide. I hope to have another reason down the road that allows me to work with them again.
