Meritage Resort

Nice, cozy beautiful rooms. The spa was amazing, peaceful, and beautifully built into a cave under the vineyard. The best massage we have ever had. We loved the 21+ pool - perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The service was wonderful as well. Every time we checked in at a desk on site (spa desk, concierge) we were greeted with champagne.

Beautiful location. Great rooms. I love the showers and was pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was. There was even a bottle of wine waitinv for us in our room. So many amenities within short reach. Pool, hot tub, restaurants and even a bowling alley. The spa was lovely. The masseuse I had, Mark, gave an exceptional massage. The fully stocked changing/locker rooms were quite nice. Fresh and clean robes and slippers in each locker waiting for someone to use. A great way to spend a couple relaxing days

Olive & Hay was amazing! The whole experience from start to finish was great OMAR was so friendly and kind. The food can't get any better and the prices were fair for the portion size. A great spot to get great food and drink!

We stayed here as part of a large group in town to celebrate a wedding a few weeks ago. The wedding took place on a Friday and that evening after we returned from the reception we were in our room getting ready for bed around 12:30am. We received a knock on the door and opened it to find security standing outside. They informed us that the card used to pay for our room had been declined and they were sent to ask us to vacate the room. Firstly, the card used to pay for our room belonged to the bride and groom who were just married and secondly, no one from our group received a phone call or warning that there was an issue with the payment.

We had to contact the newly married couple to interrupt their celebration and have them meet us at the main lobby to resolve the situation at almost 1am now. For a hotel that charges $400+ a night this was incredibly unprofessional and embarrassing. I wasn't even going to bring this up until we had this experience, but the cleanliness of the rooms was also below average.

I've been in cleaner rooms at a Holiday Inn. I found pink mold in the shower, the shower floor wasn't even so water collected and sat in places which explains the pink mold, but there was also urine splatter along the bottom of the toilet and hair in the sheets on our bed. Pretty disappointed after spending $800 for two nights.

Don't let the pictures fool you. This "resort" is in a business complex center. The "vineyard view" is a little vineyard across their parking lot and the "deluxe King bedroom view" is blocked with a tree and their parking lot streetlight glaring into your bedroom. The pool photographer did an amazing job as it looks nothing like the photo. Limited food. Thankfully we only booked 1 night at $400. I would not have stayed here knowing the website photos did a great job editing the reality.

Hotel staff were accommodating and went the extra mile to make my family's stay comfortable. When service was slow, they made up for it by offering some dining credit. While some of the property needs updating, it was great for a quick getaway and we enjoyed relaxing in the many beautiful outdoor areas that the resort has to offer.

This place is OUTSTANDING! The room was incredibly comfortable and HUGE. The full kitchen allowed us to save money by buying groceries instead of eating out all the time. The location was easy to find and super convenient for getting anywhere we wanted to go. The staff was friendly and quick to help with anything we needed and the room service was EXCELLENT! We will absolutely be back again and again!

My husband and I stayed here from January 27-30, and we have honestly never been treated better! They went absolutely above and beyond to take care of us from decorating the room for my birthday, delivering flowers, giving us champagne, and truly being so accommodating and hospitable in every possible way. I am only upset about ONE thing. and that's that I'll never be able to stay at another hotel again after this! The food, the bars on site, the service, and location were just perfect. Thank you, Meritage, for giving us the best and most romantic weekend!

Victoria at the front desk is amazing. She helped me the day after Thanksgiving this past year. Her service was top notch and I told her I would be back for my birthday. When I checked in for my reservation last weekend, she was at the front desk, and remembered me. Again her service was amazing. I want to keep going back just because of Victoria.

We had a fabulous weekend filled with facials, massages, bowling, swimming/hot tub, and great bar food. We also enjoyed some of the tasting rooms across the street. Overall such a great weekend. We will be back.

Super nice experience. Everyone was super friendly. They decorated our room for our anniversary, gave a champagne and wine. I ended up breaking a bottle of wine I bought they sent people over to clean it and gave me another bottle of wine, despite the one I broke had been purchased somewhere else. This and many of other little details made our stay feel special. Also, the rooms are comfy and the amenities are plenty.
