Lauren Bozich and Marianne Carroll met in 7th grade Junior high in Mentor, Ohio. The two quickly became friends, and stayed friends through high school where they both worked at a Dairy Queen and were introduced to the idea of cake decorating when they were asked to help decorate the ice cream cakes.

Our tiered stacked cakes are available in an 8" and 6" size that serve 25 people and start at $225. All tiers on our cakes are created with 2 layers of cake filled with one layer of filling. Stacked cakes are fabulous for the focal point of your event, while cupcakes that match can be ordered to supplement if additional servings are needed.

I couldn't drive home for my brother's birthday so I ordered him a cake and had my sister pick it up. There were no problems doing that and it was super easy to order online. My family said the cake was amazing (I ordered the peanut butter one). My family isn't super picky on cakes but they really enjoyed the frosting. My sister did tell me they have gluten free options and as someone with Celiac I'm excited to try it. Not sure if this helps but I paid $55 for this cake and could easily feed 6-8 unless you like big pieces then 4-6. I personally feel like that's a great price for the cake.

I went in today for some treats and I left with the biggest smile on my face. Matt was so kind and so helpful and had me laughing the whole time. He gift wrapped the gift I got for my friend and did a beautiful bow to put on the package. I don't remember the last time I've had such a great experience (anywhere!). Their whole staff is wonderful every time I go in there.
But my experience today was amazing. Thank you, Matt. You're amazing and you really made me feel welcome! People like Matt are the reason I continue to go to the same businesses over and over again. I have been a steady customer for YEARS. It started with getting cupcakes at the kiosk in Beachwood Place or the store in La Place and then advanced to actually ordering cakes and cupcakes for birthdays and my daughter's return home from Boot Camp. Seven, or so, orders so far and they have NEVER disappointed. I will say to make sure to order IN ADVANCE.
That means weeks, not days! They are busy and it's easy to see why when you taste the creations! Also, make sure to follow the serving instructions. These aren't grocery store cakes, these are gourmet CREATIONS that come with serving instructions! Can't wait to place our next birthday cake order in May.

The cake was nice looking. The icing was good. The cake was extremely DRY. Honestly I'm very disappointed with the cake. The guest of honor even said that cake was dry. We had high hopes but this cake was a big let down! I'll stick to the cupcakes and the macs those are a 10/10 every time. 3/5 because the other desserts ate great.

LOVE THIS BAKERY! Had the cupcakes again for my bday and they were perfect in my opinion! My family loves these cupcakes! Perfect cake to frosting ratio! The cake was not dry and the frosting did not coat your mouth like some frostings do. Tastes like real buttercream to me, yummy! Best cupcake hands down! Update: in addition to cupcakes we had the macaroons today and they are AMAZING!

My friends surprised me with a 50th birthday cake from White Flower Shoppe. What a beautiful piece of art. It was hard to cut it into pieces because it was so beautiful. Then the taste was just outstanding. The butter cream is by far the best I have ever had. It had just the right sweetness. The cake was fresh and moist and just as amazing as the buttercream. Finally, the customer service is fantastic. Friendly and helpful. I will not go anymore else for my cakes.

Cake Artistry! That's White Flower Cake Shoppe! The owners not only make the most delicious bakery but they look so beautiful you almost hate to eat/cut it! But you will because it's so good! I recently had the cupcakes at a bridal shower and they were moist with creamy, yummy frosting, not too sweet! I've had their cakes for birthdays, showers, baptism, weddings (all the flavors are scrumptious!) and the detail is perfection! You might pay a little more but it's worth it! I keep going back every time and so will you!
