Dream Weddings was founded in late 2012 by four individuals that were inspired in decoration for years as a passion and hobby. They are the new generation that love to explore the new trends while still embrace the uniqueness of the traditional. Each member of the team is naturally creative and strong in certain aspects that certainly does not hesitate to bring every new ideas to make your important day a memorable one. Our Dream Team truly take a great deal of pride in providing our clients with an unique event.
We just wanted to extend our greatest appreciation for how amazing everything turned out at our wedding! We received so many compliments about the decorations, flowers, and wall washes throughout the night and after the wedding. One of the most meaningful things we received from Dream Weddings, was the constant follow up and input of great ideas.

Our wedding weekend wouldn't have been the same without the planning & coordination of Andrea and Monica! They truly made our wedding weekend such an incredible experience. For planning a destination wedding, Andrea & Monica really made our experience stress free and an unforgettable weekend for us and our guests. Starting from the beginning, Andrea was one of the only planners who responded to my initial inquiry super quickly and provided honest and realistic expectations of what we could expect when planning a destination wedding in Sayulita/Punta Mita area.
A service that Andrea offers which is unique to other planners is a site planning or venue scouting trip. Without officially hiring Andrea to plan our entire wedding, we paid a scouting fee, flew down to the area and spent an afternoon with Andrea touring specific wedding venues and doing a catering tasting. Luckily the venue we found and Andrea's 2022 availability matched and we were able to hire Andrea to plan our wedding! Andrea and her team truly go above and beyond.
As a type A, OCD bride her organization and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. I truly needed a lot of help with the design and decor aspect of our wedding and I'll never forget showing up to our venue in complete awe of how Andrea turned my dream event space into a reality that far exceeded anything I had imagined and planned for. To my knowledge, literally nothing went wrong on our wedding day.
It was so stress free and so fun that I'll forever cherish the work Andrea and Monica did to ensure it really was the best day ever for us and our guests. Throughout our entire planning process, we appreciated her honest feedback and genuine attitude. She tells you what is reasonable, what's within your budget and doesn't sell you on an unrealistic Pinterest dream.
Her organization is unmatched. Every penny (or peso;) ) was accounted by her team and she made sure to always keep our budget in check. Andrea also has relationships with all the best vendors. When you email any vendor in the area and mention your planner is Andrea they all respond with "Oh Andrea is great' or "We love working with her". That's so telling to her and how she runs her business.

Andrea + Monica made my dream wedding come true. I really couldn't have done it without them. Not only did they make my vision come true, but they helped me navigate the situation with COVID for 3 years! (2 wedding cancellations) They are so reliable and trust worthy and recommend the best vendors. I cannot speak more highly! Thank you thank you! Andrea, Monica, Lilli and the entire SDW team made our dream wedding come true! It was hard enough to plan a destination wedding in Mexico from the US, much less trying to navigate COVID protocols on top of everything, but Andrea was so graceful and thorough in her communications and was extremely patient with my type-A, event planning character! I am eternally thankful for all of her unending advice and her willingness to go above and beyond.
I cannot have imagined our wedding without her and her team and highly recommend that anyone looking to get married in the Sayulita area, call Andrea ASAP (she books up fast because she is THAT talented)!

Their name says it all yall. Dream Weddings did an amazing job on our wedding. It was so easy to work with them because they can do magic. I came to meet Tommy and Suzanne and we talked about colors, flowers, and theme that I liked. I showed some pictures of some inspiration and I wanted it to mostly be white, with a hint of blue and some gold for our theme.
Very classy, timeless, not too crazy. Everything came out beautifully! When we came for a peak and to set up some stuff for our dessert table I was already surprised and my bridesmaids loved everything as well. The whole night I kept telling my husband how cute everything looks - I was surprised I didn't cry. They also did an amazing job decorating our cake!
It was so pretty! We also ordered the all white blossom tree for our photo backdrop and it was amazing everyone loved it. I was surprised Suzanne said I was easy to work with but I thought the same with them! They are so nice and genuine people. I enjoyed working with them so much.

Tommy and Suzanne are two of the most pleasant people to work with, going above and beyond expectations in creating and bringing our vision to life; from logistics to the artistic creativity. Meetings go smoothly and questions are always answered in a timely manner if not immediately.
They stay within your budget, but the final production is breathtaking and truly priceless. The attention to details that go into their work is much appreciated and the final reveal is never a disappointment. Suzanne and Tommy went above and beyond in making our wedding day so magical! We absolutely adored the floral and decor! We got so many compliments and everything about their design was amazing! They pitched a new idea to us and we had full trust in them in executing it. We are so happy we did, because it turned out better than we could have imagined! "Best Wedding Ever" That's what was being said by all of my wedding guests, and is still being said a few weeks later! (Not to be biased, but I totally agree) This would not have been possible without Andrea. Being an event planner myself, it was so refreshing to be able to relax and enjoy my day knowing that everything would be 100% handled. Working with Andrea was easy, she made great suggestions and was able to capture my vision for the day perfectly.
Communication was easy, she recommended the best vendors, was always honest in her communications, made budget tracking simple, etc, etc, etc. I always have the highest respect for event planners that remain calm and composed even in stressful situations, and Andrea was just that, she brings a sense of calm and professionalism that is hard to find.

Andrea is the best imaginable wedding planner! She created an absolutely magical dream wedding week for our daughter & son in law with very little input from us. From the beginning we let Andrea know that we aimed for a gorgeous jungle disco, but a low-stress event. She sprang into action & secured the BEST vendors - florist, cake, venue, furniture rentals, food, drink, photographer, late-night food, transportation, music, etc.
From a mariachi processional to an amazing DJ to late-night tacos and churros, the event was breath taking AND fun. She planned our welcome party on the beach too! Andrea always asked for input and direction - sometimes we'd have a little, sometimes a lot. She sorted it all out & brought the bride & groom's vision to life. She is exceptionally organized and continually calculated expenses and requested approval for spending. Taking care of our guests in Sayulita was made simple by Andrea - she got flight & lodging info from everyone & arranged all the airport transportation - really huge relief for the guests and us.
And she was on-hand coordinating all the events with a smile and expertise. Our most important request for the wedding was that it be a fun, non-stressful event, and Andrea made that happen. No drama, no panic, no stress, nothing to be anxious about - just love, beauty and joy. That's the real gift Andrea gave to the bride & groom and all who enjoyed the festivities. We will be forever grateful!

Words cannot express how much appreciation we have for the Dream Weddings Team. Suzanne and Tommy went above and beyond, exceeding our expectations! Everyone did an absolute phenomenal job, and left us completely speechless. We told them about how he proposed under the cherry blossom trees in Japan, and how I wanted to incorporate something similar to that into our wedding theme.

Dream Weddings, Where do I even begin? This simple thank you response for our wedding decor cannot express enough words to completely show our appreciation. When we said we wanted a black tie affair themed wedding that did not scare y'all one bit. Andy and I are still in awe when we look back on everything you did for us before, during and after the wedding.

The team did an amazing job transforming the venue at Kowloon Arlington. Suzanne and Tommy were a joy to work with and they are very accommodating. They did their best to work with my budget and still made everything super nice. The result was more than I could imagine. Wedding planning was stressful so it was nice to have at least one thing that I did not have to worry about.

In February, I got to marry my best friend and everything I envisioned for a fun destination wedding came alive in front of my eyes. Living in SF and planning to get married in Sayulita we thought might be little tricky logistically. Andrea was highly recommended to me by my wedding venue as an approved vendor.
From the day I contacted her until the day of my wedding, there wasn't a single thing she missed. She wasn't just our Wedding Coordinator - she organized the Florist, the Caterer, every PERSON (including my crazy friends and family!) every step of the way! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR THE LUBKE'S 2018 WEDDING! Suzanne and Tommy are simply AMAZING, gracious, entertaining, glamorous, contemporary, and very knowledgeable! I came in with no supporting examples to what I wanted, but knew I wanted to see something different and still embodied a dazzling wedding. Any questions I had in regards to pre-planning, the estimated quote, and post process was quickly answered and clearly explained. Making this the easiest part of the wedding process.

I cannot thank Suzanne and Tommy enough for what they did for me. Planning a wedding is already stressful as it is so to have the relief that the Dream Team were taking care of everything from the decor of the ceremony, reception, and cake was a heavy burden lifted off our shoulders. I am not an imaginative person and placed complete trust in them from beginning until the end and they lived up to expectations!
They were able to do last minute changes we wanted and did not make a single complaint to us. I booked 1 year in advance and we went over how I wanted the overall theme to be and 2 months before the wedding, and one week prior to we met again to finalize details. We used the DJ and bakery they recommended and they also delivered! Suzanne is quick to respond to all emails and texts and if you want flowers, Tommy has the eye for the decor and the personality that you can't help but love and make you smile! Will always recommend them to our friends!

As I keep getting pictures from the past weekend, I'm still speechless at how detailed and perfect the flowers and decor were. @dfwdreamteam was such a pleasure to work with! They seriously went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. They'll listen to your vision, suggest some of their's and in the end, you have a wedding of your dreams! We had so many compliments on the flowers and the decor and the textures/details, I'm still in awe at what a hit this wedding was.
