Thank you to Maria especially and the whole Tuscany falls staff you all made sure my wedding was everything and more. From the thousands of calls I made you all had a solution for everything literally. I had the time of my life the hiccups did even matter. My husband & I thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. MARIA IS AMAZING! From our first visit Maria was wonderful she was nice and extremely knowledgeable on everything! Throughout our experience i learned to realize she is just a very nice lady overall our wedding was pushed out about a year and i think i called and asked for her over 100 times and not once did she ever sound frustrated or irritated, i asked her for her recommendation when it came to picking the entrees and sides for my wedding since i had chosen buffet style and THEIR FRIED CHICKEN IS THE BEST CHICKEN IVER EVER HAD (and I'm black!) I'm sorry to throw race in there but it means something LOL the food is still a highlight when ever our family/friends talk about our wedding, their food is BOMB.
Now i will say we purchased open bar and everyone talked about how watered down our drinks were which was disappointing but we wanted everyone to have a good time but literally everybody says the drinks were horrible and tasted like juice. I'm still giving my review 5 stars though because we liked Maria that much. On my wedding day she was so attentive she got me & my husband a drink while we were taking pictures (that wasn't watered down) and i was so grateful she even brought water & coffee to the bridal suite.
They are strict on what you can & can't bring into their venue decor wise but this was the only venue in the area that was reasonably priced and looked like they take care of the place this venue is aesthetically beautiful without decor and decor just enhances it. I would definitely recommend Tuscany falls!

My new niece got married on Saturday. And had her reception at your banquet hall. The staff and management was excellent and professional. So helpful. They assisted me with putting the favors on the tables. Also they helped my sister with placing mask and hand sanitizer on the tables as well. As the guest arrived and were waiting to be seated they passed out finger food for the guest to eat.
The food was good. The service was excellent. I think everyone had a great time. Especially my niece and her new husband. I would suggest your facility to others. Thanks for all you did.

I hosted my wedding here. The two major downfalls was the open bar and the manager of the East room/manager of the entire facility. First, when open bar started at my event, only one bartender was working which resulted in a long wait for my guests. Then, two bartenders were put in the bar however, they were not serving the same drinks. Also, all my guests complained about watered down drinks.
My guests were able to order tequila with a splash of soda with one bartender. The other bartender was not serving it to my guests. Instead, he called the manager of the east room who then proceeded to get in an argument with me MID-WEDDING about how my party was "over-poured" and that he can't serve shots. We never ordered shots. This was later confirmed with the general manager that we were in fact allowed to order tequila with splash of soda and that our party was not "over-served".
The manager of the east room was extremely rude and confrontational. He bullied my maid of honor about not using confetti poppers during our reception. He stated "this is part of the contract and there's a hefty fee if we proceed to use the poppers." There was no part of any contract that I saw that stated this morning was this discussed prior to my event.
In the middle of my husband and I preparing to do our entrance, a woman who worked for Tuscany falls interrupted an intimate moment in bridal suite to warn me about the poppers and again threaten some sort of fee. The fee was never disclosed which leads me to believe it was a lie. I would not recommend this venue for your wedding if open bar/respectable communication is important to you.
I emailed my concerns to management the day after my wedding and never received a response. My sister had to call and tell management directly to read and respond to my email. She did this on Sunday. The general manager said "I don't want you to think we don't respond to emails. We will respond to your sister on Monday." Still no response or contact.

Attended a wedding this weekend. Drinks at the open bar were intentionally watered down and they would not serve on the rocks which caused a huge line all night because no one could get tipsy. Bride comes to the bar tries to order a round of drinks for the bridal party and the bar tender disappears comes back with the manager and he starts getting confrontational for ordering too many drinks. 30 minute ordeal, no one getting served.
It's open bar at a wedding. So bizarre. Why this dude picking a fight with the bride on her wedding day? Need to fire this guy get some new management because was otherwise lovely.

Our wedding 8/1/2021. The wedding was everything I imagined with this venue. Bart was amazing helping me with arranging and organizing my day also the customer service from start to finish was everything short of amazing I give them 5 stars I love this place.
