I was so pleased with the service from Fulton when I called from N.C. to request delivery of a balloon bouquet in Wilmington for an uncle's very special birthday. They were able to accommodate a same-day delivery, and were super helpful as I chose the bouquet over the phone. She even suggested the high-float to ensure they stayed afloat longer, which I appreciated.

The price for five mylars, several jewel-tone latex and the gift weight was fair. The arrangement was celebratory, unique and worth every penny. Thanks so much for the great experience!

Found what we needed. They have everything you need for holiday entertainment including paper products and decorations. They also have high school graduation party material. Helpful staff and reasonable prices.

I went there yesterday an found out they don't give refunds I happen to just leave where my family member brought dinner platters an I brought some the staff member at the front said sales final I walked out upset the best way to go is dollar stores alot cheaper on the dollars

Arrived at party store and they were very busy. There were 4 people in line at register. One employee was ringing 2 others were working very hard to get orders out. It was May 2020. A gentleman came out from the back who said he was receiving a delivery and was too busy to help when asked by cashier. I asked where I could look at balloons to purchase, I was told they were behind the counter and to stand at sign "place orders here".

I was told I had to wait. I said no problem. I then was told no more orders can be placed for today or tomorrow. I said ok, I need pick up for Sunday. No response back. The line at register was done. All 3 employees contributed to blow up balloons for orders. I was content to wait thinking they were trying to finish an order someone was picking up soon.

About 10 minutes goes by and another customer goes to register with a cart full of items. The same cashier stops blowing up balloons to ring register. I said excuse me, I have been waiting to order balloons. The cashier said we are busy and you have to wait. I said but you are stopping to help at the register. Cashier said, I'm sorry that is my job to ring register. Never again will I give my business to any of their stores. I will shop and support small businesses who appreciate customers. Wilmington location.

Large warehouse, lots of merchandise, small parking lot, no refunds even if you have receipt, not large baby shower area with many choices, employees willing to assist

For year's my family, friend's and I have gone to this store for all our party needs. I called to see if they sold a 22in balloon sticks with cup's. The elderly lady that answered asked me to hold and she would check. She was very polite and friendly. However, when my call automatically started to ring from being on hold, the other person who answered, didn't offer to look or ask othe employees who was checking.

When I explained to her that one of the associates was checking, she said no we don't carry them very nastily and hung up. Not happy. Don't think I will be using your company anymore.

Their staff at the Wilmington location is rude and complains the entire time you're there. They charge double what other places would for balloons and use poor low grade helium so they only stay up for less than 12hrs. They do offer an up charge of hi float that keeps them inflated longer but not much longer and again.it's an up charge. Then after you order a boatload of balloons.they offer you bags to make carrying them easier at $1/bag. Note that doesn't seem like much but after you've spent $80 on balloons you'd think they could just give you a bag!

We have been using this company for our business related parties, birthdays, and work anniversary balloon and decoration needs since long before I started 7 years ago. We used to love this location, and part of it we still do. Specifically the woman in charge of the larger balloon orders, such as arches etc., we do love her. HOWEVER this location (Wilmington) has started going down hill for quite a bit.

Our last order the "5" was attached upside down in an arrangement (additional charge) displaying a 2. Today, in the heat of July, I requested what the Bear location does with every order and that is putting the balloons in a large bag to make transportation MUCH easier, especially in 98 degree heat we saw today. This request really is a small bit of help.

If you've ever tried to transport balloons in a hot car or remotely close to hot metal your popped balloon will tell you loud and clear that they aren't happy. The Wilmington location charged me $1, that I had to put on my company card, for a trash bag. For a trash bag. Its hard to not think its such a small thing, but this is strike number 2. and I believe my team and I, will avoid this location at all costs. Word of the wise, go to Bear.
