Great service and product delivery. I asked them to put a 15 x 20 tent into a space that was almost the same size. The team from Apex delivered the tents and set it up in record time. They came in without fanfare and pulled the delivered equipment on time and our event was a smash success. Thank you Apex!

Had a small rental that was pickup only which luckily was not a problem because I live less than 10 minutes from the location. Pricing was good but the customer service is lack luster. Was assisted by the same woman at pickup and drop she was very off putting and seemed to occupied to attempt a basic greeting, or even look up from whatever she was doing! Working in customer service for over 20 years I know what to expect and this will make me think twice before doing business with this company again.

This year-- and last year-- I rented a tent and related equipment for a large Thanksgiving dinner. The rental included the tent, party lights, tables, chairs and heaters. On both occasions--this year and last--the rentals went off seamlessly. The rentals were first rate, the installation and cleanup was effortless for us. The two man crew which deliverer, installed and, later, took away the tent and equipment were hard working, polite, and friendly. It was an excellent experience for us on both occasions. Frank S.

I have several issues with this company, the least of which being their poor communication. I was told the day prior to my delivery I would receive a delivery window after 4p. On DOD I had to call at noon for some sort of idea when to be home. Today, for pick up, again no communication on timing even after asking twice in email for a window. I had to throw on a robe to open the garage since they just showed up and I had just gotten out of the shower.

The WORST thing, however, was the gross dirty condition the chairs were in when I got them. You would think, even in normal times, they would clean the equipment before sending off to the customer. I would expect this especially so during a pandemic! The below pictures are from both sides of a magic eraser after cleaning just a few of the 12 chairs I rented from this place. When I sent them the pictures asking for a response.shocker, no communication whatsoever.

I had such a wonderful experience with my tent drop off and pick up. Juan S. Was very helpful and well mannered not to mention that he was very precautious and worked according to the safety guide lines that have been instructed. Will definitely be contacting Apex and requesting for Juan to drop off some tables and chairs for my Halloween party this month. Yayyyyy

I called 5+ times to change my order and the kind office staff had no issues keeping up. This was for my baby shower during a pandemic! This place is priced fairly, they help you load the items and they're always available to help. I would say to check your items before they get loaded into your vehicle because one of my tables had a giant F**K YOU carved into it which couldn't be hidden under my thin table cloths, but we were all adults at the shower and no one really cared. Also, Apex will loan you linen if you need it : Will DEFINITELY be renting from Apex again for upcoming birthdays and events. Thank you for being available!

Apex Tent and Party Rental provides wonderful support and response to our hospital during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Shane and his team created innovative screening solutions for us to take care of our patients during the start of the pandemic. When more dividers and tent modifications were needed, all it took was a call to Shane and it was handled with urgency.

I own a restaurant and bar in the OC. We needed additional chairs, tables and table cloths for Super Bowl. Shane the owner of Apex provided personal touches and filled my order on short notice. Apex had a huge selection of colors for table cloths which allowed us to feature team colors! Super stoked and highly recommend Apex Tent and Party Rental! Bonus they are a local family owned business.

So happy to get our tables rented and ready to go. the agent was very helpful with ALL my questions and changes. Apex was the only company that offered rentals for a 3 day period and an upfront fee for delivery. Everyone else kept changing delivery fees based on pick up times and drop off times. Like most parties. I need time to set up center pieces and table settings and don't want to clean everything immediately post party. Thanks Apex.

I use apex for table and chair rentals for special events at my home. Efficient and timely, I haven't had any issues relying on them for special occasions.

We've contracted with Apex Party Rentals to supply tents, tables, chairs, linens, pretty much everything for our wedding in September. So far the process has been so smooth and easy and pricing has been very competitive. Lisa is great to work with, very helpful and informative and we look forward to seeing everything installed in a few weeks! Will update this review once the event is complete!

I've worked with a few party rental services and apex is one of the best. They have great prices and Lisa is super easy to work with. No hidden/extra fees, lots of options, and nice quality products. They have tents, canopies and a full selection of tables, chairs and all you'll need to get your party started! The rentals are not pristine so don't expect shiny new chairs or tables but they are definitely adequate and priced right.

Three guys delivered and set up the tent in no time. They definitely know what they are doing For the next party, I won't even shop around for pricing.apex is where it's at!

Customer service of the person I was talking to were beyond explanation. Rude, unwilling to help/ corporate. The person talking to me thought we should be appreciating her giving us a quote- come on- we are the customers- you need to provide us a quote. Felt like we had to milk her just to get pricing, we had no problem with the price quoted just wanted to get a quote for our party needs.

Already closed with another company which were much nicer and where willing to do business What's wrong with people now a days? Where are your manners? You are too busy and make to much money that you are not willing to quote new clients?

Called Lisa last minute few days before the event for tenting our yard. Even though our event is on a long weekend, she was so professional and provided us with everything we need including tents, tables, linen, . Could not be more happy. I have had a party and In need of couple of cocktail tables! Found Apex and gave them a call. The lady explained everything thoroughly and I made the reservation on the phone. Went to the office to pick up, they were quick and responsive. Got the tables from warehouse, Tables were not new, nor in great shape, but since tablecloth cover them, so no problem.

I picked up the items on Friday and they have mentioned That I can drop it off on Monday which was amazing. Overall great experiences with them, definitely recommend this location to everyone. Price: very fair Customer service: fantastic

For a landmark birthday for my wife, I ordered a 20' x 40' tent with lights, dance floor, outdoor space heaters, round and cocktail tables with linens, chairs, and a forced air heating unit for the tent. Lisa was very helpful and patient in advising and revising my order; the deliverymen were efficient, friendly, and professional; the quality of the materials was very good, and the event was a huge success!

This was actually our second time using Apex--the first was for a daytime kids' birthday party where we did a last-minute tent order due to a chance of rain--and both times we were very satisfied. I even gave a referral to a few people at the party who asked which company we had used.

I have used Apex Tent and Party exclusively for over 6 years. They are always professional and always exceed my expectations. Their administrative and delivery teams are phenomenal and their equipment is beautiful and in great shape. I rent tables, chairs, linens and heaters about 5 times per year. They have also strung light bulbs across my backyard for an evening party. Truly an exceptional company.

I have used Apex several times for parties. They have a large selection of products from very rustic vintage furniture (which I am using for Scottish theme party) to crisp white linens (which I used for bridal shower). Their furniture was spotless and so were the linens and delivered and picked up on time. Also used popcorn machine and mason jars. The staff was super helpful and sweet. Will use them again for my next party!
