The restrooms were great but my experience with this company was a disaster from start to finish. I hired them for my wedding. The biggest day of my life. The last thing I needed to stress over was the restrooms. I paid in full almost a year in advance and never once got a confirmation the week of for drop off. I feel as if I was forgotten about. They never showed when they stated they would in the original email of contact 10 months prior.
I finally called and not one person even knew what was going on. I finally spoke to the manager Preston who was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. He never told me why my restrooms weren't there and finally said "I don't know what you want me to do" & hung up on me. I never heard back from anyone in the company until 11PM when they decided to drop my restrooms off at 1am in the morning! This was the most stressful experience and they had zero customer service. I'm not one to complain but this was absolutely unacceptable.
