I placed a last minute order for next day hand delivery and it was taken care of PERFECTLY. The arrangement was pretty, my partner loved it, and they have a very great creative eye! Great product, great service, great experience, one VERY happy customer!

If I could give more stars, I would. Zuzu's Petals offers not only the most incredible service with care and kindness, but the arrangements are creative and gorgeous. The flowers last the longest, as well. Zuzu's Petals is amazing!

This is hand's down my favorite place in Boston. If I lived in Paris this could have been my go-to. (To the owners - you very helpfully were helping us find the movie title we were talking about. The Movie was "Bagdad Cafe" : )

Lovely fresh bouquet of flowers from Deirdre! This small flower shop carries a huge heart with a friendly and accommodating florist at its helm! She arranged something for me for Valentine's a while ago earlier this year, and she made sure that my arrangement of purple and red roses stayed within my budget yet bursting with fragrance and color.

When all the other flower shops were swamped with orders, Zuzu's was quick to respond and helped me with a last-minute request. When speaking with her about what I wanted, she was quick on her feet sharing different ideas she has from her stock. The bouquet was ready right on time for a very satisfying look!

Love this shop and owner. The owner did my flowers 23 years ago for my wedding and since. She is the only florist I trust, she puts her love and heart into the arrangments and it shows.

I needed a last minute order for my Friend's birthday and ZuZu's Petals delivered. They were the first flower shop to answer their phone and they were very helpful. They practiced social distancing and hands-free delivery which my friend really appreciated. The arrangement is gorgeous and I am grateful for a great experience. Thank you!

I tried to give a local business my business since covid has devastated many local small businesses. I first reached out privately on Facebook messenger to check if they were open for orders. See photos.* the response I got on FB messenger was "no flowers yet. "To add insult to injury, they post on their Instagram that they are SOLD OUT for Mothers Day. Ummm. wHAT?

While I am happy for them, that's just plain deceptive. I confront them on IG only to text this morning for them to say the same thing. I understand you don't take orders through social media and indeed I didn't have an order in but DON'T LIE TO ME and lead me on thinking you're going to help me get some flowers to my mom for Mothers Day.

Zuzu's Petals in Arcadia is the best florist in the West. The owner, Deirdre is so talented. All her arrangements shows the knowledge she has in the variety flowers, the combination of colors and the style. Recently our Mom passed away. We ordered a casket piece with all Mom's favorite flowers, Roses, Stargazer, Tuberose. I know it's not the season for Tuberose, however Tuberose was in Mom's arrangements.

I don't know how she can make it happened. The casket piece looked so wonderful and the heart of Roses on an easel looked just spectacular. In our difficult situation, the flowers brighten up our day and we know, Mom would loved that. Thank you Zuzu's petals from the bottom of our heart

I ordered four bouquets in graduation mugs for my son's graduation party from Zuzu's, and I was very pleased. I got estimates from several different florists and Zuzu's was the most reasonable. Deirdre did a great job matching the colors of the flowers to the colors on the mugs. Since we had several graduates at my son's party, I gave each mug to a different graduate at the end of the party. Everybody loved them! I will definitely be doing business here again.

This florist had the best prices for corsage and boutonniere combo in the area I could find so I picked them. They stayed after closing to help me complete my order. The flowers were ready on time and they gave us more flowers than I expected.

I used Zu Zu Petals for my mother's 90th birthday party. The arrangements were absolutely extraordinary and some of the most gorgeous floral arrangements I've seen. My mother loved them. Many of the guests, who were local to the area, commented about the beautiful flowers and I referred them to Zu Zu's. Thank you so much for going above and beyond my expectations. I will be using Zu Zu's exclusively.

Great service, beautiful flowers! I wanted to get a really nice bouquet for my gf's birthday. I was going to take the flowers to the restaurant where the birthday party was, so I knew everyone would be checking it out to see what I had come up with! It was perfect! The owner made me a beautiful bouquet of roses and other flowers that I don't know what they're called!

She has a way of "flipping" the rose petals so they look really cool, everyone wanted to know where the flowers came from, gf loved them, and I was feeling pretty good! Excellent quality, but call ahead.they don't have pre made bouquets.

Called twice and each time the phone rang & rang for over a minute before I hung up. No answer, no machine. Not impressed.

I first received an arrangement from Zuzu's Petals on my birthday last year and it was so beautiful. Everyone at the office kept coming over to my desk to admire it, we get a lot of flowers delivered for birthdays and special occasions, but this one was different than the usual assorted flowers in a vase. The next time I needed to send flowers was to a memorial service for a co-worker's family member.

I called Zuzu's Petals and told them it was from all of us at the office, could they make something appropriate. It was perfect! They delivered a spray of flowers on a stand, with soft pink and cream roses and orchids. It represented our office just the way we wanted. I will definitely use them again, friendly and professional, and the flowers are beautiful! So glad to know about this great small business.

Owner is unprofessional. I had flowers delivered and my gf said they were horrible. She stated it was the worst set up she had ever got. Couple stems were about to fall off. Told owner and he stated it was our own doing. Horrible customer service. Would never order from again.
