Confetti Creative Celebrations Ltd. has been operating in the South Surrey and White Rock community for the past 30 years. Founded in 1990, Confetti was established to provide party rental equipment for celebrations such as weddings, backyard BBQs, and local community events. From humble beginnings as a home-based business operating out of the garage, Confetti now operates two locations in Surrey, BC. Our showroom located in South Surrey and a distribution warehouse located in Campbell Heights with a fleet of trucks that serve customers across the lower mainland.

Part of excellent customer service means getting your rental items to you when you need them. Confetti offers a variety of delivery options to meet nearly any need. Our standard rates are for curb-to-curb delivery anytime during regular operating hours. Timed deliveries, after-hours options, and hard-to-reach places can all be arranged for your convenience for a fee. See below for details. Please ask us for a quote on your Vancouver, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Abbotsford, and other area deliveries as rates may vary.

Confetti was such a great company to work with! I would rent from them again anytime! They are organized and have amazing communication, they went above and beyond for our wedding on June 4th 2022 and I knew my event was in great hands with them. They were extremely professional and extremely reliable, I had an issue come up with my event and Jason from Confetti kept in amazing contact with me till the issue was resolved. They were amazing and I would highly recommend them.

I rented table cloths, napkins and chair covers from Confetti for my wedding at Whonnock Lake. They were affordable, easy to work with, answered all my questions, and had the exact colour of teal I wanted for the napkins. On the morning of the wedding we discovered they had not sent us enough chair covers. Upon calling them, they quickly sent the remainder we needed to the venue so we were able to have everything set up in time. Thanks Confetti for playing a part in our special day!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I rented tables, chairs, linens, and several decor items for my recent wedding. I updated my order several times throughout the planning process and my emails were always responded to quickly. Confetti's prices are probably the best out there. No issues with delivery and pick up. I would definitely use them again.

I'm surprised how great the reviews are here. Confettis is honestly one of the worst rental company I ever used. They gave my Brother and his wife 1/2 the amount of plates they required for their wedding and gave them dirty forks and knives. When I used them recently they screwed up my small order too. I'd recommend traveling to Vancouver or spending $50 on delivery and getting it from Pedersens. The girl at the front desk Is super unprofessional too and seems like a ditz.

We used confetti for our wedding this past week. They were fantastic! The owner is extremely nice and easy going. We decided we needed patio heaters last minute, and they had them ready to go immediately. Everything that we ordered was in good shape and ready to go on arrival. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again.

This company worked exactly how I wanted it to. I had updates to my order, they changed them fast. They delivered and picked up their equipment efficiently. There was one small thing wrong with a piece of equipment I'd ordered, they fixed it. With all the wedding planning I did, this company was the easiest to deal with, by far.

Absolutely terrible experience. Confetti was setting up 1 hour into our wedding! 5 days before the wedding they sent an updated quote that had $250 of additional fees that were not on the last 4 quotes. After many phone calls, I was only refunded $150 and they still haven't refunded the remaining $100. 2 days before the wedding day I was surprised to see Phoenix Tent Rentals pull up and deliver the tent.
Nobody told me that Confetti sub-contracts out their tents! We should have just gone with Phoenix. This added many headaches because now there were 2 separate contracts. Phoenix had forgotten to deliver the leg drapes and I called confetti 5+ times to see if they were going to bring them. Confetti kept beating around the bush and never directly answered me.
On the wedding day, the subfloor for the dance floor arrived just before the wedding was to begin but they had forgotten the leg drapes. We had to send a guest from our wedding to Phoenix rentals to pick up the leg drapes! Confetti tried to install them but they looked absolutely terrible as they had never installed them before. Some were even inside out.
It would have looked better to wrap the tent legs in white tablecloths. Everything was 'finished' being installed an hour after our wedding had begun! During cocktail hour, there were still crates all over the lawn where people were mingling with their drinks. We were completely embarrassed. When Phoenix came to take down the tent, they realized all the tables and chairs were stacked underneath the tent.
They told my father that they were not able to take down the tent with Confettis tables underneath ( we were never told this). My 60 year old father had to move everything. This was another downside to having two contracts that we were not aware of. Our wedding planners had heard great reviews of confetti, which is why we originally chose to go with them, even though they had a higher price.
I phoned Jason from Confetti and told him of our experience of how Confetti was setting up during our wedding. He agreed that it was unacceptable and shouldn't have happened. The leg drapes were refunded however we were expecting some sort of a discount because of all the stress it caused. Jason was fine with leaving us as unhappy customers.
