Ordered flowers for 147 dollars for mothers 102 birthday. Requested a picture emailed since arrangement was below par on last order. They sent email picture with no image. Now I know why. Roses were supposed to be a specific color and a dozen in arrangement. Sent 6 roses wrong color, and when I called lady owner to complain her attitude was condescending at best. Be careful if your out of town because this will be your" uptown " suprise.

UpTown did all of my wedding flowers in September and crushed it. I wanted a ton of color and they delivered! Creativity, service, great pricing and the flowers were SO fresh! I've been in weddings before where the bouquets were horrible by the end of the night but ours were still beautiful the next day. Totally recommend!

I was desperate to get flowers for a funeral service in Westerfield. I was late (I live in CA and it's a 3-hour time difference) and Jeff (owner) answered the phone. I was frazzled - I wanted a nice spray to fill the church with fragrance. I told Jeff what I wanted, gave him my credit card, and then requested a photo. Within minutes I got an email confirmation, and this morning, I got a delivery confirmation with a photo.

Friendly, quick but the birthday house plant arrangement looked like one that would be sent for a funeral. No interesting plants and didn't include a fern like I requested. Apologetic when I called but that is it. Will look for a more unique florist next time.

Our daughter was married in the fall of 2018, she had a very large wedding party, so there were lots of bouquets. Floral decorations included the 14 foot fireplace mantle at Camp Mary Orton, and table decor for 160 guests. A good deal of time was spend researching and speaking with florists. If we had another wedding to plan, I would skip the research and go straight back to Cindy at Up-Towne Florist.

At no time was there any effort to up-sell or pressure us to purchase anything we weren't already considering. Her suggestions reflected that she was really listening to our daughter, and the bouquets and arrangements were exactly what our daughter had in mind. Throughout the planning process, our bride mentioned from time to time how glad she was that we were dealing with Cindy, who in my opinion, was also a great calming and reassuring influence. Cindy also went out of her way to work with me (mother of the bride) to make individual table decorations for the dinner tables.

I am still get comments from guest about how lovely the flowers were. The day of the wedding, she took great care to make sure we all looked our best going down the aisle. When I looked back as our daughter and my husband were about start down, I saw Cindy, making sure that the bride was "adjusted" just right for the big walk with her father. The thoughtfulness and care in that gesture is among my favorite memories of that day.

She did a lot of little things like that, none of which appeared on the bill, which, all things considered, we thought was pretty reasonable. She helped make the day for all of us. At the end of the day, she and her husband were back to help, which was so appreciated, because we were all happy, but exhausted.

Please don't have flowers listed on your site that you don't have. Please don't say they're out of season when they're not. Please don't suggest that I get something else instead to save money. if a customer is requesting a specific flower it's probably specific to what the recipient likes. Don't recommend I get something cheaper because what I'm asking for (which is on your site) is expensive. I'm the customer. you're doing the opposite of suggestive selling and hindering your company.

I had the best service from Pam and Jill while getting my wedding flowers and bouquet during their busy (prom) season. They were extremely lovely, took their time to understand my needs and we're top notch professionals! My bouquet looked amazing, and they were able to assist me in a couple of days. Great place to get stargazers lillies and roses. Price is reasonable and they are very helpful. They have more than just flowers! Highly satisfied and flowers still fresh after 6 days with 2 lillies getting ready to bloom!
