First time here and impressed with all that they offer. Gentleman at the register was very accommodating and friendly. Only suggestion for them is to spruce up the place and make it more appealing for the customer.

I wish I could've picked 0 STARS! Because this place is a NASTY, RUDE & Overly priced! They tried charging me hundreds because they couldn't come pick it up! When they offer pick up. Telling me I have to pay 150 there & back! But they were not dropping it off and picking up it was just a pick up! Arguing with me & all! Anyways there's other party rental places please DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY BUSINESS! Please!

My family rented a tent, tables and chairs from them for my baby shower to be delivered on Friday for a Saturday event. We had a family misfortune occur earlier in the week of the shower where we would not be around for the Friday delivery and when I called to let them know, they quickly moved my delivery to Thursday at NO CHARGE. This really helped my family and our event went great. Thanks!

We rented tables, chairs, and garbage cans for our son's graduation party. The prices are reasonable, they offer delivery and pickup for a fee obviously or you can pick up and drop off stuff yourself. They called before drop off the day before the party, and said if we weren't going to be home day of pickup to just leave it outside garage doors. Our party was on a Saturday so they delivered on Friday and picked up Monday which was nice. Friendly people

They provided the chairs, tables and tents for my son's graduation party and they did a great job! We will be using their services again for our younger son's grad party coming up! Chris came out and helped us decide where to place the tents and more. Much appreciated.

The people working are nice but I think its time for them to reinvest on nicer tables and chairs. Anf especially. Check the chairs before renting them. I jad Bput 5 chairs covered in gum and just dirty. One tables whole side of wood just broke off. And 45 delivery is a bit much if.its only a few blocks away in the same city. Just saying

I rented 4 tables and 40 chairs for my bridal shower. There was no issue with the rentals, however the customer service is really lacking. I emailed them twice and never got a response. I never heard from them about delivery or pick up. They just brought them over without telling me when, luckily someone had just gotten home. When they came to pick them up, since they hadn't told me when they were coming, no one was home so they apparently decided it was ok to go in the garage and get the tables themselves? Very unprofessional.

When they came to pick up the items my wife and I rented, they removed the barrier I had put in place to prevent then from driving in the yard as it rained between the event and the pickup date. They drove the box truck thru my yard leaving heaving ruts. I took pictures then, at 830 at night, had to go get a yard roller that night and do my best to repair my yard before it dried out and stayed that way.

I had to call 3x's before someone called me back. I was told to send pictures and a description of the issue to a generic email address at their business and told "the owner would get back to me".pretty sure it went to the delete trash bin because its been two weeks and no one has tried to get back to me so, obviously they dont care about client satisfaction or retention. I wouldnt rent a garbage can from these people again on principle alone. If you want your yard destroyed, give em' a call because they can do that right!

I rented a 30x60 tent, tables, and chairs. Everything arrived as agreed. The tent was dirty but not surprising since it was a rental. There was an issue during the pick up process, but the manager handled it well and everything was resolved I would recommend.

Had a great experience renting wedding ceremony/reception equipment! Barbara was very helpful, flexible, and friendly to work with. Everything was delivered on time and picked up on time. All equipment was as promised and prices were very reasonable. Thanks so much!
