Our client list has people from all walks of life including celebrities and high profile individuals who return to us time and time again to capture their growing family and their baby's precious milestones. Our beautiful 4000 square-foot portrait studio is located in Winter Garden Fl. It is very cozy and includes a private client room.
I do not offer mini sessions very often, but when I do it is for a very special reason. This is one of those times! First Communion Sessions are some of my very favorite throughout the year. There is nothing like witnessing the pure joy and beauty that is a little child receiving Jesus for the first time in Holy Communion.

Castaldo Studios were both our photographer and videographer at our wedding in Orlando in March! They were so much fun to have at the wedding. They were fun, super easy going and had so much knowledge/comfort with our venue and found all the good spots for photos. Cecily, Dom and their team were professional, friendly and kept us laughing. We saw sneak peeks of our photos the very next day!
We also got the rest of our photos only about a few weeks later. The turnaround time was fantastic! We are still waiting on our video and can't wait to see it. Our only wish was that there were more photos of our guests! Castaldo did a fantastic job! Highly recommend if you are looking for fun wedding photographers!

What I would suggest to anyone trying to go with them. Carefully read the services offered and the price even if there are agreements to change. These people stick with what is on an email writing to keep your money rather than create happy customers. 0 good faith and I'm glad I didn't go with wedding package. Owner knows what he's doing and pretty much gave me the play by play with what's going to happen with the credit card company.

Initial contract: Full session, $7,600, line items: 8 hr cinematic package $3,000 editing $800 8 hr photo package $3,300 hi res files $ 500 sales bundle discount -$1,100 love story $300 edited highlights $300 engagement session $300 hi res files engagement $200 If you add all the items except the bundle discount = $8700 if you take out the bundle discount of 1,100 = $7,600 if you add engament only portion 300+300+300+200 = $1,100 all fine here. new invoice for engagement only: engagement session $800 love story highlight $800 Total here is $1600 and not $1,100 as above.
I explained this simple math problem to your company and you multiple times, along with the description of the line items differing in times. Before noticing this error which i thought was clerical, I had paid the invoice. Once i noticed the errors a day or 2 later, and without confirming an actual date of photoshoot with your company, i thought i could call Castaldo photography and have this error corrected.
The response was always "the contract we sent you that you paid and agree shows such and such". How an ANYONE work with a company that works like this, how can anyone comfortably talk to any of your guys and not be worried about what was said, is it a contract now, do they only follow contracts. I called Mr Castaldo, and after moments of frustration and empty promises of "lets work somehing out", he stated that "this is how it's going to go, we have contract, you'll call credit card company and i will get my money". Please, someone else do the math above, does it make sense that an engagement session that cost $1,100, now costs $1,600 because i wanted that session only? Does that mean that the bundle discount is actually $1,600 instead of $1,100?
My advise to anyone, is not to avoid Castaldo Photography. I'm sure they're good in their art and what not. But if you want a personable experience and not a "contract shark" go somewhere else. I'm done with this company (didnt even hire them) and will not be referring it till they explain to me the simple math problem i repeatedly stated to them.

Castaldo did an amazing job with our anniversary photos at our country club venue and golf course in Heathrow. Xavier and Dom spent much time doing our gorgeous couple photo session before our party. Everyone has been complimenting on our beautiful photos. We also did a video and can't wait to get the highlight! I'm so happy and glad we hired castaldo for our event. We had a small wedding ceremony - 25 people (sept '21). Castaldo was very responsive throughout the process. But this is really where the positive part of our experience ends. First, we had to purchase a live streaming for the day of the wedding as two close family members had health conditions that prevented them from traveling. We considered having a family member broadcast it via Facebook live, but spoke with Castaldo about it and were concerned there would be issues - so we decided it would be best to pay to have it professionally done by Castaldo with the right equipment (we thought). Turns out, noone was able to hear the streaming ceremony due to poor audio.
I advised Castaldo and requested a refund but was told basically it was non-refundable regardless of sound quality, they claimed the problem was everyone speaking softly. We let this go, just hoping our pictures would turn out ok. Unfortunately, the pictures were a disappointment after waiting 2 months to get them. They provided over 1000 pictures, but quickly we were able to remove many as duplicates, bad cropping, and blurry & unable to zoom/crop due to poor focus quality. Included in the out of focus shots were some of the memorable spots we had chosen in advance. Castaldo sold us on their "cinematic" approach to pictures, like using light in unique ways, strong contrast, and other things they claimed to do different or better than other studios.
In only 3 pictures we received was lighting used, the rest in comparison appeared dull or similar in quality to phone pictures - the light apparently was needed since the sun was in and out. I had asked for the email of Dom, one of the owners, who did our shoot, but was told that "Xavier can speak for him." This showed us Castaldo's lack of regard for backing up the quality of their work and customer satisfaction.
Without recourse or even the ability to share our feedback with the owner, we're left to assume we were in their mind a small, less important job - so we share this hoping to save someone else similar disappointment.

I used Castaldo Studio for both photography and videography for our wedding in December 2019 in Mexico - I cannot recommend them enough. Upon arriving to the resort, they took it upon themselves to scour the whole property to find the perfect locations for our photos. The quality and style of photos were exactly what we were looking for, and they completely blew us away. I still get chills when I look at the photos and video! Not to mention, they are also very very fun to work with. 10/10 would hire them for all of our photo needs again

My friends and I got a lifestyle shoot done at Castaldo Studio and it was the best experience we ever had! We were treated like real models from the second we walked in the door! The team really loves what they do and they made it so easy to be comfortable in front of the camera! The makeup room is so cute and the boho set is my favorite! I can't wait to post my pictures!

This experience has been terrible. I was initially concerned when I was told the main photographer booked a conflicting shoot and that someone else would be shooting my photos. During the session the photographer stepped out to attend to the delivery of their vehicle and left me laying on the floor in lingerie for 15 minutes. While shooting the studio floor was so dirty that the bottom of my feet ended up black in the photos.
My boudoir package was meant to include an in person review and it wasn't until after the session when I asked about this in an email that I was told this would not be performed due to Covid. I requested to review them over zoom as all of the proofs I received had branding obscuring them (making it difficult to assess. They reassured me that each photo would be retouched at my request.
The editing was sloppy and I had to request their attention to issues a few times. My final copy was sent to me with a duplicate of one of the images in the book. I mistakenly approved the photos only to realize a few minutes later that the picture they replace the duplicate with, was not retouched as requested. I was told that it would be 150 dollars to fix it because I signed off on the photos a few minutes prior.
I asked if this could be completed at no charge since it was not a new request and have waited 5 days without response. Ultimately I only care about the quality of the book as it is a gift. I shot these photos on July 10th. It is September 14th and my fiance's birthday has already passed. At this time I am waiting to pay my final invoice (to upgrade to a larger book size) with the last shred of hope that I will receive some customer service. Again, if the final product is decent, I may increase this rating. I'll keep you posted!

After looking into 10-15 different photographers for our wedding weekend, I went with Castaldo Studio and I am so glad I made the right choice! Castaldo studio did an AMAZING job capturing photos of our wedding weekend! We had 4 different events (mehndi, sangeet, wedding, reception) and they were always on time, well coordinated and highly focused on capturing the all important moments. Every team member was so easy to work with and very professional! I would highly recommend hiring them for any event! You won't be disappointed!

Where do I begin. One of my friends who also happens to be a photographer came across Castaldo Studios via a Groupon Sale. She did a family Christmas photo shoot with Xavier and could not stop raving about what an outstanding job he did taking photos of her family. I booked a session via the same Groupon sale at the time (2.5 years ago) for my husband, our newborn son and myself.
The session was for 30 minutes and Xavier not only took photos of us for almost 2 hours, he did so with so much passion for what he does, so much love and care. Those were the best photos I had of myself and my family up until that point in my life. It has now been almost 3 years and we continue to do our Christmas photos every year, we had other family photos done including birthdays which were outstanding! Castaldo Studios has become our extended family.
The team is made up of extremely talented and passionate professionals, everyone greets you with a huge smile, gives you a warm welcome, makes you feel at home and work incredibly hard to deliver photos that exceed any and all expectations! HIGHLY don't recommend. Refused to refund money in the middle of a pandemic when everything was canceled even my wedding. Explained to them multiple times I am from New York and won't be able to reschedule over in Florida. do not use them as vendor. Every other vendor I had gave me no issue for a FULL refund and apologized for the circumstances! If I could give no stars I would! Unbelievable and they don't respond back to emails at all When you ask them for receipts!

Yesterday I had my first ever boudoir session with Castaldo Studio. I have been a fan of their work since 2012 when I became engaged we were looking for a wedding photographer. We decided to elope so ended up not using anyone, but nonetheless I still followed their social media sites and have remained in awe with their work. I purchased a living social offer in 2015 for a session but never used it. Castaldo honored the purchase price from so long ago and I applied toward a package which included a hair and makeup session.
I arrived and they played a video for me of their boudoir work which was awesome because it put my mind at ease as I was a bit nervous. I was taken back to the make up room where Cecily arrived and she began on my hair and makeup session. She was a doll, we immediately hit it off. She took her time with me at no time was I rushed through any of the service.
I was so impressed with my hair and make up she did an amazing job! I then met Domenico and he was so awesome, he made me feel so comfortable. He looked over my outfits with me and asked why I wanted to do the shoot etc. He suggested that we begin with something black and then we began to shoot! I honestly can say that he is the consummate professional.
I felt like a celebrity he was directing me and shooting away. He allowed me to go through all of my outfits and through it all he was so patient and just knows what he is doing. I am so excited to see the photos he spent nearly 4 hours with me and I'm so confident we will have some great shots to review. I highly recommend Domenico and Cecily and Castaldo Studio for all of your photography needs. Their eye is incredible and both are super talented.

It was such a pleasure to work with Cecily and Domenico during our wedding weekend. We just saw a glimpse of our short-story highlight and were so incredibly happy with their work! Needless to say, we are so happy that we chose to go with Castaldo Studios to capture our wedding weekend. This is the unhappiest experience I've had with a photo studio due to the horrifyingly terrible customer service, especially from the owner himself. Communication from him is highly arrogant, condescending, and disrespectful, as well as extremely unclear and hard to understand. My questions were never properly answered. During the photos shoot, he left and turned it over to his wife (who told me she has no photography training/background). I would not recommend this studio if you care about compassionate customer service, attention to detail, organization, clear communication, and good business ethics.

The whole team at Castaldo is professional, friendly, and talented. I purchased a boudoir shoot with hair and makeup included. I booked easily through email and received a few appointment reminders before the shoot. On the day of, I brought a friend and many outfits, and we were greeted with wine and a rack for all of my outfits. The hair and makeup artist did a phenomenal job and did exactly what I pictured.
The entire experience was easy-going and I never felt uncomfortable once. My friend adjusted anything that needing moving or re-positioning actually on my body. The photographer (Domenico) was professional and we only did what I felt comfortable shooting. He knew exactly how to position and what lighting to use. The pictures are phenomenal and I can't wait to get my final edits. You can tell the whole team and especially Domenico love what they do.

My boudoir photo shoot at Castaldo Studio was so much more fun than I thought it could be--and I was already really looking forward to it! Cecily did my stunning hair and makeup. I was in the dressing room getting glamorous for an hour or so. My shoot was an hour, and then I was able to pick out my shots with Bianca right then to bring home with me! Domenico the photographer along with his assistant Jason made me feel right at home in the studio.
Their professionalism and friendliness, along with just the right music, really set the right mood and comfort level. I am so pleased with the shots he created--the poses are super sexy and natural and very me. I brought outfits and they also supplied a few fun ideas : The entire experience from start to finish was extremely positive and I would recommend a boudoir shoot for anyone! I did it for my husband's birthday and I can't wait to see his face when he opens the gift!
