Dishonest. Ordered my dress. They tried to pass off a knockoff. Discolored fabric. Horrible dress and experience. Took to court. Won. They did not pay. Went again to next court with attorney. Won again. Judge from first court recommended I follow thru as this was the norm for Btown. HORRIBLE experience and business.

One star is being too generous with my review. Horrible experience from beginning to end! Worked with Linda and I think she may be the only person working there. First we waited about 20 minutes as she needed to help a bridesmaid with a fitting and another party (totally ok). After waiting for awhile with no acknowledgement or update, we asked if we could just go look around and at that time the lady said pick about six to try on and that she would have to "squeeze" me in to the dresses she had in the store.
We browsed around and were ready to try dresses on. After being unable to find Linda and standing around, we took it upon ourselves to find a room and my sister helped me in and out of the dresses. We didn't want to overstep so we did confirm with Linda that it was OK that we got started, but could use her help. While I was in the room trying dresses on, Linda told my mom that she would "be in the back working on things and she would be back in a little to check on us!"- WHATT?!?!
She had my wedding date wrong on her "paper" which she couldn't find on her desk. (She had Sept 2021 and my wedding is May 2022.) Not until I was DONE trying on dresses and we were getting ready to walk out, she asked me what I was looking for. I showed her pics of dresses that I liked and ones I had tried on before and she said, oh they're not your size, they're too tight on you and basically that those dresses were too modern and that style with a deep v in the front was "new" so they did not carry it.
I brought in a list of dresses that I had seen on their website to try on and not ONE was in the store- All of the dresses were outdated. This was a horrific experience and it didn't seem as though Linda cared nor was it important to her that we were there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone- It was a disgrace from beginning to end.

I honestly can't in good faith recommend this place to anyone. My dress was beautiful, however we had a lot of major hiccups along the way, including not being able to pick up my dress till a week before the wedding. My consultant was Linda and shopping for the dress was very easy. My wedding was in March and due to covid-19 we didn't go shopping for the dress till October.
Now once I found the perfect dress, we got it immediately and were told it would be in by late January to early February at the latest. I got the call in early January that my veil and tiara had come in, but not my dress yet. And then my mom proceeded to call every week to see what the status was on my dress. And every time we called, she would play dumb about when my wedding was, even though it was written in their paperwork.
After many calls and about 3 weeks till my wedding I called and asked how long alterations would take and she told me 4-6 weeks. Which, obviously wouldn't work since my wedding was in 3 weeks at this point and no dress yet. The next day I had my dad call and then suddenly they knew exactly where the dress was and were able to have it overnighted to their store.
The day it came in, all of my bridesmaids and myself went for alterations and before the discount my dress alone was over $700, which was ridiculous. And they didn't even press it right, which they charged for. The alterations at least turned out good, the seamstress was the nicest and most accommodating person I worked with. And not to mention one of my fittings had to be rescheduled because Linda had an appointment and flat out lied to me saying that the seamstress needed to be there earlier and couldn't stay past 12, yet we were there till almost 1 pm with the seamstress.
The whole process was a nightmare. Again, wouldn't recommend them. They overcharge and their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. And I found out that my designer dress was shipped from China. Save your money, go elsewhere.

If you're petite, take note of the dress seam locations especially when trying on a dress larger than your size. I tried on a 14 and liked it when Linda clipped it back. But when my actual size was delivered, the silhouette was totally different and showed way more skin. She pinned the fabric on the 14 to make it look like it would cover more than it did.
I felt pressured to spend more than my budget, and was given discounts that would only be valid if I bought right then and there. They have no return policy. Would not recommend

I went to Bridaltown in April 2018 to search for my wedding gown as this is the place my mom bought her gown in the 80s. When we pulled up, we hesitated to go in because the place looked like it was falling down. But, our sales consultant Phyllis was so nice, and the selection of gowns was amazing! I purchased my gown thinking my wedding was going to be in December of 2018. Well, my date got moved to July, and Bridaltown contacted the designer and had the dress rushed with no extra charge!
When I went to pick up my dress, I went to the new location which is BEAUTIFUL! The only hesitation I have is that I used their seamstress (who is super nice) but I ended up having essentially 6 fittings (3 final) before my dress was done. The seamstress admitted that she did not complete some parts of my dress on time, and we live far away so we ended up spending about 12 hours in total driving to the fittings by the time we got my dress.
I was disappointed that my dress could not be done in a lesser amount of fittings, and I hoped that the seamstress would have completed the dress on time. All in all, she is a really nice lady; I just wish that she would have been a little more considerate of the time that we spent driving (because the dress could have been completed in 3 visits). But, I picked up my dress today, and it looks gorgeous!
Just be cautious, brides, about the amount of time you want to spend having your dress altered, and the concern that comes with repeatedly putting it on only to not have it touch the ground (I am only 5 ft 4 inches) again and again.

So here's the deal on the four stars, the outside structure looks abandoned and dilapidated. Inside the boutique is dated and has an old smell if that makes sense. Also the lights in one of the bridal rooms had electrical problems because it took 20 minutes to actually turn on after we flicked the switch. Other than that, Bridaltown is an amazing boutique for bridal wear.
I found the most beautiful gown here and was able to pay at my own pace. It took me 9 months to pay for my gown and the staff never rushed me to make payments. I also had a great experience with my consultant Phyllis. I would definitely recommend this place for brides who want a more intimate shopping experience.
