Great company. Immaculate vehicles. drivers friendly, but professional. I have been using JB Livery for several years now, the service is always excellent and most importantly they get me, safely where I need to go. The office staff is excellent as well, always pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend!

JB Livery is my go-to car service. I cannot say enough positive things about their responsiveness and professionalism. I have NEVER been disappointed by any interactions with JB livery. I use them for both personal and business trips. We have had car service for 1-2 and bus trips for 14. Each time, they were on time, helpful, pleasant, professional and friendly. I would never use another service.

Always early so no worries about if they are coming! The drivers are responsible and reliable. Cars are well kept and I use them for all our airport transportation!

I initially hired JB for my wedding in 2016 and they were so wonderful and responsive I haven't used any other car service since. I use their sedan service to and from airport. Have rented their Sprinter van for a group event to NH. Their service is consistent, SAFE, and easy. And their office staff is really helpful and transparent. The addition of texting with drivers a few years back is a great addition. Use them for everything you need. You won't be sorry!

My family and I have used JB forever. The drivers are friendly and professional, and always on time, and the cars always spotless. The customer service is excellent - every time I call they are incredibly friendly and help. Plus, they moved mountains to help me out at the last minute when I dropped the ball on booking limos for my wedding back in 2015.

My mother and I had a 4:15 AM pick up for travel to Logan airport. The driver was early. The ride into the airport was quick and efficient. The vehicle was very clean. The driver as well as us wore masks the entire trip. Would highly recommend JB livery for your transportation needs.

JB Livery is top notch organization. I've booked a midnight pickup for Logan Airport on 3 hours notice when my flight schedule was totally messed up - more than once. Drivers are professional & on time. Cars are immaculate. My favorite feature is your driver texts when you land (they all monitor the flights) and let you know they're waiting. 4AM pick-up- no problem. Flights delayed - no problem. Send an email - confirmation in 15 minutes.

I googled top livery services in Brockton Area and JB Livery was the first of 10, there was a link to Yelp and I'm a Yelper so I read the reviews and also checked other online reviews and from what I read we called them to arrange drop off and pick up at Logan for our vacation. On the morning of our trip I received a text with the name and number of our driver.

The driver Dave arrived on time, and he asked if we had a preference of route to Logan, we left it up to him. He opted for back roads and got us to Logan earlier than we would have arrived had we jumped on the highway, with morning traffic. On our return trip home again we received a text with driver's name and number and we met John at the the Limo pick up area at Logan.

He was super friendly and gave us some cold water which is always great when you're getting off a plane, he got us home safely. Both were excellent drivers. I will definitively hire and reccomend them to anyone looking for great service.

Great experience from start to finish We booked JB from online reviews and got a fair deal and great service. I have never used them before but will from now on. We got a 13 passenger coach to go to The rolling stones concert in foxboro. Booking it was easy because the person who answered phone knew her business and was able to manage everything. Price was good under $100 per hour Bus showed at exactly 5 pm with Mike the driver who was very professional and personable.

Everyone in my group had good things to say about him. Bus was modern and clean, a/c worked well and had bluetooth for those Rolling Stones classics In all it was a great day and JB helped make it I would recommend them to anyone

I have used multiple car services, and this has routinely been the least expensive and most reliable option. I recommend them to anyone needing car service, specifically for airport transfer. Nothing bad to say!

I would recommend JB Livery to anyone. I was flying out of Logan airport early on Monday morning, and realized I needed a car service Sunday night. After calling many car services - all of whom were completely booked up - I was referred to JB Livery, and I'm so glad I was! We were picked up at 5:00 a.m. with no problem; our driver, Don, was there about ten minutes early.

We had a small puppy with us, who cried a bit in her carrier, and Don was kind and let us know he didn't mind. Don is the biggest reason we'd use JB Livery again - he was a wonderful conversationalist, kind, professional, and, of course, an excellent driver. We were at the airport within plenty of time, and had a great time getting there. Much appreciated!

I have used them for round trip airport trips for myself and family and they are always on time, professional and very friendly. I used to book book them for my boss (2009) and continued to use them for my personal use and have never had a complaint.

Sent an email to reserve a town car for a client. No response within 24 hours. I then followed up with a phone call the next morning; the person at dispatch said they'd look into it and call me back. Never heard from them. Because this was an important client I was making a reservation for, I could not wait. I went with another company and got everything confirmed within minutes.

My wife and I have used JB Livery at least six times for Logan drop offs and pick ups. They are fantastic. Always on time, courteous and professional drivers. We were delayed one trip a total of seven hours and they tracked us the entire way and were waiting when we arrived at Logan around 100 AM. They have picked us up in everything from a large SUV to a stretch limo and every vehicle has been immaculate. Highly recommended.
