I have bought numerous gorgeous bouquets from Robin for various reasons, but most often I buy them for families who have lost their beloved pet whom I have also loved deeply and cared for. Because I have owned an animal care business for many years, sadly, but naturally many of my animal clients have crossed the rainbow bridge. It's a devastating time but one that needs to be honored as well. Robin is always very sympathetic, kind and professional during the order process and understands that I am grieving, too.

She also knows the importance for me to share a physical sentiment with those who were closest to that dear animal soul so they know that I am thinking about them. Her bouquets always exceed anything I can imagine. The time, artistry and heart she puts into each bouquet really does offer the grieving family a beautiful reminder that they are loved, too. I wish I could give more than 5 stars and then add on some heart emojis as well. Thank you so much Robin's Nest.

We have ordered once and received flowers twice. The quality is terrible, the flowers old, and the most recent arrangement last less than 2 days. To add insult to injury tge card left off one grandchild's name and when we called to complaint, the purveyor was, again, ruses and condescending. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS VENDOR!

Robin has helped me out with beautiful arrangements for a memorial service and Valentine's day. She also kindly donated flowers for a youth group to take to the elderly ladies at the Village at the Harbour Asst Living center for Valentine's day. She helped bring smiles to a lot of lonely faces!

I eloped on San Juan Island and decided to diy my bridal bouquet. I went to Robin's Nest the day before we got married and Robin helped me pick out some very cool and unique flowers. She was so helpful, and my bouquet turned out WAY better than I imagined. Plus her shop is just so darn cute I wish I had more time to spend there looking around! I would recommend Robin for any floral needs if you're getting married on San Juan Island.

Robin is truly an artist. She is so talented and has exquisite taste. She isn't afraid to tell you her opinion on what looks good and in my experience with her - she is usually right! Robin did the flowers and decor for our April 2016 wedding. She did a truly amazing job and we were blown away by what she created. One that that was so helpful to me as an out of town bride was that she had loads of stuff.

If I wanted silver bowls: she had them. If I wanted lanterns: she had them, if I wanted runners and linens: she had them.she has it all. You dream it. I promise, she has it! I found her prices to be very fair and such a value for what she creates for you. I used to own a wedding planning firm in Los Angeles and have worked with dozens of LA florists. Robin is truly one of the best I have ever worked with!

If you are getting married on San Juan Island you don't need to bring in someone from outside. Use Robin and support the local business. We are so thrilled we got to know her and we credit her with making everything look absolutely beautiful. Robin's Nest is a great business run by a truly exceptional lady who is one of the best florists I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Shot Robin an email about needing rose petals. She stayed late for me after I was a little late getting there! Great little shop, In which I will end up getting many many more flowers from once I move on island!

I will never shop at Robin's Nest or recommend them to anyone ever again. Every time I have dealt with Robin she has been extremely rude and abrupt. Make sure you don't buy a gift certificate from her because she will take your money and then not honor the gift cert. I had a gift cert that I misplaced and then tried to use when I found it a year later and she wouldn't let me because she said it would throw off her bank account. So one of my friends spend $100 on a gift cert for me and she basically pocketed the money and said too bad. She is awful to deal with.

Love, Love, Love Robin! We were married at Roche Harbor in June of this year, and I originally found her based on her online portfolio. I spoke with her via phone, met with her on the island once, and then she more than delivered for our ceremony and reception. She is a true visionary and artist! Her flowers are works of art, and I could not have asked for better delivery & results.

I am thrilled to have met her and worked with her. I only hope that we have another event that will allow me to have do flowers and decor for us again. HIGHLY recommend her! :

I am SO disappointed by our flowers that we received from Robin's Nest. It is my biggest regret when looking at our wedding photos. It really makes me sad to think about it. Robin was nice enough, but DID NOT deliver on what she said she would. We paid her over $2600 for flowers and decorations and the flowers were so lack luster. She was supposed to make a beautiful arrangement for the arbor she rented to us, but just ended up hanging a few glass jars of flowers off of it making it look really pathetic.

We had spoken several times about my bouquet and the arrangements. I sent her pictures of things I liked and did not like. I told her originally that I had wanted eucalyptus in the arrangements but then later told her I did not want it. It ended up in everything. Even on the cake! Also, all she did for most of our table arrangements was to stick one or two flowers in a jar.

That was the MAJORITY of our table arrangements! I was so sad when I walked into our venue and this is what I saw. But at that point it is already too late, what could I do? She did do a nice piece for the head table but that was pretty much it. Also the morning of our wedding I told her we were going to start pictures early at 12pm and I needed out boutonnieres and bouquets then she said something like "I'm going to be there at 8:00am anyway getting ready so you can have them anytime you want." Turns out she was not even there in the morning --she was setting up some other event!

So nothing was on time and we had to wait for the flowers to show up to get the pictures started which put us totally behind schedule. They couldn't even deliver my bouquet on time so we had to meet them somewhere to pick it up! Finally, we ended up canceling some of her serviced that we priced out in the beginning of the planning process and NEVER were refunded for them. I thought it would be fine and she would make up the difference in the flower arrangements, but I ended up with pathetic hanging jars and tables.

We used Robin for our Wedding in July. She was amazing. She went over the top on making the event special. She went beyond my expectations. She had great ideas and was flexible with the changes in bridal flowers. She made a Flower Dog collar, ring bearer pillow and so many other add on type things. I highly recommend her. Her prices were excellent, but her service was outstanding.

My team and I were invitited to photograph a wedding at Roche Harbor. As wedding photographers, we see many bouquets, table centerpieces and decorated venues. This is my first review I've taken the time to write. AMAZING to the last detail. Very professional and very beautiful.

My mother and I found Robin's Nest two years ago when we stayed on Orcas island and spent the day at Friday Harbor. Robin's Nest is an easy walk from the pier. It's a beautifully decorated little place (natural light coming through the roof) with lovely garden decor and offers much more. It gave us great ideas for decoration. Helpful/friendly service.
