Flowers Just For You

A couple months ago my daughters friend was killed in a car crash at 10 & Ryan. I ordered flowers from here for her to bring when attending the funeral. The owner was so nice and very polite over the phone. My daughter & I arrived to pick up the flowers and he apologized to her for the loss of her friend and refused to let us pay for the arrangement.

We cried at how nice that was and appreciate what he did for her. This was her first funeral and the act of kindness he provided right before is a memory that we won't forget.

Such a wonder experience! I wanted some type of Christmas tree for my grandfather who lives in an assisted living facility. They created the must beautiful tree for him! I absolutely love it! He was so excited to receive it! Great prices and fresh flowers! I will definitely order from them again! The delivery driver Nicole is so kind and sweet such a great experience!

Terrible experience. We paid for "Same day delivery" The order was not even on their schedule for delivery on the correct date. After calling they did deliver within half hour. Thanks to them! HOWEVER, the flowers DO NOT appear to be the upgraded size we had requested or paid for.

On December 12, 2019 I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my niece's funeral. Shortly after making the order one of the workers called me and let me know that they no longer made the arrangement that I ordered and offered a pillow with flowers attached instead. Of course I wanted to see what I was paying $50 for. However, there was no pictire of the pillow available online to view, so I told the man just to cancel the order and refund my money back to my card and if I got time I would just stop by and look at the merchandise.

Here it is January 9th and I STILL HAVE NOT received a refund! I spoke with the manager on numerous occasions and he assured me I would have the money back to my card within 7 to 10 days. Over a month later and still have not been refunded. I do not recommend doing business with this company.! They still have the arrangement online as if the sell it. This company is very unprofessional and a RIP OFF!

I love these guys! My daughter had a performance across the street at the high school. I was pretty low on money but wanted to get her flowers, the man behind the counter gave me beautiful flowers at a price I couldnt refuse. We work with them through our pto and school events as well. Can't find a more caring florist.

This florist has been around since I moved here back in 1980(something). I'm not sure if owners have changed but it's efficient and fast. They offer not only pre-made flower arrangements but you can also pick single stalks of a variety of flowers to make your own bouquet. Just don't fall for the cardboard cutout of the man that's always working every time I've been in there.

They also offer larger plants/flowers as the become in stock during the season. Right now they have the most heardiest looking peace lillie I've ever seen (product ships from "the plant guy"). Just fyi there is a minimum of a $10 purchase (at least the sign hanging on the wall states so) andddddd I honestly only wanted four carnations but asked me to please grab one more.

The staff are friendly. Parking is way easier if you turn down 9 mile road from Ryan road heading West - then take a super sharp turn into an auto mechanic/old gas station looking building smack dab on the corner (9 mile and Ryan) but just drive through this abandoned looking (but not) mechanic shop that might still be a Kilgores. Went in one day to place a purchase for my bouquet for my wedding along with 3 boutonnieres, staff said the lady who made them wasn't in and to leave my contact info so she could call me back later that day. 1 week later and still no call, I phoned, she again wasn't in. She returned my call after 2 days, we talked on the phone, she seemed nice, placed my order, then stated she would call me back with a total price.

That call also didn't happen. I should've known after all that hunting down. Day of wedding my mother went to pick up flowers, shocker that they had no record of my order! My mom had to wait while they had to make my order on the spot, and then unfortunately she didn't fight enough and they only gave her $40 off, which I think is ridiculous. That was my experience with this place. 10/2017.

Worst place ever! I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday and paid extra to have then delivered early within 4 hours and they never reached my daughter before she left work. I had to drive from Clarkston to Rochester where she works to pick them up for her since the extra money I spent to have them delivered early did nothing to get them there.

I called and they refunded my express delivery fee. Once I got the flowers home I looked that the arrangement and they were not what was pictured on the web. I called to inquire about this and was promised a redo sent to my daughter the following Monday when she worked. I was then called back after Monday and tues past and my daughter had yet to receive another arrangement, l was told by a very rude lady who kept me on hold for a long period to tell me that what I paid for was what I got and there would be no other arrangement sent out. Would never go here again.
