What a stunning place to have a wedding! I am a wedding planner with Your Perfect Bridesmaid and have seen a lot of venues. This venue is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are a delight to work with! Naomi is an absolute charm and a delight to work with! We can't wait to have our couples get married here. The garden is dreamlike, and the inside is classic & elegant.
If you choose this as your venue, know that you are in good hands. Lairmont Manor goes above and beyond expectations! If you have any questions about planning your wedding, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at yourperfectbridesmaid.com

My wife and I just got married at Lairmont Manor and it was such an incredible experience working with them. They were so accommodating to us and will to work with all the COVID-19 changes in our state. Naomi and Kismet were very great communicators. This venue is so beautiful that you hardly need any decorations. Would recommend to anyone looking for a venue.

I had the great pleasure of shooting twice at Lairmont Manor, one for an editorial and one wedding, and each time was a complete dream. Not only are the staff kind, but they are also incredibly helpful in making sure that each event flows smoothly and stress-free. The grounds are kept immaculate and fragrant. If you are looking for the perfect venue for your big day, look no further than Lairmont. Summer nights under their tent surrounded by friends and family is what dreams are made of. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Thank you to the Lairmont for providing such a beautiful and classic space for our wedding! Everything about the Lairmont was absolutely perfect. The staff, especially DJ, was so friendly and kind throughout the entire process. DJ answered all of our questions, gave great ideas, and would let us wander the property whenever we wanted. She was so kind and excited for our day, which made it even all that more fun.
The space is absolutely gorgeous, and has everything you need for a timeless wedding. From gorgeous landscaping and grounds, to magical string lights, to beautiful brickwork, it is an ideal location for a classic wedding. The amenities are unreal--tables, chairs, tent, day-of staff--and I never once worried about our venue. Thank you DJ and team at Lairmont for such a wonderful process and venue!

Such a lovely space to have your wedding! The staff was great, the food was delicious, and the Italian Renaissance style architecture is extraordinary! The ceremony was held outside in the courtyard and the reception was under the tent outside. Then we moved inside to dance! I enjoyed photographing here and am hoping to return soon!

This is one of the most beautiful spots in Bellingham. The owners are attentive to keeping the building and grounds pristine. That being said, knowing who the owners are and their politics, providing money to these people supports all things aggressively right-wing. I am supportive of my conservative friends, but I am not interested in racism, exclusionism, and tyrannically behavior. Your dollar here is a vote for all of the above.

This was the first time Rice Insurance has utilized the beautiful space hopefully will not be the last. My whole crew was so impressed with the location and are still currently raving about it! Here are some direct quotes from some of my colleagues reflecting on their time at the Lairmont Manor. "Beautiful and accommodating to everyone." "Beautiful venue - loved the location" "I liked the inside outside vibe." "Spacious & Beautiful - Great spot" "Beautiful, spacious, comfortable" "I LOVE THIS PLACE" "Lots of space to circulate" "Great set up" "Lots of room! Loved the indoor/outdoor location.
Super pretty!" "The venue was great and had a lot of variety." "Good amount of space, nice location inside & out" Thank you so much for making this event special for all of us. I know I'm not alone when I say that this was the best company party thrown thus far. I look forward to working with you in the future!

My wife and I asked to rent a room at Lairmont for our vacation this year. Lairmont is special to us because we lived there at one time and even got married there. Since we know the owner we asked to rent a room for our vacation, even offering to pay more than the rental price. Instead they listed the unit and gave the room to someone else. We planned to pay up front with cash, and have great credit history, but no dice. The owners are shrewd, and not people that value community.

We booked Lairmont for our wedding primarily because this is where my parents got married 34 years ago. The venue is gorgeous and the guests were impressed! I took 2 stars off because of the staff and because of their recommended caterer. Their hours for the walk through are not convenient. I had to take time off to meet with them. Secondly on the day of the wedding their coordinator left early, and the staff left were not capable of acting professional.
The staff who stayed ended up damaging some of my items, like the guest book, by dumping wet vases and flowers on top. Their preferred caterer, Taste of Elegance, is crooked, she didn't uphold her end of the contract. When I spoke to the venue about the caterers behavior, they just said it must have been a misunderstanding. No, you either follow the contract or you don't.
I am happy I had my wedding here but, it really is a shame that such a lovely venue recommends, associates, and defends a caterer like Taste of Elegance. Use the venue, but don't be lured by the waived kitchen fee to use their preferred caterer. The $500 is a small price to pay in the grand scheme of things.

Lairmont Manor was really great to work with throughout the whole process! The only issue we had was setup during the day of. Even though there was no event the day before setup wasn't ready until 1030am on the day of (30 mins after the time we were told it would be ready). DonnaJoy was incredibly helpful to work with and answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently.
When we had a couple problems, Susan, the property manager, took over and cleared up any issues. Overall we loved working with Lairmont Manor and would highly recommend them.

This was certainly the most reasonably priced venues we looked at for our upcoming wedding. Communication with the manager was easy and informative. She was great at staying in touch and providing us with all the information we needed. The site visit was conveniently scheduled for my availability and the manager had plenty of time to go through the property with me.
This property is very all inclusive! You have practically the entire day open to you (10-10) and different days are different prices. Their prices are one of the most affordable of all the venues we looked at in the Seattle area. They have two different styles of chairs and multiple options for either an inside or an outside wedding. The tables, flatware, and china are all included.
They also have some beautiful tents and lighting for the garden area that are included at no additional cost. They have a huge kitchen with plenty of space and there is a 2.00/person kitchen fee. The property itself is quite beautiful. Gorgeous rooms inside the mansion with tons of rich history and some really breathtaking garden areas with a view of the water in the distance.
They do weddings daily so you have to be aware that there will have been a party there the night before your big day. A few concerns I had on visiting is that the reception area with the tents for the outdoor wedding is adjacent to the parking lot, so it didn't quite have the atmosphere we were looking for. Being so close to the water it can get really windy.
I was warned it can whip the tents about. The grass was also pretty worn out by the time I visited in late summer, but I think they were working on a solution for that. Overall, we couldn't go with this venue because of how far it is from home. Logistically with traffic there were just too many concerns about getting to the location on our wedding day. Price wise, you get a great package for your wedding. It is definitely worth taking a peek at and seeing if this is the perfect site for you.

Just went to a wedding, both ceremony and reception, here on a beautiful July day and this venue worked out very well. The ceremony was in a nice side area in front of a fountain and the reception was in an expansive tented area strung with lights and chandeliers. Catering and bar may have been arranged separately and that was great too. Dancing was both inside and out.
Parking is pretty good but it is not unlimited and the inside area is not real large so probably best for nice weather events that can use inside and out. The grounds are nicely landscaped and there are lots of areas for walking around and for sitting in small and larger groups.

What a great facility. I was there today at a multi class reunion for Bellingham High School. The classes were from 1954 to 1960. Great day, good food and wonderful visiting with friends. This is the 2nd time I have been at Lairmont and both were excellent experiences. I can see why many folks choose it to get married.
