Flower Cottage

Made beautiful arrangement to lay my husband's ashes in middle of. The staff there was so helpful and understanding. Forgot to take pictures at church with the other urn but seriously it fit so well. Thank you

First off. the flower was pretty, although it was messed up, the lady that took my order was so amazing, the lady that rang me out when I picked up was amazing. as for the "owner" just shame. not only when I politely called to reassure my flower would be ready this time, she may have just forgotten to be kind I'm just thinking because she ripped the phone out of the workers ear to "assure me she was the owner and it would be there" super snappy btw and made a stale taste in my mouth. as I for one have always supported this business for at least 20 years now.

The pick up was worse. how embarrassing for a worker to listen to how she talks and degrading her workers why? Because I paid twice for a flower? No biggie people make mistakes lol, but wow. she's snapping at her workers where the flower is it was so embarrassing she tried to justify well "it's prom we're busy" "I have 100's of orders to take care of" ok that's great how about some Kindness to go with that 65 plus tip purchase. twice. to go with it?

So embarrassing I had to put my hand up and say 3 times please just hand me my flower so I can leave. the guy at the counter was rolling his eyes like WTH just happened and she's bragging she's the owner? I don't need to be attacked lol for being nice and letting her have a breakdown twice and STILL support the business, but No way. buyer beware nice flower, horrid service, and just wow.

We have used The Flower Cottage many times over the years. They definitely have beautiful product do you go along with their high prices. Last Christmas we had an large arrangement delivered to the home, only to find the large glass container was broken. We The arrangement back to get fixed; sadly when it came back, it looked horrible. Like someone had just taken the flower material and slapped it into a new container.

Then we called this morning to inquire about flowers for Valentine's Day. On the first call the clerk hung up on us. On the second call, neither of us feeling very friendly, we just wanted answers about specific flowers. The clerk became rude, used the usual excuse, "I'm sooo busy", and called us a bully. After all our business there throughout the years, being treated rudely on the phone, when all I am trying to do is spend some money, is unacceptable. I'd suggest you record your conversations for future reviews. In the meantime, this "bully" will now be taking their business elsewhere.

My 5 year old grand daughter broke her arm and had surgery today. I called The Flower Cottage and requested a certain arrangement be sent to her. The very nice lady who answered the phone suggested balloons, I declined the balloons. When the arrangement arrived, my Grace was thrilled! It was the first time that she had ever had flowers delivered. And, the vase had beautiful butterflies on it! What a nice touch. This is the second time that I have ordered flowers from them and have been very pleased. They go above and beyond.

I asked The Flower Cottage for two planters for my front porch and the owner personally arranged them at my home! They are beautiful and have exceeded my expectations!

I wanted a perfect arrangement for a memorial service. The owner helped me customize an arrangement I'd seen in a book. With her experience and good taste, we made the arrangement larger adding 2 colors and she ordered meaningful flowers in one of the chosen colors. It was just what I hoped for.

I recently got married and hired The Flower Cottage to do my wedding flowers. Patty was so helpful and knowledgeable about all of the flowers and was able to bring my vision to life. My wedding was changed from a country club to a tent due to covid, but the flowers made the atmosphere so elegant. Patty was so sweet and personal during this covid pandemic and made my wedding extra special. I couldn't recommend The Flower Cottage more for any floral needs. Thank you, guys!

Coming into the shop I didn't have any idea of what I wanted specifically; just flowers for my guy to celebrate our anniversary which also happens to be the day before Valentine's day. The ladies asked a few questions to get something to start with and everything they suggested was a huge hit! They made the bouquet immediately and gave me great care instructions since I picked them up the day before. The service was fast and friendly.

Good flower selection for the day before mother's day. Always happy with the flower health, they stay looking good for a long time.

We recently used Flower Cottage for our grandmother's flowers for her passing. My mother has used the shop for years for our dance flowers and when we all entered into the chapel they took our breath away! The color of pink flowers that were her favorite was more beautiful than I can put into words and were perfect for honoring her memory. The many different blooms in various pinks were the prettiest flowers and everyone remarked about them.

Flower Cottage, you made a very hard day, a little easier. I will always recommend the girls there and the prices were better than we were looking at at Kurtz. Thank you so much!
