I had no problems, all went well. I recently used their car service a couple of times. Cars were clean and well maintained. Drivers were on time, friendly & professional. FYI: They did email images and info shortly before arrival to let you know the driver picking you up. Very helpful tool. We will use them again for sure.

We booked a shuttle bus for transportation from wedding to hotels and this process was as smooth as butter. There were no complaints by and wedding guests, never had to speak to the driver about any issues, and everything was planned out in the weeks leading up with no hiccups. Would highly recommend for any of your transportation needs.

Called and got a quote for my son for prom this year. The guy on the phone was great, quoted me $466 for a round-trip in a Lincoln Continental for 4 hours. I thought that was a great price and called back to make my reservation. I was greeted by someone who was beyond rude. The guy argued with me about the price, and told me that I was required to book for six hours.

I asked why the price I was quoted wasn't valid since that was the reason I was calling back to book and he started arguing with me. The prom this year is only four hours. it's booked from 6 PM to 10 PM. So why would I book some thing for six hours when my child had no intention of staying at the prom for the full 4 hours to begin with. The way I was treated was completely uncalled for and beyond rude.

I worked customer service for 17 years and would never speak to a potential client like that. Definitely will never call this company again and I suggest you dont either. Clearly they have employees trying to rip people off. Sorry for the dude that works there who was nice. He should find another company.

Grace Limousine provided the car service for my wedding, and they were absolutely excellent! Can't recommend enough. A pleasure to deal with on the phone-- totally clear in making the plans with them. My husband and I worked with Grace Limo for our wedding on October 8, 2021. We used Grace Limo for both our wedding day as well as our rehearsal dinner. We rented the trolley for the wedding party on the day of the wedding. It was a beautiful vehicle and perfect for photos. Ours came equipped with champagne and water, and there was a hookup for music!

There is plenty of space and it's perfect for brides who don't want to be stuffed in a vehicle or have to sit and wrinkle their dress. You can stand comfortably! We also rented one of the 55 passenger buses for the evening before to transfer our guests to and from the hotel and restaurant for the rehearsal dinner. The bus was a comfortable charter bus that fit our very large guest amount perfectly.

We were able to bring coolers with drinks on as well. This vehicle also has a music hookup for your phone to play music. I want to say there was a bathroom on it, but you would need to double check that! Both days we worked with wonderful drivers who were friendly and accommodating, as well as on-time and professional! The prices are great (gratuity is included) if you're looking for a clean and classy form of transportation.

I hired Grace Limo for my wedding to transport my party of 30-40 people from our hotel to the venue in several shuttled trips. Their quote for a more luxury limousine service was far more reasonable than several other vendors who we spoke to. I worked directly with Nikki, who was a joy to work with. She was very responsive, organized, and extremely accomodating.

She confirmed every detail and change that we had with confirmation documentation, and always answered my questions/phone calls very promptly. On the day of the wedding our limo arrived early, and the driver was very friendly. They knew the entire schedule and route in advance. My wife and I didn't need to conduct any coordination or communication. I would highly recommend Grace Limo to anyone looking for a party-related shuttling service!

I hired Grace Limousine for my 50th birthday bash. we went from Manchester to Boston for dinner and to a comedy club after in boston, and then back to Manchester to cap the night off with karaoke. Steven was my driver. the service he provided was absolutely impeccable! this night was one of the best nights of my life, and it would not have been possible without the outstanding above and beyond service provided by Stephen and Grace limousine. thank you very much, and I will definitely use your service again.

We hired black tie limo for our wedding day, and it was a great choice! We got two limos for transportation from our hotel with venue, and a car to bring my husband and I back to our hotel after the wedding ended. Nikki was responsive and easy to work with from our very first interaction! She was kind and accommodating and made booking transpiration easy and stress free.

The limos and car were clean and the drivers were kind and professional. They even provided complimentary champagne for each ride. Highly recommend hiring black time limo for your event!

At first the company was good but by the end of the night to go back home, our driver was incredibly rude and put us in danger (This is a understatement). Long story short this company ruined my brother and sister in law's memories of their big day. This company should be ashamed of them selves. Avoid this company and take your service else where.

The driver of our party bus that picked us up from a wedding on Sunday evening was very rude, extremely unprofessional and ultimately ended with calling the police while we were stopped at a gas station on our way to our destination. The moment he arrived to pick us up he was rudely telling everyone to get on the bus & swaying around as if he wasn't sober. Starting our 1.5 drive to our destination he was swerving on the road.

We stopped at a gas station, he went in and bought two Truly tall beer cans & a styrofoam cup (we all know what the purpose of the cup is for). Once we spoke to him about his behavior and buying the beer with the cup he became very agitated and disrespectful towards the Bride. The police were called. The driver was refusing to bring all of us back to our destination and making us unload all of our belongings from the party bus.

He driver failed the field sobriety test but passed the breathalyzer. The owner/manager of the company was called and also incredibly rude, - telling us he didn't care and to get on the bus within 5 minutes or the 15 passengers we had would be left stranded. Do not ever hire this company.

Company was awesome to work with. Extremely quick and receptive to emails Our driver Kris was exceptional. As we were out for a bachelor/ette party, he always did a head count at each stop which was great for party management. All reasonable requests were fulfilled.

This company confirmed my trip out of state when I booked and paid the deposit, saying their affiliates had a vehicle available. 3 days before our trip I sent an email confirming pick up location only for the company to come back and cancel the trip for having no vehicles available! I spoke with Monica who was rude, inconsiderate and not helpful whatsoever.

She claimed the trip was cancelled 10 days prior and I should have received an email and a refund of my deposit. I have yet to receive either. She did not try and work with me to find a new solution and was extremely defensive and cold. Now, 3 days out from our trip, we have no refund, no apologies and no alternatives. Poor customer service and reliability.

We have used grace over the years, in fact they were the service we used for our wedding 21 years ago. They are a great family business, and out do other limo companies. I have also had many friends use them for night out that I was a part of, and it always is a great experience. I've used their party bus, limo and the suburbans with friends and every time it's been top notch service. If you are looking for limo or other driving services this is the place to use.

I've hired Grace Limousine on multiple occasions. The most recent of which was in December for the Christmas lights tour. It was a surprise for my mom and her husband, and Grace had to pick up another couple beforehand. Needless to say, timing was imperative to make the surprise work. The driver was prompt at both locations, friendly, and excited. to be a part of our Christmas fun.

I always refer Grace to my family and friends when I hear that someone is looking for an evening on the town, or something as simple as a ride to the airport. Their customer service is exceptional. The vehicles are meticulously clean, inside and out. The professionalism from the moment you call to the follow up after your service, is bar none. Grace has a client for life!

I organized Grace Limousine service to drive my daughter from Andover to Boston Logan airport: It was perfect! Mr. John Normandin was the driver and he exceeded our expectation: He was very kind, professional, patient and helpful. He could stay parked at the airport until my daughter could board the Delta flight and we are very thankful for his great service and assistance.

I've used Grace Limo several times for airport transport. They are always early and incredibly professional. The Grace Limo team knows how to make you feel comfortable and special. The cars are spotless, their drivers always go the extra mile, and they always offer to help you with your bags. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Grace Limousine provided transportation on our wedding day in September 2019. We worked with Rae who was incredibly responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rae was able to help us craft a plan and schedule for both ourselves (the Bride and Groom) to and from the venue as well as all our guests. She provided helpful guidance as we tried to determine what size vehicle would work best and what the timing would look like.

It was especially helpful in the morning as all the bridesmaids and bride had to go to a separate location to get hair/makeup prior to getting to the venue. The vehicles themselves and drivers were stellar. We used the 8-passenger limo for the bridal party morning transportation and there was champagne and plenty of room in the car. It made the whole day feel so much more special.

For our guests we got a 44-passenger coach which was prompt and got all our guests to our venue on time. All vehicles were clean, luxurious, and most importantly - early! It made such a difference on our wedding day to feel so confident that we and our guests would get where we needed to go on time. I would highly recommend Grace Limousine for any event.

We used Grace Limousine for our wedding. They worked with us to create two packages for our needs and budget for pick up and drop off before and after the wedding. I worked with Rae for booking and she is awesome, super friendly and made everything easy and stress free. The limo arrived early to and from and had excellent service from both drivers.

The limo was very nice and clean. They had a champagne toast when they picked us up and more champagne available along with bottles of water both ways. They were also accommodating for using the trunk for storage and stored our cake tier in a mini fridge on the way home. They picked my now husband and I up at our house and then stopped along the way at the hotel to pick up our bridal party and then the opposite on the way home. Getting to your wedding and back is stressful and they made it easy and totally stress free!

Grace is an impressive car service and I have used them many many times for trips to Logan and Manchester airports. The cars are always on-time, impeccably clean, professional drivers and great service overall. The only issue is they are the most expensive service. We are now using another service that provides all the above features but is much less expensive.

Bad experience. Pricing was definitely too high for the level of service. Save yourself time, money and frustration and avoid these guys.

Was very disappointed in the service, car was old, did not have room for my feet. Had to ask driver to push his seat up so I could put my feet down. It was not the car they described would pick us up! Will not use this service again.

This is an extremely professional limo company. We used them for my daughters wedding yesterday and all I can say is THANK YOU! The kindness and helpfulness of the drivers was Outstanding! We had a few minor glitches, as a lot of weddings do time wise, but due to the professionalism of your drivers we were able to make up that time with all of the little things they did.

I was out of the country and needed to book a car to pick us up the following night at the airport. The online experience made things easy and I received a confirmation via email so I knew I would have a car waiting for my family when we arrived. Chris was waiting for us and was very professional and made sure we had all we needed prior to leaving.

Being professional is important as I have had some bad experiences with other companies. The car was very clean, water in the door and a smooth ride home. I strongly recommend.

From reservation to the end of the ride, the entire staff, including the driver, was professional and courteous.and everything went smoothly without a hitch. Nice clean car and they were on time for each pick-up and the driver did a nice job accommodating extra stops. We had a fun "Girls Night Out" and Grace Limo really helped with that.excellent all the way around.

Used them years ago. They got us to the airport fine. But ended up forgetting me at the airport. I ended up renting a car to get home. When complaining I was given an attitude.

Although Grace Limo came highly recommend, I was very disappointed with their service and would never use them again. They were supposed to pick up my daughter at the airport. She was flying alone cross the country and they were late to pick her up. As a result, my daughter was left alone waiting for them outside in the dark and cold. When I called to complain about them being late to pick her up, the owner was incredibly rude and called me a liar. Also, they are much more expensive than other companies in the area. I would not recommend them at all!

Grace customer for 10-15 years. Nothing but good things to say. In the early years I used them 2-3X a month now just 1x month. Tried the rest, stuck with the best.

This is just an example of the service level and leadership at Grace Limousine, I guess. His one week per year wasn't what rubbed me the wrong way. It is his attitude and the the performance of his company. His response did nothing to make the situation any better.in fact, made it much worse. Sad.

I was so impressed with Grace Limousine for my wedding in May 2015. Our two chauffeurs were Mike Amaral and Jimmy Stewart. I'm telling you, they went above and beyond. I'll elaborate. There was a lot of pollen in the air the day of our wedding, so the girls' black patent heels were covered in yellow. I kid you not, our chauffeurs got down on their knees and helped clean each girls' shoes.

They pinned my dad's boutonniere, and they held the doors as I entered the church. One of these lovely gentlemen even spread out my dress before I walked down the aisle. I was so impressed. Never in a million years would I have expected such kindness. Thank you so much, Mike and Jimmy!

They really helped us out in an emergency. We needed a ride at the last min and they really helped our family get out of a jam. The driver was great, prompt, understanding and very helpful. We would use them again in a second. Thank you!

I travel a lot for work, and I often use a car service into Logan. 99% of the time I use Grace, and when I don't, I'm always sorry. They are on time, they know the back roads when there is traffic, they have clean vehicles, professional drivers, and I'm completely satisfied.

My terrific husband booked a surprise evening in Boston to see the new Cavalia Odysseo (by the creators of the Cirque du Soleil phenonium) and also rented a town car from Grace. They were supposed to arrive at 5:45pm and didn't come until 6:05pm. (We had VIP tickets that gave us dinner before the show, hence the early departure time) My husband called the Grace office twice to be sure we were on the schedule - the first time at 5:50pm and the dispatcher said the driver was two blocks away. 15 minutes later (still no car/driver) my husband called a second time.this time, the driver was pulling up as we were on the phone.

Bad enough to be late BUT the real issue was that the driver had no directions as to where we were going! Although my husband had put all of this in the reservation information, the driver had no directions. And even asked my husband if HE had the directions :-( With so many limo/car services out there, we will give our business to a different company the next time. And we think you should as well-this company is a logistical mess.

We booked Grace Limos for our wedding. They were very professional and prompt for the day of the wedding, as well as while we were booking (Heather was really nice). The only issue we had is that there seemed to be a lack of communication between the Grace Limos office and the driver himself. When the driver showed up to pick up the groom's party, he was basically asking all of the questions of our contract to my husband (the groom) - which added to more emotions & stress that wedding morning.

They are also a little bit more expensive than other transportation vendors, but their quality of service is better, so it mostly works out to be alright. Overall, though, everything went pretty alright - solid 3.5 stars (but can't do 1/2 stars on Yelp).

Service fit for royalty! I was recently surprised when my fella booked a car to return me home to Burlington, VT from Manchester, NH. Grace Limousine made me feel like a rock star! The limo arrived on time like clockwork. Jimmy was my driver and he was great! I was warmly greeted at my Aunt's front door and helped with my luggage. My Driver opened the sedan door and again to my surprise there was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine!

Next to the wine was a gorgeous bouquet of flowers. (white roses and purple snapdragons) and a box of Otis chocolates. I'm sure that was an added package. It was very romantic! He opened the bottle and filled my glass before we departed. Jimmy was a great driver and we chatted for a bit before I decided to dive into my book. Upon arrival in Burlington.

I requested a stop at the grocery store so I could grab something to take home for dinner, as I had drank much of the champagne and couldn't drive myself. He was happy to accommodate my request. Once we got to my home, my luggage was brought right into my front door! I highly recommend Grace Limo. The service was friendly, the ride was comfortable, the interior and exterior of the car was spotless, and most importantly their attention to detail leaves you feeling like a rock star! I also hear they have a vintage Bentley in their fleet. Bonus points for that!

I used Grace Limo for wedding transportation and airport transfer to and from our honeymoon. The wedding. We chose their fancy old Bentley- beautiful car. Superb service. Only issue- we had a wedding on December 4th heat in the car is not great and the fitment of the doors is not so great either- we had a 1 hour drive from manchester to the Wentworth and it was darn chiily.

The service provided by Mike really made all the difference- lots of hustle and a savoire faire guy- he knew when to talk and when not to. He stood by attentively at all times durring our photoshoots. My bride indicated that he was also extremely polite and attentive in ushering her form the house to the church. Highly reccomended. These guys due class A service.

We also used them for a 3:30 AM departure 2 days after our wedding to get from Manchester to BOS. Prompt driver- readily reaching for our luggage on the front porch. With so many others services I've used the guy can barely get his newspaper out of his lap before I'm putting my own luggage in the trunk- again class A service all around. They car was a very new Chrysler 300 sedan made longer for livery service- great quite ride on the highway. If you are looking for car service in NH- these guys are the way to go.
