ABSOLUTE BEST COSTUMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! My first driver to the airport was Godwin and he arrived an hour early and was very helpful and kind. I also had Epic limo service as my ride back from the airport. After having a last minute cancelled flight, and an issue with the second flight, their management team was so unbelievably professional, helpful, & respectful. I'm 100% booking them in the near future for their service!

I've been using Epic Limo service for a few years and I find their drivers and limos are the best. Very clean limos and drivers always polite and professional.

I'll admit I was nervous choosing a limo company but I have to say Epic Limo did an awesome job. Everyone there was helpful and it was reasonably priced. Our driver stayed in contact and we had a great time! Planning on another concert in April and will be using them again.

WORST COMPANY EVER! CANCELED LIMO 8 HRS IN ADVANCE OF PICK UP AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. BAAAAAAD BAAAAD PEOPLE.DONT EXPLAIN THE CANCELATION POLICY AT ALL. TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD AND JUST CHARGE IT, THEN THEY SEND OVER YOUR CONFIRMATION POLICY AND SAY READ #12 IT SAYS WE DONT DO REFUNDS. ARE U KIDDING ME?

Booked as the shuttle service for my friends wedding to get us from the hotel to the venue. They showed up an hour late after we had to make multiple phone calls getting to track them down and to top it off the limo was full of empty beer bottles in the cooler & on the floor. Would never recommend to anyone.

We had great professional service on both trips to airport with 6 adults and a lot of luggage. Will never drive to Ohare again myself. Definitely recommend to everyone!

We used Epic Limo for our wedding. Everything was fabulous up until the day of. The driver called me (the bride) smack dab in the middle of everything going on and I was a bit annoyed as he seemed annoyed with the driving arrangements we set up for the night. Everything worked flawlessly, and I didn't receive a single complaint from guests so 5 stars!

So thankful we hired Epic, AND "Ricccccccchard" took great care of us and had the A/C kicking after a hot evening at the Fair and Miranda Lambert concert!

I had a very bad experience with Epic Limo when it came to planning my party bus for my wedding on 11/7/20. I booked in February, reached out to them in September when my venue changed, and then one week prior to wedding they still did not have a party bus reserved for me. I felt so stressed! After MANY phone calls and speaking with many different staff all saying different things, I finally had a party bus reserved for my wedding, however I was still nervous if someone would actually pick us up that day.

On the wedding day, our driver Richard was AMAZING! He arrived 10-15 minutes early, was very polite and helpful, and even drove us around just for fun when we had extra time before the reception. The bus was very nice and clean and even provided 2 bottles of champagne! I was very relieved that we ended up having a good experience.

Arrived late! Address and time confirmed a week before the wedding date and still arrived late! No alternative phone number was requested and blamed me for not answering. Why would I have a phone on my son's wedding day?!? Why would the driver not have the correct pick-up address and time that I confirmed the week before the wedding day? Limo driver did not get out to open the door and offer to help us get out of the limo. Refusing to refund my $126 for the first pick-up time.

Epic Limo is a very well ran business along with being organized and top shelf. Our experience with another company failed and would not return our calls or money. We Called Epic Limo and we were VERY impressed with how they run their company. They were on time and they also follow up with you on everything about your pick up times and days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to use Epic Limo for your airport or personal trip needs.

Horrible company. Driver went to the wrong house for pickup. When he finally found the address, he was 15 minute late to pick up the groom for his wedding. The groom was late for his wedding due to the incompetence of this jokester company. The driver was rude, did not open doors for the passenger, and did not show us the controls for the backseat.

We paid for champagne and that was not in the limo either. When asked for a refund, we were not refunded our money. Customer service was the worst. We were not accommodated with the conditions listed in the limo contract. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unprofessional and unreliable! They caused unnecessary stress on the wedding day.

Hired for a wedding on 10-24-2020 in Chesterton Indiana. Driver was very unprofessional and rude to the entire group. Driver was grumpy all night long, simply did not want to be working. The majority of the wedding group complained about the drivers unprofessional comments and unwillingness to perform his job. Would not recommend this company for weddings or quite frankly anything if this is how they treat paying customers. Do not know the drivers name, but he was an older white male in 50s-70s. Maybe the driver should consider finding another job to not disrupt weddings in the future.

I have used Epic Limo to and from Midway Airport now six times. Each time the driver was right on time. In addition, every driver has been polite and personable and dedicated to getting me to my destination in the least amount of time and hassle free. Well worth the money as far as I'm concerned!

We used them for our wedding a couple weeks ago. We had the party bus and a great driver. It looked awesome and big. The downfall was it was hot outside and felt like the ac wasn't working. Other than that, great company!

Just used Epic Limo for our families airport transfers. Dave picked us up from our home and Gerald picked us up from the airport. Both of them was on time and had excellent customer service. The limo was extremely clean and comfortable. The kid's loved all the lights inside! We will be using them again.

We used Epic Limo for our wedding we used a stretch limo for the wedding party and used two shuttle buses to transport our guest from the hotel to the reception. The entire experience was wonderful. Jim our limo driver was amazing. He was so professional. He had made our experience so enjoyable. The shuttle buses were also great. They were on time and got our guest to and from the reception safely and timely. They helped make our wedding day great.

I used Epic for transport from Chicago to Munster then back to Chicago - kind of the opposite of one might consider as NWI resident but Epic was great! First they were very communicative and answered all my questions - from the first time I called to just days before my event they were great about keeping up with me. I had one small issue - they charged me the final balance one day earlier than I anticipated but!

I spoke with a gentleman on the phone (sorry forgot his name!) and he was incredibly apologetic and offered to immediately reverse the charge; it wasn't necessary but his sincere apology and genuine desire to provide superior customer service was excellent. While I didn't actually ride on the bus I booked - my POC for the bus was VERY pleased - she said, the driver, Guy, was very nice, polite and professional - he said he did a great job at both the pick up and drop off. I would definitely use them again!

We used their service in may for a very large group going to midway. Every person I talked to in this company were very pleasant and accommodating. They even handle a last minute change without any problems. They are on my saved list for our next trip

We used Epic Limo twice for our wedding. We used the 14 passenger shuttle to drive our guests to and from the hotels, and we took a limo to the airport. They were great at helping me figure out what would work best for our needs. Our airport limo arrived before the pickup time so I wasn't panicking. It was such a smooth ride, and a very clean and well-maintained car. Both Tiffany and Dave were very courteous. Thank you!

We used Epic Limo for our wedding. Excellent service when I made the reservation to the transfers to the drop off at the reception. Our driver, Steve, was professional and courteous! The car was new and clean. Highly recommend them. They even had champagne for us!

We rented the party bus for 6 couples to see the Cubs vs Reds game on 6/12/2015. Driver was courteous, on time, gave very clear directions on where and when to be to get picked back up after the game. Bus was stocked with beverages, ice and very clean. The entertainment system had video and bluetooth audio and was a blast to play with on the way to the game and back.

The driver handled a few unscheduled stops like a pro. Highly recommend you try this for a group going to a game or event, it took it from just a ball game, to an entire day of fun.

We used Epic Limo for a birthday party! Best service in NWI, very professional and personable! They have a great fleet of limos. We used the black party van, it was brand new, loaded with fun stuff! Epic Limo made turning 50, an absolute blast!
